【摘要】：隨著基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)的不斷改革,體育課程的改革也緊隨其后并持續(xù)發(fā)展。在《全國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校體育課程指導(dǎo)綱要》(簡(jiǎn)稱綱要)中,提出了“以人為本、健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想,著重突出了學(xué)生們的主體地位以及全面提高學(xué)生基本身體素質(zhì)的宗旨。在體育選項(xiàng)課中,應(yīng)以學(xué)生為主體、調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生對(duì)體育鍛煉的積極性、掌握運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目技能以及滿足學(xué)生的興趣愛(ài)好為目的來(lái)開(kāi)展實(shí)施。如今,體育選項(xiàng)課作為普通高校(本科院校和高職院校)普遍開(kāi)展的一種教學(xué)模式,適應(yīng)了高校學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn),深得學(xué)生喜愛(ài),但是這種教學(xué)模式并不是完全統(tǒng)一的,教學(xué)內(nèi)容也存在差異。同時(shí),兩類院校面臨著教學(xué)理念、學(xué)制、人才培養(yǎng)方向等眾多方面不同,體育選項(xiàng)課的開(kāi)設(shè)情況也存在著差異�；诖饲闆r對(duì)兩類院校體育選項(xiàng)課進(jìn)行更深層次的研究,分析兩類院校之間存在的異同點(diǎn),找出適合兩類院校體育發(fā)展方式,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)高職院校體育的發(fā)展與改革,并對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的提高、興趣愛(ài)好及身體素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)生積極作用。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法等研究方法對(duì)廣州地區(qū)兩類院校體育選項(xiàng)課的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析,從兩類院校體育選項(xiàng)課現(xiàn)有的課程設(shè)置、課程模式、教學(xué)方法與手段、教材理論內(nèi)容、成績(jī)考核評(píng)價(jià)、師資力量、場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查對(duì)比與分析。得出以下結(jié)論:1.在兩類院校,學(xué)生對(duì)體育選項(xiàng)課的態(tài)度差距很明顯。尤其是在高職院校中,學(xué)生對(duì)體育選項(xiàng)課的喜愛(ài)程度要低于普通本科院校的學(xué)生。2.廣州地區(qū)高職院校體育選項(xiàng)課開(kāi)設(shè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目相對(duì)于普通本科院校較為單一,大都是以傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目為主,相對(duì)片面化,開(kāi)設(shè)的新穎、時(shí)尚的項(xiàng)目較少。且學(xué)校理論課開(kāi)設(shè)較少或者有些院校沒(méi)有開(kāi)設(shè),導(dǎo)致學(xué)生缺乏理論知識(shí)作為支撐。教材應(yīng)用以高校統(tǒng)編教材為主,缺少校本教材,且現(xiàn)有的體育教材利用率不高。3.兩類院校的體育教學(xué)組織形式過(guò)于單調(diào),教學(xué)方法、手段過(guò)于單一且相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)。4.兩類院校的體育選項(xiàng)課成績(jī)考核方式仍以運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)技能為主,過(guò)于注重結(jié)果,而忽略過(guò)程。在高職院校中,體育選項(xiàng)課專業(yè)針對(duì)性較低,不能滿足學(xué)生日后職業(yè)的需求,無(wú)法形成終身體育思想。5.在高職院校中,青年體育教師占據(jù)比例較大,性別比例失調(diào),學(xué)歷較低,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理,學(xué)習(xí)能力相對(duì)較弱,教師專項(xiàng)特長(zhǎng)較為單一,教師參加繼續(xù)教育、培訓(xùn)很少。高職院校的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視度不夠,影響了體育選項(xiàng)課的發(fā)展。6.在普通本科院校中,體育場(chǎng)地、器材設(shè)施較為充足,基本能夠滿足學(xué)生們的需求;而在高職院校中,體育場(chǎng)地、器材設(shè)施相當(dāng)缺乏,嚴(yán)重影響了正常的體育教學(xué)以及學(xué)生們的課外鍛煉,限制了學(xué)生興趣愛(ài)好的保持與發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生鍛煉的積極性降低。本文旨在對(duì)普通本科院校與高職院校進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,找出兩類院校之間存在的差異,為廣州地區(qū)高職院校體育選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)的改革提供可參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of basic teaching, the reform of physical education curriculum has followed and continues to develop. In the guiding principles of physical education curriculum in the national colleges and universities, the guiding ideology of "people-oriented, health first" is put forward, emphasizing the status of the students and improving the basic physical quality of the students in an all-round way. Aim. In the course of sports options, the students should be taken as the main body to mobilize the students' enthusiasm for physical exercise, to master the skills of sports and to meet the interests and interests of the students. Now, the sports optional course is a common teaching model in the general colleges and universities (Undergraduate and higher vocational colleges), which has adapted to the students of higher education. The physical and mental characteristics of the students are deeply loved by the students, but the teaching mode is not completely unified, and there are differences in the teaching content. At the same time, the two types of colleges and universities are faced with different aspects of teaching ideas, academic system, and the direction of training the talents. A deeper study is carried out to analyze the similarities and differences between the two types of colleges and universities, to find out the suitable sports development methods suitable for the two types of colleges and universities, to further promote the development and reform of sports in higher vocational colleges, and to have a positive effect on the improvement of students' sports ability, interest and the cultivation of physical qualities. A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the present situation of sports optional courses in two types of colleges and universities in Guangzhou area is carried out by the method of investigation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The existing curriculum, course mode, teaching methods and means, the content of the textbook, the evaluation of achievement assessment, the strength of teachers, and the facilities and facilities of the two types of sports optional courses in the colleges and universities are analyzed in a comprehensive and systematic way. The following conclusions are made, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. in the two types of colleges and universities, the students' attitude towards the optional course is obvious. Especially in the higher vocational colleges, the students' affection for the sports optional course is lower than that of the students in the higher vocational colleges of.2. Guangzhou. The general undergraduate colleges are relatively single, most of which are based on traditional projects, relatively one-sided, new and fashionable items, and there are few school theory courses or some colleges and universities are not opened, resulting in the lack of theoretical knowledge as a support for students. The use rate of teaching materials is not high in.3. two colleges and universities, the form of physical education is too monotonous, teaching methods, means too single and relative to the traditional.4. two types of physical education option class performance assessment methods are still mainly sports technical skills, too much attention to the results, and ignore the process. To meet the needs of students' career in the future, it is impossible to form a life-long sports thought.5. in higher vocational colleges, the young PE teachers occupy a large proportion, the sex ratio is disproportions, the educational background is low, the title structure is not reasonable, the learning ability is relatively weak, the teachers' special specialties are relatively single, the teachers take part in continuing education, and the training is very few. Higher Vocational Colleges' school leaders The lack of guidance is not enough to affect the development of sports optional courses.6. in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, sports venues, equipment and facilities are more adequate, basically can meet the needs of students, but in higher vocational colleges, sports venues, equipment and facilities are quite lack, seriously affecting the normal physical education and students' extracurricular exercise, restricted the students The retention and development of interests and interests lead to the reduction of students' enthusiasm for exercise. This article aims to compare the general undergraduate and higher vocational colleges to find out the differences between the two types of colleges and universities, and provide a reference for the reform of the teaching of sports options in the higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou.
