【摘要】：足球是世界第一球類運(yùn)動(dòng),同時(shí)也是我國(guó)體育當(dāng)前發(fā)展的重要部分。為了彌補(bǔ)我國(guó)足球培養(yǎng)體制出現(xiàn)的短板,國(guó)民足球知識(shí)、足球技能的欠缺,促進(jìn)我國(guó)足球產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展,國(guó)家體育總局聯(lián)合教育部開展了陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)“全國(guó)青少年校園足球活動(dòng)”。其目的在于普及足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的同時(shí),提升學(xué)生的身體能力和足球水平。本研究以教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練學(xué)等為理論依據(jù),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,首先對(duì)開展校園足球活動(dòng)進(jìn)行解讀,明確了論文的選題依據(jù)以及目的和意義所在,對(duì)南京市校園足球試點(diǎn)小學(xué)的開展現(xiàn)狀、影響因素展開深入調(diào)查研究并提出相應(yīng)的提升策略。通過(guò)本研究得出以下結(jié)論:(一)試點(diǎn)小學(xué)的開展是校園足球活動(dòng)的最基礎(chǔ)的部分,也應(yīng)該是校園足球活動(dòng)的重心所在。為克服阻礙因素,校園足球活動(dòng)在試點(diǎn)小學(xué)的推廣應(yīng)該從貫徹《方案》政策入手,落實(shí)方針要求,注重宣傳與推廣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)足球的興趣,充實(shí)學(xué)生足球?qū)W習(xí)的時(shí)間、不斷完善訓(xùn)練方法。而校園場(chǎng)地器材的建設(shè)、教練員的執(zhí)教水平、校園足球聯(lián)賽的舉辦和參與等都是校園足球試點(diǎn)小學(xué)開展的重點(diǎn)。(二)從南京市校園足球試點(diǎn)小學(xué)的開展情況的分析入手,對(duì)阻礙其發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)南京市有著良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和足球氛圍來(lái)發(fā)展校園足球,但是由于實(shí)踐時(shí)間較短,還需要克服各種因素的局限性,使其開展的預(yù)期計(jì)劃與實(shí)際相符合。(三)通過(guò)校園足球活動(dòng)的推廣,試點(diǎn)小學(xué)無(wú)論是足球聯(lián)賽,還是足球特色活動(dòng)課程的組織次數(shù),都有了明顯的增加,這對(duì)于我國(guó)足球后備人才的培養(yǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)是個(gè)良好的開端。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,試點(diǎn)小學(xué)足球隊(duì)成員的參與熱情較高,相比較而言,普通小學(xué)生的積極性就沒(méi)那么強(qiáng)烈,這需要加大宣傳力度,促進(jìn)學(xué)生間交流,轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)乃至教師的傳統(tǒng)觀念。(四)阻礙校園足球活動(dòng)的因素主要有相關(guān)政策因素、學(xué)校因素、學(xué)生因素、家庭因素和教練因素等。但是如何在現(xiàn)有資源里,不斷提高組織實(shí)施的效率,才是眼下應(yīng)該注意的方向。(五)促進(jìn)校園足球試點(diǎn)小學(xué)開展的策略為分析和落實(shí)政策方案、轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的思想觀念、靈活組織足球活動(dòng)、加大教練員的培養(yǎng)力度、運(yùn)用有效的管理方式。
[Abstract]:Football is the first ball game in the world, and it is also an important part of the current development of sports in China. In order to make up for the lack of national football knowledge and skills, and to promote the healthy development of Chinese football industry, The State General Administration of Sports, jointly with the Ministry of Education, launched Sunshine Sports, National Youth Campus Football activities. The aim is to popularize football and improve students' physical ability and football level at the same time. Based on the theories of pedagogy, psychology and sports training, this study, through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, interprets the development of campus football activities. This paper clarifies the basis, purpose and significance of the thesis, carries out an in-depth investigation and research on the status quo of the pilot primary school of campus football in Nanjing, and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies. Through this study, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the development of pilot primary schools is the most basic part of campus football activities, and should also be the focus of campus football activities. In order to overcome the hindrance factors, the promotion of campus football activities in the pilot primary schools should start with the implementation of the "plan" policy, implement the policy requirements, pay attention to publicity and promotion, cultivate students' interest in football, and enrich the time for students to learn football. Continue to improve the training methods. The construction of campus site equipment, the teaching level of coaches, the organization and participation of campus football league are the key points of campus football pilot primary schools. (2) starting with the analysis of the development situation of Nanjing Campus Football pilot Primary School, and analyzing the factors hindering its development, it is found that Nanjing has a good economic base and a good football atmosphere to develop campus football. However, due to the short time of practice, it is necessary to overcome the limitations of various factors to make its expected plan in line with the actual situation. (3) through the promotion of campus football activities, the number of organizing courses in the pilot primary schools, whether football league matches or football characteristic activities, has obviously increased, which is a good beginning for the training of football reserve talents in our country. The results of the investigation show that the members of the soccer team of the pilot primary school are more enthusiastic about their participation. In comparison, the enthusiasm of the ordinary primary school students is not so strong, which requires greater publicity, promotion of exchanges among students, and transformation of students. The traditional ideas of parents and even teachers. (4) the factors hindering campus football activities mainly include related policy factors, school factors, students' factors, family factors and coach factors. However, how to improve the efficiency of organizational implementation within existing resources is the current direction of attention. (5) the strategies to promote the campus football pilot primary school are to analyze and carry out the policy plan, to change the students' and parents' ideas, to organize football activities flexibly, to strengthen the training of coaches, and to use effective management methods.
