身體功能訓(xùn)練在體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:為將身體功能訓(xùn)練的理論與方法融入到體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)訓(xùn)練中,解決當(dāng)前體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練存在的問題。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,分析了體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)身體功能需求和羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)素質(zhì)特點(diǎn),根據(jù)體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生功能動(dòng)作篩查FMS和專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合當(dāng)前體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)訓(xùn)練存在的問題,構(gòu)建了體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)身體功能訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容體系,并以西華師范大學(xué)體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x班32名學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,驗(yàn)證其效果,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)通過功能動(dòng)作FMS篩查發(fā)現(xiàn),羽毛球?qū)_x班學(xué)生肩關(guān)節(jié)和胸椎的雙向性、對稱性、靈活性較好,但上下肢同時(shí)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)存在軀干在多個(gè)維度上的平衡性、穩(wěn)定性,以及在運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中核心區(qū)域?qū)ι舷轮α康挠行鬟f作用、神經(jīng)肌肉協(xié)調(diào)能力較差,在進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)軀干核心部位及下肢的穩(wěn)定性和平衡性較差。部分學(xué)生踝關(guān)節(jié)靈活性不足,大腿后群肌肉的功能柔韌性相對較差,并且身體左右兩側(cè)存在不對稱現(xiàn)象。(2)通過羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)素質(zhì)測試發(fā)現(xiàn),羽毛球?qū)_x班學(xué)生的全身協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)力能力和上肢爆發(fā)力水平相對較差,男女之間的差距明顯。在軀干核心的力量及力量耐力上男生較好,而女生軀干核心力量和力量耐力相對較差,在下肢進(jìn)行腳下快速移動(dòng)時(shí)學(xué)生的速度靈敏以及腳下的靈活性和穩(wěn)定性相對較差。(3)在實(shí)驗(yàn)組中,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的功能動(dòng)作FMS篩查(七個(gè)動(dòng)作)以及總分均出現(xiàn)了較大變化,在頭上舉木深蹲、欄架跨,、下肢直腿主動(dòng)上抬、體旋穩(wěn)定性、以及FMS總分的P值均小于0.05,差異性顯著。而肩部靈活性(p=0.0830.05);脊柱穩(wěn)定性俯臥撐(P=0.3330.05)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后得分情況不具有差異性。(4)在對照組中,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后功能動(dòng)作FMS篩查七個(gè)動(dòng)作:頭上櫸木深蹲、欄架跨、手持木桿分蹲、肩部靈活性、下肢直腿主動(dòng)上抬、脊柱穩(wěn)定性俯臥撐、體旋穩(wěn)定性以及FMS總分的P值均大于0.05,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后成績不具有差異性。(5)在羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)素質(zhì)中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的專項(xiàng)素質(zhì):一分鐘仰臥起坐、羽毛球擲遠(yuǎn)、10次低重心四角跑的P值均小于0.05,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后差異性顯著。而在專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)5次左右摸邊+5次直線進(jìn)退跑中P大于0.05實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果比較不具有差異性。(6)對照組里,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的羽毛球擲遠(yuǎn)、10次低重心四角跑、5次左右摸邊+5次直線進(jìn)退跑的P指均大于0.05、在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的成績均不具有差異性。而一分鐘仰臥起坐素質(zhì)(p=0.0050.05)出現(xiàn)差異性,且實(shí)驗(yàn)后的成績要高于實(shí)驗(yàn)前的成績(T=3.282),說明傳統(tǒng)的羽毛球教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練對羽毛球?qū)_x班學(xué)生核心軀干的力量和穩(wěn)定性有所增加,而對羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)力量和靈敏素質(zhì)的影響相對較小。(7)在功能動(dòng)作FMS篩查中實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組比較來看:在欄架跨、下肢直腿上抬、體旋穩(wěn)定性以及FMS總分差異性顯著,而在頭上舉木深蹲、手持木桿分蹲、肩部靈活性、脊柱穩(wěn)定性俯臥撐差異性不顯著。(8)在羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)素質(zhì)中實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組比較來看:在羽毛球擲遠(yuǎn)和10次低重心四角跑差異性顯著,而在一分鐘仰臥起坐和5次左右摸邊+5次直線進(jìn)退跑中差異性不顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to integrate the theory and method of physical function training into the special training of sports professional badminton, the problems existing in the special teaching and training of badminton are solved. This study uses the literature method, the experimental method and the mathematical statistics method to analyze the physical function demand and the special quality characteristics of badminton special items in sports professional badminton. According to the present situation of FMS and special quality of the sports professional badminton special students' functional movements, the physical function training content system of sports professional badminton is constructed in combination with the problems existing in the special training of badminton in sports specialty. 