上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的轉(zhuǎn)型,經(jīng)濟收入不斷增加,可支配性的收入提高,使人們的體育價值觀和消費觀念逐步增強,他們需要多渠道、多方式來滿足不斷增長的文化需要,其中體育健身和娛樂就是首選。鑒于此,以傳授技能為主的體育培訓(xùn)業(yè)開始在全國興起,各種形式的體育培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)相繼出現(xiàn),社會上一些單位或個人開始涉足體育市場,培訓(xùn)項目主要集中在足球、籃球、乒乓球、網(wǎng)球、羽毛球、棋牌、游泳等項目上,體育培訓(xùn)業(yè)正在成為國民經(jīng)濟的新增長點;@球是一項極具魅力的運動,在以海派文化交會融合為特色的大都市上海,青少年籃球運動有廣泛的學(xué)生基礎(chǔ),深受廣大青少年的喜愛。但受諸多因素的制約,無法充分滿足青少年的籃球愛好。鑒于這種矛盾,越來越多的青少年利用課余時間甚至抽出專門時間來參加籃球培訓(xùn),以青少年為主要培養(yǎng)對象的籃球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)迅速發(fā)展。本文采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法,通過實地調(diào)查與網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查相結(jié)合,對上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的基本情況進行了調(diào)查研究,分析了這些培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的機制、類型、分布狀況及經(jīng)營情況,并對參與培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員及其家長進行調(diào)查訪問,注重專家權(quán)威和一線工作者的觀點與意見。在大量文獻資料的基礎(chǔ)上,從整體上了解青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的運行現(xiàn)狀,找出存在:人員配置不理想、整體規(guī)模小;收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)混亂、經(jīng)營能力差、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)不明確等實際問題。并得出以下結(jié)論:1.上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場是建立在上海市經(jīng)濟、文化及政策背景下形成。雖然目前初具規(guī)模,但還算不上是產(chǎn)業(yè),就上海青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場未來前景來看,存在巨大市場潛力。2.上海青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)可以滿足學(xué)員及家長在培訓(xùn)時間、培訓(xùn)費用和培訓(xùn)場地設(shè)施的需求,但在培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)及教練員教學(xué)水平還有待于提高。3.上海青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場學(xué)員和家長的參訓(xùn)動機基本一致,不但為了提高籃球技術(shù),而更重要的是通過籃球培訓(xùn)鍛煉身體,保證身體健康,培養(yǎng)學(xué)員的團隊協(xié)作能力,養(yǎng)成良好的運動習(xí)慣。4.上海青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場中參訓(xùn)學(xué)員以中小學(xué)生為主。女學(xué)員參訓(xùn)很少。參訓(xùn)學(xué)員期望籃球培訓(xùn)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容能夠緊扣時代潮流,貼近實戰(zhàn)技術(shù)。5.上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場教練員專業(yè)程度較高,年輕且富有激情,但缺乏經(jīng)驗豐富的老教練。且全職教練比例過少,給培訓(xùn)的長期穩(wěn)定性帶來隱患。6.影響上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場發(fā)展的因素是機構(gòu)因子、教練員因子、學(xué)員因子和家庭因子。7.上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的管理監(jiān)督部門不明確,審批部門不統(tǒng)一,培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)不明確,收費混亂,缺乏具體法律法規(guī)的規(guī)范和約束。8.上海青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下機構(gòu)有了新的運營模式,主要以微營銷的銷售模式,給培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)提供更廣闊的平臺。提出以下建議:1.政府相關(guān)部門要盡快制定青少年籃球培訓(xùn)市場法規(guī)制度,并制定統(tǒng)一評價體系,對現(xiàn)有市場培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)進行規(guī)范指導(dǎo),嚴(yán)格把關(guān),使青少年籃球培訓(xùn)走向正軌。2.建立教練員和學(xué)員評價體系,了解學(xué)員以及學(xué)員家長的參訓(xùn)動機和需求,使得教學(xué)的內(nèi)容和形式多樣化,讓學(xué)員家長了解學(xué)員的教學(xué)進度,并對教練員的教學(xué)能力進行評價,更好的反饋教練員的能力,促進教練員教學(xué)水平的提高。3.對教練員選聘進行嚴(yán)格篩選,增加全職教練比例,并經(jīng)常對教練進行培訓(xùn),制定績效考核工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn),把教練員課時費和教練等級掛鉤,提升教練員積極性。4.精準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)市場定位,提高成才效率,拓寬培訓(xùn)市場渠道,積極與學(xué)校與社區(qū)合作,為上海市籃球人才培養(yǎng)提供更加廣闊的平臺。5.擴大對青少年籃球培訓(xùn)的宣傳,多運用微營銷策略,建立品牌戰(zhàn)略,形成品牌文化,增強品牌影響力,開拓上海市青少年籃球培訓(xùn)的潛在市場。6.培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)管理人員、教練員、參訓(xùn)學(xué)員以及參訓(xùn)學(xué)員家長建立有效的溝通渠道,通過相互交流溝通,促進上海市籃球培訓(xùn)市場健康有序的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of the society, the economic income is increasing and the disposable income is improved, and the sports values and consumption concepts are gradually enhanced. They need multi-channel and multi ways to meet the growing cultural needs. Sports fitness and entertainment are the first choice. With the rise of the country, various forms of sports training institutions have appeared one after another. Some units or individuals in the society begin to dabble in the sports market. The training projects are mainly focused on football, basketball, table tennis, tennis, badminton, chess and card, swimming and so on. The sports training industry is becoming the new growth point of the people's economy. Basketball is a very attractive sport, In Shanghai, a metropolis with the characteristics of the rendezvous and integration of the Shanghai school culture, the youth basketball game has a wide student base and is deeply loved by the majority of young people. However, under the constraints of many factors, it can not fully satisfy the basketball hobbies of teenagers. In view of this contradiction, more and more young people use their spare time and even draw special time to participate in the study. With the training of basketball, the basketball training institutions which take the youth as the main training object are developing rapidly. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on. Through the field investigation and the network investigation, the basic situation of the Shanghai youth basketball training institutions is investigated and studied, and the training institutions are analyzed. The mechanism, type, distribution and operation situation of the students and their parents were interviewed, the expert authority and the views and opinions of the front-line workers were paid attention to. On the basis of a large number of documents, the present situation of the youth basketball training institutions was understood as a whole. The following conclusions are drawn as follows: 1. Shanghai youth basketball training market is based on the economic, cultural and policy background of Shanghai. Although it has begun to take shape at the present time, it is not the industry, and the future of the Shanghai youth basketball training market will come. There is great market potential.2.
