富力足球俱樂部預(yù)備隊(duì)賽前預(yù)備期體能訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:近年來,國(guó)家提高了在足球應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)方面的投入。本文通過對(duì)廣州市富力足球俱樂部預(yù)備隊(duì)賽前預(yù)備期的體能訓(xùn)練的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,對(duì)其體能測(cè)試的結(jié)果作統(tǒng)計(jì),同時(shí)從國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的體能訓(xùn)練視角去理解其訓(xùn)練,對(duì)青少年過度階段職業(yè)足球隊(duì)的體能訓(xùn)練的發(fā)展提出建議。體能因素是監(jiān)測(cè)一名足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員是否能達(dá)到比賽任務(wù)順利完成指標(biāo),它能展現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員未來的發(fā)展趨向,也是足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的綜合技能之一。通過對(duì)富力足球俱樂部預(yù)備隊(duì)隊(duì)員體能訓(xùn)練的調(diào)查,也有利于對(duì)當(dāng)代青少年足球技術(shù)、體能等環(huán)節(jié)的全面發(fā)展作出一個(gè)相對(duì)完整的分析,并給出相應(yīng)發(fā)展對(duì)策。在對(duì)青年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的發(fā)展中,深入了解每個(gè)隊(duì)員的脂肪含量、下肢爆發(fā)力、肺活量、單腳跳、等動(dòng)測(cè)試、靈敏、速度、柔韌度Y-平衡測(cè)試(下肢)、等動(dòng)肌力測(cè)試、無氧功測(cè)試結(jié)果等指標(biāo)的測(cè)量,評(píng)價(jià)該隊(duì)伍青年球員的體能訓(xùn)練情況。通過對(duì)該俱樂部青年球員的實(shí)地觀察訓(xùn)練跟蹤和以問卷形式調(diào)查收集數(shù)據(jù)并且運(yùn)用訪談等形式去與教練等專業(yè)人員交流,得出的結(jié)論如下:一、現(xiàn)應(yīng)用于青少年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的身體素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),信息量相對(duì)較多。在體脂方面,有七名脂肪含量過高的球員;全隊(duì)的靈敏素質(zhì)不高;就絕對(duì)的速度素質(zhì)來說,該球隊(duì)素質(zhì)尚過關(guān);其各肌群柔韌平衡度不一致,應(yīng)注意防止受傷;而在Y平衡測(cè)試中,有兩位球員需要重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng);等動(dòng)肌力測(cè)試結(jié)果中,部分球員低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)0.6,這會(huì)極容易導(dǎo)致其受傷;在無氧功測(cè)試以及最大吸氧量測(cè)試結(jié)果中,隊(duì)員間的差異都相對(duì)比較大。二、隊(duì)員的調(diào)查問卷來看,其專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練的主觀認(rèn)識(shí)不足,訓(xùn)練次數(shù)相對(duì)較少,且訓(xùn)練的次數(shù)以及強(qiáng)度不夠,需要端正改隊(duì)伍球員對(duì)于體能訓(xùn)練的認(rèn)識(shí)。三、富力足球俱樂部預(yù)備隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員缺乏科學(xué)全面的體能訓(xùn)練指導(dǎo)以及一定的資源支撐。其訓(xùn)練與休息恢復(fù)時(shí)間的分配以及訓(xùn)練手段、方式的調(diào)整,都對(duì)于球員以后的訓(xùn)練具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country has increased its investment in the training of applied football talents. Based on the investigation of the current situation of physical training in the reserve team of Guangzhou Fuli Football Club before the match, this paper makes statistics on the results of the physical fitness test, and at the same time understands the training from the perspective of advanced physical training at home and abroad. Some suggestions are put forward for the development of physical fitness training of the professional football team in the excessive stage of youth. Physical ability factor is to monitor whether a football player can reach the target of successful completion of the competition task, it can show the future development trend of the player, and it is also one of the comprehensive skills of the football player. Through the investigation of the physical training of the reserve team members of the Fu Li Football Club, it is also helpful to make a relatively complete analysis of the all-round development of the contemporary youth football technology and physical fitness, and to put forward the corresponding development countermeasures. In the development of young football players, in-depth understanding of each player's fat content, lower extremity explosive force, vital capacity, one-foot jump, isokinetic test, sensitivity, speed, flexibility Y-balance test (lower limbs), isomotor force test, The results of anaerobic work test were measured to evaluate the physical training of the young players. Through the field observation and training of the young players of the club, the data collection in the form of questionnaire and the use of interviews to communicate with the coaches and other professionals, the conclusions are as follows: 1. Now it is used to evaluate the physical quality of young football players, the amount of information is relatively much. In terms of body fat, there are seven players with excessive fat content; the team's sensitive quality is not high; as far as absolute speed quality is concerned, the team's quality is still up to standard; the flexibility and balance of each muscle group is not consistent, so attention should be paid to preventing injury. In the Y balance test, two players need to be strengthened; in the isomotor test, some players are below the standard 0.6, which can easily lead to injury; in the anaerobic work test and the maximum oxygen intake test results, The differences between the players are relatively large. Secondly, the questionnaire survey shows that the subjective cognition of the special physical fitness training is insufficient, the training times are relatively few, and the training frequency and intensity are not enough, so it is necessary to correct the team players' understanding of physical fitness training. Third, the reserve team players of Fuli Football Club lack scientific and comprehensive physical training guidance and certain resource support. The allocation of training and rest recovery time, as well as the adjustment of training methods and methods, are of great significance to the player's later training.
