太極拳摟膝拗步動作中膝關(guān)節(jié)生物力學的實驗和仿真研究

【摘要】:研究目的:太極拳運動對膝關(guān)節(jié)的健康有著積極作用,這可能與其獨特的生物力學特征有關(guān)。本研究選取太極拳動作中較為典型的步伐動作(摟膝拗步),分析其運動學與動力學特征,結(jié)合有限元模型仿真,探討其動作過程中的部分生物力學問題,并將其與慢跑、步行動作進行對比。研究方法:招募太極拳練習者,使用動作捕捉系統(tǒng)與三維測力臺同步采集正常步行,慢跑和摟膝拗步動作的運動學和動力學數(shù)據(jù);谕皇茉囌叩暮舜殴舱駡D像,建立右側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)的有限元模型并進行實驗驗證。將采集到的運動學與動力學數(shù)據(jù)作為邊界和載荷條件,將三個動作的數(shù)據(jù)導入有限元模型,以計算和比較關(guān)節(jié)軟骨和半月板的生物力學響應。研究結(jié)果:與步行和慢跑動作相比,摟膝拗步的運動模式有著更大的膝關(guān)節(jié)運動范圍,地面反作用力峰值更小。有限元模擬表明,摟膝拗步動作對膝關(guān)節(jié)軟骨與半月板產(chǎn)生的接觸應力峰值更小,動作過程中應力峰值區(qū)域變化更大。研究結(jié)論:相對于慢跑與步行,摟膝拗步動作有著更大的關(guān)節(jié)運動范圍,且半月板與軟骨的接觸應力峰值更小,峰值區(qū)域變化更大,太極拳對膝關(guān)節(jié)疾病的康復作用可能與其有關(guān)。摟膝拗步動作練習過程中如果動作不正確,有著較大的損傷風險。
[Abstract]:Objective: Taijiquan has a positive effect on knee joint health, which may be related to its unique biomechanical characteristics. In this study, some biomechanical problems in the course of Taijiquan are discussed by analyzing the kinematics and dynamics of Taijiquan, which is typical of the movement of Taijiquan, and combining with the simulation of finite element model, some biomechanical problems in the process of Taijiquan are discussed. The walking movements were compared. Methods: Taijiquan practitioners were recruited, and the kinematics and dynamics data of normal walking, jogging and knee-bending were collected simultaneously by motion capture system and three dimensional force table. Based on the MRI images of the same subject, the finite element model of the right knee joint was established and verified by experiments. The data of kinematics and dynamics were taken as boundary and load conditions. The data of three movements were introduced into the finite element model to calculate and compare the biomechanical responses of articular cartilage and meniscus. The results showed that compared with walking and jogging, the motion pattern of knee-taut movement had a larger range of knee motion, and the peak value of ground reaction force was smaller than that of walking and jogging. The finite element simulation shows that the contact stress peak of knee cartilage and meniscus is smaller and the change of stress peak region is larger during the movement. Conclusion: compared with jogging and walking, the motion of cuddle has a larger range of joint motion, and the peak value of contact stress between meniscus and cartilage is smaller, and the region of peak changes is larger than that of jogging and walking. The rehabilitation effect of Taijiquan on knee joint disease may be related to Taijiquan. If the action is not correct, there is a greater risk of injury.
