山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目開展現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目體育運(yùn)動因具有獨(dú)特的趣味性、易操作性以及濃厚的傳統(tǒng)文化氣息在高校中深受學(xué)生的喜愛,同時也為我國的傳統(tǒng)民族體育文化起到了傳承的作用。因此本論文旨在分析高校中非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,尋求高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目開展的影響因素,為普通高校體育發(fā)展與改革提供參考依據(jù)。本研究以山西省高校(不包括體育專業(yè)院系)非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目開展情況為研究對象。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法,對山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的開展?fàn)顩r展開全面的了解,并發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析對其發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響的各種因素。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)以下六個方面:1、非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動在高校中的開展可以有效的推動我國民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的傳承。非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目在高校的開展將為民族傳統(tǒng)體育的傳承打下了堅實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目由過去政府主導(dǎo)的“保護(hù)”型的傳承方式向“娛樂”型的傳承方式轉(zhuǎn)變,同時非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目也為傳統(tǒng)體育文化提供了新的傳承方式。2、山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目課程的整體開設(shè)率較高,但教學(xué)場地明顯不足,大部分課程都是通過占用其他運(yùn)動項(xiàng)目的場地進(jìn)行;開設(shè)的形式大致為必修課程和選修課程兩種,并且是以必修課為主;教學(xué)內(nèi)容較為豐富,能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生積極參與非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目課程的興趣;教學(xué)方法與手段傳統(tǒng)單調(diào)。3、高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動隊教練員大多為本校的教師,因此在擔(dān)任運(yùn)動隊教練員的同時仍然有大量的其他工作要做,這種“兼職”的狀態(tài)使得教練員難以將自身的時間和精力集中在非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目訓(xùn)練上。長此以往將對非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目在高校中的開展造成不利的因素;山西省普通高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目教練員年輕化水平比例較低,不利于形成新老隊伍的交替;相對來說我省各高校在資金方面對非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的投入并不算低,但由于非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目本身對相關(guān)器材服裝等硬件設(shè)施設(shè)備的要求比較高,所以從整體的角度來看仍然時非常的有限。4、從山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目體育社團(tuán)的組織形式上看,學(xué)生為社團(tuán)的直接管理者,負(fù)責(zé)社團(tuán)活動的調(diào)度工作;教師為間接管理者,負(fù)責(zé)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確、安全、科學(xué)的組織開展社團(tuán)活動,在開展熟練和項(xiàng)目的多樣性上比較欠缺;非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目體育社團(tuán)的經(jīng)費(fèi)來源均以學(xué)校撥款和收取會費(fèi)為主,這對于常規(guī)的體育社團(tuán)來說并不會造成太大的影響,但對于規(guī)模小、資金耗費(fèi)較大的新興非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目體育社團(tuán)來說無法滿足日;顒娱_支,所以需要開拓多途徑的經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道。學(xué)生參加體育社團(tuán)的動機(jī)以掌握體育技能和增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)為主,社團(tuán)的活動時間主要安排在每周的周末或者是在法定的節(jié)假日自發(fā)組織。而在每次社團(tuán)活動頻率和時間長短上,則大多是每周兩次,每次2-3小時。山西省高校的非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目社團(tuán)的宣傳方式比較傳統(tǒng)。5、從學(xué)生參與非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的情況來看,參與的形式以“娛樂”為主,參與動機(jī)則是以“出于喜歡”和“出于好奇”為主。但學(xué)生對非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的了解程度低且了解途徑比較單一。因此對高校的非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)通過運(yùn)用正確的手段將自身最誘人的一面展現(xiàn)出來才能更好的在高校中開展。6、因子分析后的結(jié)果表明,山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的開展根據(jù)影響程度高低進(jìn)行的影響因素排序,分別是學(xué)生認(rèn)知、學(xué)校管理、課程開展、非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)、師資力量。其中,學(xué)生認(rèn)知和學(xué)校管理是山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目開展的主要影響因素。是故,如果想更好的在山西省高校開展非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)首先從以上三個方面著手。據(jù)此,本研究針對通過實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)的上述問題后提出了以下五項(xiàng)對策來改進(jìn)山西省高校非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目開展?fàn)顩r:1、順應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展規(guī)律,開拓傳統(tǒng)文化新的傳承。2、集中力量大力推動具有傳統(tǒng)民族特色的非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目向高水平發(fā)展。3、轉(zhuǎn)變體育教學(xué)觀念,以提高學(xué)生體質(zhì)為目標(biāo)。4、運(yùn)用培訓(xùn)的手段優(yōu)化非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目師資結(jié)構(gòu)。5、舉辦賽事提升學(xué)生對非奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)動體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Because of the unique interest, the easy operation and the strong traditional culture atmosphere, the non Olympic sports sports are deeply loved by the students in the colleges and universities. At the same time, it also plays the role of inheriting the traditional national sports culture in our country. This paper aims to analyze the status of the development of the non Olympic Games in Colleges and universities and seek non Olympic projects in Colleges and universities. The influencing factors are provided for the development and reform of physical education in Colleges and universities. This study takes the non Olympic