ITF,PTR,USPTA網(wǎng)球教練員認(rèn)證在我國發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:教練員的綜合素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)能力是制約和影響競技體育發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,提高教練員的執(zhí)教水平己是各國競技體育競爭的條件之一,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)教練員是實(shí)現(xiàn)體育科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練的主要途徑。近年來我國網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動取得很多輝煌成績,這與我國網(wǎng)球教練員的不斷探索密切相關(guān)。但目前國內(nèi)網(wǎng)球教練員的整體水平并不高,因此應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確的了解目前我國網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)班的開展情況,給出合理實(shí)際的建議。研究通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法,對目前國內(nèi)三大網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)班的培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,為今后國內(nèi)網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)班的開展提供參考依據(jù)。研究得出以下結(jié)論:1、中國網(wǎng)球協(xié)會培訓(xùn)班分為初級、中級、高級和特級。PTR與USPTA培訓(xùn)班只分為初級與高級。2、中國網(wǎng)球協(xié)會培訓(xùn)班周期較長,培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容更加豐富。PTR與USPTA培訓(xùn)班周期較短,培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容不夠豐富。3、參加中國網(wǎng)球協(xié)會培訓(xùn)班的教練員大多是國家,省市隊(duì)教練員與退役運(yùn)動員。參加PTR與USPTA培訓(xùn)班教練員大多是俱樂部教練與網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生。4、中國網(wǎng)球協(xié)會培訓(xùn)班導(dǎo)師大部分在國家或省市擔(dān)任過主教練職務(wù)。USPTA培訓(xùn)班導(dǎo)師也有一部分在國家隊(duì)擔(dān)任過主教練職務(wù)或國家隊(duì)退役的運(yùn)動員。PTR培訓(xùn)班導(dǎo)師大部分是網(wǎng)球俱樂部和業(yè)余體校主教練。5、中國網(wǎng)球協(xié)會培訓(xùn)班報(bào)名條件較高。PTR,USPTA培訓(xùn)班報(bào)名條件不高。根據(jù)目前我國網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)班的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議:第一、重視網(wǎng)球教練員的分層培訓(xùn),初級培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容簡單、用時(shí)較少、要求較低、培訓(xùn)中應(yīng)更重視實(shí)踐操作。高級培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容復(fù)雜、需要長時(shí)間的潛心研究、要求較高、培訓(xùn)中應(yīng)更重視理論與實(shí)踐操作結(jié)合。第二、促進(jìn)培訓(xùn)教材的國際化與本土化,在網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容方面既要總結(jié)前期經(jīng)驗(yàn),又要融入歐美國家網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)教材的合理內(nèi)容,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)我國網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)教材國際化與本土化。第三、適度將參加網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)班人數(shù)控制25-30人,有助于提高網(wǎng)球教練員的整體培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。第四、目前我國網(wǎng)球教練員培訓(xùn)班導(dǎo)師技術(shù)水平能滿足現(xiàn)狀,但由于導(dǎo)師較少,辦班點(diǎn)增加,出現(xiàn)了培訓(xùn)導(dǎo)師調(diào)配困難的新問題。在今后的培訓(xùn)過程中應(yīng)不斷吸收新的優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)師加入培訓(xùn)隊(duì)伍中。第五、增加培訓(xùn)班的報(bào)名途徑與名額,在一些體育院;蛏鐣䴔C(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)立報(bào)名點(diǎn),同時(shí)適量的增加報(bào)名的人數(shù),讓更多不同水平的教練員能有機(jī)會參與。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive quality and professional ability of coaches are the key to restrict and influence the development of competitive sports. Cultivating high-quality coaches is the main way to realize scientific training of physical education. In recent years, tennis in China has made a lot of brilliant achievements, which is closely related to the constant exploration of Chinese tennis coaches. However, the overall level of domestic tennis coaches is not high, so we should accurately understand the current situation of tennis coaches training courses in China, and give some reasonable practical suggestions. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, the paper systematically studies the training system of the three domestic tennis coaches' training courses, and provides the reference for the future development of the domestic tennis coaches' training courses. The following conclusions are drawn: the training courses of the Chinese Tennis Association are divided into primary, intermediate, advanced and advanced. PTR and USPTA training courses are only divided into primary and advanced classes, and the training courses of China Tennis Association have a long training period. The training content is more abundant. PTR and USPTA training course cycle is shorter, the training content is not rich. 3. The coaches who participate in the training course of China Tennis Association are mostly national, provincial and municipal team coaches and retired athletes. The coaches of the PTR and USPTA training courses are mostly club coaches and tennis special students. Most of the trainers of the training courses of China Tennis Association have served as coach positions in the country or provinces. USPTA training course instructors are also part of the national team. Most of the coaches who have served as head coach or retired national team are coach of tennis club and amateur sports school. The registration condition of training course of China Tennis Association is higher. The registration condition of USPTA training course is not high. According to the present situation of tennis coach training in our country, the following suggestions are put forward: first, pay attention to the layered training of tennis coaches, the primary training content is simple, the time is less, the requirement is low, the training should pay more attention to the practice operation. The content of advanced training is complex, which requires long time intensive research, so it is necessary to pay more attention to the combination of theory and practice. Second, to promote the internationalization and localization of the training materials, in tennis coaches training content, we should not only sum up the previous experience, but also integrate the reasonable content of tennis coaches training textbooks in Europe and the United States. Gradually realize the internationalization and localization of tennis coaches training textbooks in China. Thirdly, 25-30 participants will be controlled to improve the overall training quality of tennis coaches. Fourth, at present, the technical level of trainers in tennis coaches training courses in China can meet the present situation, but due to the small number of instructors and the increase in the number of classes, there is a new problem of difficult deployment of training coaches. In the future training process should continue to absorb new excellent teachers to join the training team. Fifthly, increase the enrollment channels and places of training courses, set up registration points in some sports colleges or social organizations, at the same time, increase the number of applicants in an appropriate amount, so that more coaches of different levels can have the opportunity to participate.
