功能訓(xùn)練對(duì)小學(xué)短式網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員正反手擊球穩(wěn)定性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:通過對(duì)小學(xué)8~9歲的小學(xué)短式網(wǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行功能訓(xùn)練,探索功能訓(xùn)練對(duì)小學(xué)短網(wǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)正反手擊球穩(wěn)定性是否比普通訓(xùn)練的效果更明顯,從而提高小學(xué)短網(wǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員正反擊球水平。研究方法:主要通過實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、文獻(xiàn)資料法進(jìn)行研究。研究過程:對(duì)從杭州市保O鏊笛檠6掏碩苯蠭TN正反手擊球深度和精度進(jìn)行測(cè)試,從中選取20名運(yùn)動(dòng)員作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,其中男生10名,女生10名,將這20名男、女運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行配對(duì)分組,隨機(jī)抽一組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,另一組為對(duì)照組。針對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的情況制定12周的功能訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,每周訓(xùn)練時(shí)間為周一到周五每天課后的下午,每次功能訓(xùn)練時(shí)間為40分鐘。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后通過ITN正反手擊球深度與精確度測(cè)試得分來評(píng)價(jià)擊球的穩(wěn)定性。研究結(jié)果:1、訓(xùn)練后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組在網(wǎng)球正反手擊球深度和精度均有顯著性差異(P0.05)2、訓(xùn)練后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組男生與對(duì)照組男生在正反手擊球深度和精度上均有顯著性差異(P0.05)3、訓(xùn)練后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組女生與對(duì)照組女生在正反手擊球深度上沒有顯著差異,但實(shí)驗(yàn)組女生的平均分高于對(duì)照組;實(shí)驗(yàn)組女生與對(duì)照組女生在擊球精度上有著顯著差異(P0.05)研究結(jié)論:功能訓(xùn)練方法對(duì)提高小學(xué)短式網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的正反手擊球穩(wěn)定性較普通訓(xùn)練方法效果更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether the stability of forehand and backhand batting in short net movement in primary school is more effective than that in general training through the function training of 8- 9 years old primary school short net athletes. In order to improve the primary school short net player positive and negative hit level. Research methods: mainly through the experimental method, mathematical statistics method, literature method to carry on the research. Research process: from Hangzhou to protect O griddle? Rodgersia 6? Suk? Benzene? The depth and accuracy of the forward and backhand batting were tested, and 20 athletes were selected as the experimental objects, including 10 boys and 10 girls. The 20 male and female athletes were paired and divided into two groups, which were randomly selected as the experimental group. The other group was the control group. According to the situation of the experimental group, a 12-week functional training plan was made. The weekly training time was from Monday to Friday in the afternoon after class, and the time of each functional training was 40 minutes. At the end of the experiment, the stability of the shot was evaluated by the test scores of depth and accuracy of ITN forehand and backhand. Results: 1, after training, there were significant differences in depth and precision between experimental group and control group (P0.05). After training, there were significant differences in depth and precision of forehand stroke between male students in experimental group and boys in control group (P0.05), and after training, there were significant differences in depth and precision of forehand stroke between male students in experimental group and boys in control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the depth of forehand stroke between the girls of the experimental group and the control group, but the average score of the girls in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between female students in experimental group and female students in control group (P0.05) conclusion: functional training method can improve the stability of forehand and backhand of primary school short tennis players more obviously than ordinary training methods.