events of colleges and universities in Shanxi province (excluding sports professional departments) as the research object. By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the non Olympic events in Universities in Shanxi province are opened. The following six aspects are found in the following six aspects: 1, the development of non Olympic Sports in Colleges and universities can effectively promote the heritage of Chinese traditional sports culture. The development of non Olympic Games in Colleges and universities will be the heritage of traditional national sports It has laid a solid foundation. The non Olympic projects have changed from the past government led "protection" type to the "entertainment" type, while the non Olympic projects also provide a new way of inheriting the traditional sports culture,.2. The overall opening rate of the non Olympic courses in Shanxi universities is high, but the teaching field is obviously insufficient. Most of the courses are carried out by occupying other sports sites; the form is roughly two kinds of compulsory courses and elective courses, and it is based on compulsory courses; the content of the teaching is more abundant and it can stimulate the students' interest in the non Olympic programs; the teaching methods and means are monotonous and.3, and the non Olympic Games in Colleges and universities are transported. Most of the coaches are teachers in the school, so there are still a lot of other work to be done at the same time as the coaches of the sports team. This "part-time" state makes it difficult for the coaches to concentrate their time and energy on non Olympic training. This will cause adverse events in the development of non Olympic projects in Colleges and universities. The proportion of the coaches of non Olympic Sports Coaches in Shanxi province is low, which is not conducive to the formation of the old and new teams. The overall point of view is still very limited.4. From the organizational form of the non Olympic Sports Association in Shanxi University, the student is the direct manager of the community, responsible for the scheduling of community activities; the teacher is the indirect manager, and is responsible for guiding the students to carry out community activities correctly, safely and scientifically, and to carry out proficiency and projects. The resources of the non Olympic sports associations are all based on school appropriations and collecting fees, which will not have much influence on the regular sports associations, but it is necessary for the small and expensive new sports clubs to meet the daily activities. Develop a multi-channel source of funding sources. Students' motivation to participate in sports associations is to master physical skills and enhance physical fitness. The activity time of the community is mainly arranged at weekly weekends or in the statutory holidays. The frequency and time of each club are mostly two times a week, 2-3 hours a week. The publicity methods of non Olympic sports associations in Shanxi colleges and universities are compared to traditional.5. From the situation of students participating in non Olympic events, the form of participation is mainly "entertainment", and the motivation of participation is "out of love" and "out of curiosity". The non Olympic projects in Colleges and universities should show their most attractive side through the use of the correct means to better carry out.6 in Colleges and universities. The result of factor analysis shows that the influence factors of non Olympic projects in Shanxi colleges and universities are based on the influence factors, which are students' cognition, School management and course opening. Exhibition, non Olympic project structure, teacher strength. Among them, students' cognition and school management are the main influencing factors of non Olympic projects in Shanxi province. Therefore, if we want to better carry out non Olympic projects in Shanxi colleges and universities first from the above three aspects. Accordingly, this study aims at the above questions found through the field visit investigation. After the question, the following five countermeasures are put forward to improve the non Olympic events in Shanxi province. 1, conform to the law of the development of the market economy, open up a new heritage.2 of the traditional culture, and concentrate our efforts to promote the development of.3 with the traditional national characteristics of non Olympic projects to the high level, change the concept of physical education and improve the students' physical fitness as the goal.4, Using training means to optimize.5 structure of non Olympic events, organize events to enhance students' sports experience for non Olympic events.
