【摘要】：2014年10月,國務(wù)院印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)體育消費(fèi)的若干意見》,把全民健身上升成為國家戰(zhàn)略,把增強(qiáng)人民體質(zhì)、提高健康水平作為根本目標(biāo),把體育產(chǎn)業(yè)作為綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)、朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行扶持,“力爭到2025年,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)總規(guī)模超過5萬億元,成為推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要力量,未來體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展空間值得期待�！敝链�,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了政策密集出臺期。體育產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展空間巨大。本文以嘉興市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)為切入點(diǎn),具體探討一個地級城市如何把握當(dāng)前國家大力支持體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,借鑒國內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)城市的先進(jìn)做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步推動嘉興市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文的研究內(nèi)容及方法主要有:在對比分析國內(nèi)外體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)、文獻(xiàn)資料、比較分析等方法研究探索如何把握體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇,推動嘉興市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。本文的結(jié)論主要有:體育產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個新興的綠色產(chǎn)業(yè),在嘉興還處于發(fā)展的培育階段,嘉興市體育消費(fèi)增長速度仍落后于居民總消費(fèi)水平。當(dāng)前嘉興市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)面對國內(nèi)外激烈競爭,應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮政府的引導(dǎo)作用,把握國家大力支持體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇期,對體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃,制訂有利于體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件政策、體制機(jī)制政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合政策、特色發(fā)展政策、平臺建設(shè)政策、體育消費(fèi)文化政策,進(jìn)一步有效驅(qū)動嘉興市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有:選題以嘉興市為案例研究體育產(chǎn)業(yè)問題,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值;在國家政策積極推動體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景下分析嘉興市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,具有一定前瞻性;針對問題提出的轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,提高政策的適應(yīng)性,激發(fā)市場活力的對策,在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下具有較強(qiáng)的針對性。本文存在的不足:本文對嘉興地區(qū)的特色體育產(chǎn)業(yè),如傳統(tǒng)的體育項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)業(yè)與新興體育健身消費(fèi)項(xiàng)目研究不夠深入,在政策投入、政策研究方面未能提出傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目與新興體育健身消費(fèi)項(xiàng)目對接模式;如何讓社會力量介入體育賽事的承辦和組織,充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)的創(chuàng)造力具體路徑還不夠清晰。本文作者將在本研究的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)對上述問題進(jìn)行深入的研究。
[Abstract]:In October 2014, the State Council issued several opinions on speeding up the Development of the Sports Industry and promoting Sports consumption, which made national fitness a national strategy, with strengthening people's physique and improving their health level as the fundamental goals. Taking the sports industry as a green industry and supporting the sunrise industry, "strive to achieve a total scale of more than 5 trillion yuan by 2025, and become an important force to promote the sustainable development of the economy and society, and the future development space of the sports industry is worth looking forward to." At this point, the sports industry ushered in a policy intensive period. The future development space of sports industry is huge. Taking Jiaxing sports industry as the starting point, this paper discusses in detail how a prefecture-level city can grasp the opportunity that the state is vigorously supporting the development of sports industry, and draw lessons from the advanced practices and experiences of developed cities at home and abroad. Further promote Jiaxing City sports industry sustainable and coordinated development. The research contents and methods of this paper are as follows: on the basis of comparative analysis of the present situation of the development of sports industry at home and abroad, using statistical data, literature, comparative analysis and other methods to explore how to grasp the opportunities for the development of sports industry. Promote the healthy development of Jiaxing sports industry. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: sports industry is a new green industry, in Jiaxing is still in the cultivation stage of development, Jiaxing sports consumption growth rate still lags behind the total consumption level of residents. In the face of fierce competition at home and abroad, Jiaxing sports industry should give full play to the guiding role of the government, grasp the opportunity period for the state to vigorously support the development of the sports industry, and carry out scientific planning for the development of the sports industry. To formulate policies on basic conditions conducive to the development of the sports industry, institutional and institutional policies, industrial convergence policies, characteristic development policies, platform construction policies, sports consumption culture policies, Further effectively drive Jiaxing City sports industry sustainable and coordinated development. The innovations of this paper are as follows: the research on the sports industry in Jiaxing City is of practical significance and practical application value, and the development of the sports industry in Jiaxing City is analyzed under the background of the national policy to actively promote the development of the sports industry. The countermeasures of changing government function, improving policy adaptability and stimulating market vitality are more targeted under the new normal condition of current economic development. The deficiency of this paper: the research on the characteristic sports industry in Jiaxing area, such as the traditional sports industry and the emerging sports consumption item, is not deep enough. Policy research failed to put forward the traditional sports and emerging sports fitness consumption model; how to let social forces participate in the undertaking and organization of sports events and give full play to the specific path of enterprise creativity is not clear enough. On the basis of this study, the author will continue to study the above problems.
