萬國群星足球俱樂部經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:2014年底,隨著國務(wù)院46號文件的發(fā)布,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展得到足夠重視,足球行業(yè)的改革作為其中重點在不斷開展,民眾對草根足球青訓的接受程度也呈逐年遞增的趨勢。隨著一系列有關(guān)體育新政的出臺,草根足球組織在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上擁有了更好的發(fā)展機遇。本文將以萬國群星足球俱樂部(China Club Football)這一在北京青少年足球界擁有較深資歷的典型機構(gòu)作為研究對象,通過對其發(fā)展歷程和經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀的分析和研究,指明其中的值得參考的優(yōu)勢及經(jīng)營中存在的問題,從而為青少年草根足球機構(gòu)的從業(yè)者以及未來有從事該行業(yè)的人們提供幫助與參考。通過對萬國群星俱樂部的成立初衷、經(jīng)營項目、收支情況等現(xiàn)狀進行具體分析,運用比較分析法分別同業(yè)內(nèi)同項目的國奧越野俱樂部以及同經(jīng)營模式的優(yōu)肯籃球進行比較,從研究中可發(fā)現(xiàn),其自身教練團隊水平屬行業(yè)領(lǐng)先水平,企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理制度基本正規(guī)化,作為中外合資企業(yè)其招商引資和自身商業(yè)開發(fā)能力明顯強于同類機構(gòu),但現(xiàn)階段俱樂部同樣面臨業(yè)內(nèi)機構(gòu)大多會遇到的如業(yè)務(wù)項目仍顯單一、缺乏專業(yè)管理人才及更多資金來源等問題。針對其現(xiàn)狀中所出現(xiàn)的問題,該類草根俱樂部需進行以下改進。首先,俱樂部應(yīng)不斷優(yōu)化內(nèi)部資源,加強自身團隊管理的專業(yè)性;其次,在保證現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量不下降的基礎(chǔ)上尋求新的業(yè)務(wù)拓展方向;最后,應(yīng)增強同有關(guān)政府部門的溝通交流,從而獲得幫助和支持,實現(xiàn)利益共享。相對應(yīng)的體育部門和教育部門在針對民間體育機構(gòu)在政策扶持上應(yīng)做出有效改進,需制定更符合實際情況的評定標準,對例如通過政府購買服務(wù)等合作方進行合作的相關(guān)單位進行評定,并將相關(guān)結(jié)果公開化增加透明度,做到公平公正。針對青少年草根體育俱樂部這一行業(yè)中外資企業(yè)數(shù)量不斷增加這一現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)予以更多便捷性的政策。針對該類民間體育組織中符合相關(guān)評定標準并同政府機關(guān)展開合作的單位,可給予相應(yīng)的財政支持及稅收優(yōu)惠等政策。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2014, with the release of Document No. 46 of the State Council, the development of sports industry has been paid enough attention. As the focus of the reform of the football industry, the acceptance of grass-roots football training is increasing year by year. With the introduction of a series of new sports policies, the grassroots football organization has the existing foundation. This article will take the China Club Football as the research object of the typical organization which has a deep seniority in Beijing teenager football field. Through the analysis and Research on its development and management status, this paper points out the advantages and problems in its management. The practitioners of the youth grassroots football organization and the people who have been engaged in the industry in the future provide help and reference. Through the specific analysis of the original intention of the establishment of the Star Club of Wan Guo, the situation of the operation, the situation of revenue and expenditure, and so on, the national Olympic cross-country club with the same project in the same industry and the same business model with the same business are made by the comparative analysis method. In the comparison of basketball, it can be found from the study that the level of its own coaching team belongs to the leading level of the industry, and the internal management system of the enterprise is basically regularized. As a Sino foreign joint venture, its investment investment and its own commercial development ability are obviously stronger than those of the same kind. In view of the problems in its present situation, this kind of grassroots club needs to be improved. First, the club should constantly optimize the internal resources and strengthen the professionalism of their own team management; secondly, seek new industries on the basis of ensuring that the existing business quality is not reduced. In the end, we should strengthen communication with relevant government departments so as to get help and support and achieve benefit sharing. The corresponding sports departments and educational departments should make effective improvements in policy support for folk sports institutions, and need to formulate standards that are more consistent with the actual situation, such as the purchase of clothing through the government, for example. The relevant cooperation parties shall be evaluated, and the relevant results are open and transparent to achieve fairness and fairness. The policy of more convenience should be given to the increasing number of foreign enterprises in the youth grassroots sports club. The units that are allowed to cooperate with government organs can give corresponding financial support and preferential tax policies.