32 students of the PE professional feather ball special class in China West Normal University are selected as the experimental objects. The experimental group and the control group were used to verify the results, and the following conclusions were obtained: (1) through functional FMS screening, it was found that the students' shoulder and thoracic vertebrae of the badminton class were both bi-directional, symmetrical and flexible, but there was a balance, stability and the core area of the trunk in many dimensions when the upper and lower limbs were at the same time. The effective transmission of upper and lower limb strength, the poor coordination of neuromuscular coordination, poor stability and balance of the trunk core and lower limbs during exercise. The flexibility of the ankle joint of some students is insufficient, the function flexibility of the posterior group of the thighs is relatively poor, and there is asymmetry in the left and right sides of the body. (2) passing badminton The special quality test found that the overall coordination capacity of the badminton class students and the upper limb explosive force level are relatively poor, the gap between men and women is obvious. In the trunk core strength and strength endurance, the boys are better, while the female trunk core strength and strength endurance are relatively poor, and the speed of the students' speed moves at the lower extremities. The degree of sensitivity and the flexibility and stability of the foot were relatively poor. (3) in the experimental group, the functional movement FMS screening (seven movements) and the total score of the experimental group had a great change. On the head, the wooden crouch, the column span, the straight leg of the lower extremities were raised, the body rotation was stable, and the P value of the total score of the FMS was less than 0.05, and the difference was significant. The shoulder was significantly different. The score of flexibility (p=0.0830.05) was not different before and after the spinal stability push up (P=0.3330.05) test. (4) in the control group, the function movement FMS screened seven movements before and after the experiment: the top squat on the head beech, the hurdle span, the handheld wooden crouch, the flexibility of the shoulder, the straight legs of the lower limbs, the stability of the spine, the stability of the spine and the stability of the body. And the P value of FMS total score is more than 0.05. (5) in the special quality of badminton, the special qualities of the experiment group before and after the experiment are: one minute sit ups, badminton throwing far, and 10 low gravity four corner running P values are less than 0.05, and the difference is significant before and after the experiment, while the special quality is about 5 times and is straight in the +5 times. There is no difference between the data of P before and after the 0.05 experiment in the retreat. (6) in the control group, the badminton throw is far from before and after the experiment, the 10 times the low center of gravity four horns, and the P fingers of the +5 line and back run of the 5 times or so are all greater than 0.05, and the results are not different before and after the experiment. But the quality of the sit ups (p=0.0050.05) is poor in one minute. The results of the opposite sex, and the results after the experiment were higher than those before the experiment (T=3.282), indicating that the traditional badminton teaching and training had increased the strength and stability of the core trunk of the badminton students, but had a relatively small influence on the special strength and sensitivity of badminton. (7) the experimental group was compared with the control group in the functional FMS screening. In the column frame span, the lower limb straight leg lift, the body rotation stability and the FMS total score difference is significant, but on the head lifting the wood deep squat, the handheld wooden pole squat, the shoulder flexibility, the spine stability push up difference is not significant. (8) in the badminton special quality experimental group compared with the control group, the difference between the badminton throw distance and the 10 low gravity center four angle run difference Heterosexual is significant, but there is no significant difference in one minute sit up and 5 times around +5.
