【摘要】：以埃莉諾·奧斯特羅姆的自主治理理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法和邏輯分析法,淺析新生代農(nóng)民工融入城市社區(qū)體育過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及其根源所在。研究認(rèn)為,城市社區(qū)體育"自治"的體育管理模式具有內(nèi)生的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,可以有效回應(yīng)新生代農(nóng)民工的體育訴求。提出以強(qiáng)化自治意識(shí)、建立特別委員會(huì)機(jī)制保障體育訴求渠道的暢通、健全體育法律法規(guī)與社區(qū)體育自治管理活動(dòng)的常規(guī)機(jī)制、構(gòu)建需求為導(dǎo)向的社區(qū)體育公共服務(wù)供給體系、形成體育文化促進(jìn)深層次地融合為應(yīng)對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工社區(qū)體育融入困境的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Guided by Eleanor Ostrom's theory of autonomous governance, this paper analyzes the problems and their root causes in the process of the new generation of migrant workers' integration into urban community sports by using the method of literature and logical analysis. The study holds that the sports management mode of "autonomy" of urban community sports has an endogenous coordination mechanism, which can effectively respond to the sports demands of the new generation of migrant workers. To strengthen the sense of autonomy, to establish a special committee mechanism to ensure the smooth channels of sports appeals, to improve the sports laws and regulations and the regular mechanism of community sports autonomy management activities, to build a demand-oriented community sports public service supply system. The formation of sports culture to promote deep integration is an important way to deal with the plight of community sports integration of the new generation of migrant workers.
