2012-2013年歐冠決賽階段中后衛(wèi)攻防技術(shù)運用情況的研究

【摘要】：隨著全攻全守的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)打法逐漸成為世界足壇的主流,對運動員個體的要求也越趨向其全面。中后衛(wèi)作為保護本方球門的最后一道防線,責(zé)任重大自不必言說,這對中后衛(wèi)的防守技能提出了要求。同時,現(xiàn)代足球都更加注重攻守平衡,如何發(fā)揮中后衛(wèi)的進攻能力是足球值得探索的問題。本文通過對歐冠比賽中中后衛(wèi)應(yīng)用的攻防技術(shù)的研究,了解到當今世界足壇中后衛(wèi)需要掌握的主要攻防技術(shù)有哪些,對中后衛(wèi)在訓(xùn)練和比賽中起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。通過查閱相關(guān)文獻、核心期刊,以及在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)網(wǎng)站,通過對歐冠、中后衛(wèi)、進攻、防守、技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵詞檢索,統(tǒng)計出研究足球比賽中關(guān)于攻防技術(shù)的相關(guān)文獻有614篇,其中關(guān)于后衛(wèi)攻防技術(shù)的相關(guān)文獻有304篇,但對中后衛(wèi)攻防技術(shù)研究的文獻只有一篇�？梢�,在對中后衛(wèi)的研究中,還缺乏很多。本論文通過運用文獻資料、錄像觀察等方法,對2012—2013歐洲冠軍聯(lián)賽決賽階段比賽的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,研究出當今世界足壇中后衛(wèi)主要運用的攻防技術(shù)。(1)在左中后衛(wèi)和右中后衛(wèi)運用進攻技術(shù)的研究中,傳球技術(shù)、接控球技術(shù)和運過技術(shù)的運用主要以腳內(nèi)側(cè)和腳背內(nèi)側(cè)和腳背外側(cè)為主,射門技術(shù)以頭球為主。其次,左中后衛(wèi)運用各項進攻技術(shù)集中在中中和中后區(qū)域。再次,左中后衛(wèi)運用各項進攻技術(shù)的時間主要分布在第一個時間段(15’)。這是由于剛開場比賽,雙方均處于試探彼此虛實的階段,由此后場導(dǎo)球次數(shù)較多。最后,左中后衛(wèi)運用各項進攻技術(shù)的成功率腳背內(nèi)側(cè)和腳背外側(cè)為較好。(2)在左中后衛(wèi)和右中后衛(wèi)運用防守技術(shù)的研究中,左中后衛(wèi)運用最頻繁的技術(shù)是斷球技術(shù),由于中后衛(wèi)位置的特殊性,對方往往采用直塞球進行滲透進攻,因此相比其它防守技術(shù),斷球運用較為頻繁。其次是搶球技術(shù)。運用防守技術(shù)所處的區(qū)域主要在中后,中中和左后。運用防守技術(shù)的時間是較為均勻的,這說明左中后衛(wèi)面對的防守壓力遍布整場比賽中。在成功率和失敗率上,斷球和封堵球成功率是較好的。(3)中后衛(wèi)個體能合理有效的利用各種攻防技術(shù),對本方隊伍來說不僅是鋒利的武器,而且也是一道屏障,對本方隊伍將提供極大的支援。
[Abstract]:As the technical and tactical playing of full attack has gradually become the mainstream of world football, the more comprehensive the individual needs of the athletes are. As the last line of defense to protect the goal of the ball, the responsibility of the full back is not necessarily to be said, which requires the defensive skills of the centre back. How to play the offensive ability of the middle back is a problem that football is worth exploring. Through the study of the offensive and defensive techniques applied to the centre back in the Champions League, this paper understands what the main defense techniques need to be mastered by the fullback in the world today, and plays a guiding role in the training and competition of the centre back. Through consulting the relevant literature, The core periodicals, and the relevant websites at home and abroad, through the search for the European crown, the fullback, the offensive, the defense, technology and other key words, statistics 614 articles about the attack and Defense Technology in the football match. There are 304 relevant documents about the defense technology of defense, but only one literature on the research of the defense and defense technology is found. In the study of the centre back, there is still a lot of lack. By using the methods of documentary and video observation, this paper analyzes the data statistics and analysis of the final stage of the 2012 - 2013 European Champions League, and studies the offensive and defensive techniques used by the defenders in the world football world.
