【摘要】：成功申辦2022年冬奧會以來,我國冰雪事業(yè)迎來重大發(fā)展契機,帶動3億人參與冰雪運動成為我國冬季運動發(fā)展的重要目標(biāo)。主要采用文獻資料法、歷史分析法等研究方法,回顧歐洲早期滑雪運動發(fā)展的社會動因,是將滑雪運動置于整體社會發(fā)展環(huán)境中,對生產(chǎn)力、生產(chǎn)關(guān)系以及社會的需求等要素進行綜合分析,其發(fā)展規(guī)律反映了生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展、精英引導(dǎo)、國家意志等因素的共同作用,體現(xiàn)了歐洲滑雪運動從貴族精英、健康觀念形成向大眾參與理念轉(zhuǎn)變的發(fā)展歷程,研究歐洲滑雪從少數(shù)人引領(lǐng)到大眾參與的進程,將為我國滑雪運動大眾化普及提供借鑒。分析認(rèn)為:1)精英階級對于滑雪運動的熱情促成了滑雪俱樂部在歐洲的興起,在滿足休閑娛樂之余,有效地將滑雪運動與公民意識相結(jié)合,培養(yǎng)了社會大眾對于資產(chǎn)階級統(tǒng)治的認(rèn)同感。2)軍事滑雪運動的發(fā)展是滑雪運動實現(xiàn)精英階級向大眾推廣的重要途徑。一戰(zhàn)前夕,各國滑雪部隊建立,擴大了滑雪運動的參與范圍,為國家軍事滑雪人才奠定了基礎(chǔ)。3)一戰(zhàn)后,歐洲國家將滑雪運動引入學(xué)校課程體系。政府通過設(shè)置學(xué)�；┱n程、降低滑雪價格、住宿、成本等方式鼓勵青少年參與滑雪運動,打破了經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)決定滑雪參與的局面,擴大了滑雪運動的參與群體。隨著滑雪人數(shù)的增多,各國滑雪比賽逐漸增多推動了國際性滑雪組織建立,歐洲早期滑雪運動得以發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:Since the successful application for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, China's ice and snow industry has ushered in an important development opportunity, and it has become an important goal for China's winter sports to promote 300 million people to participate in the ice and snow sports. By using the methods of literature and historical analysis, this paper reviews the social motivation of the development of ski sports in Europe, which is to put ski sports in the overall social development environment and to the productive forces. The comprehensive analysis of the factors of production relations and social demand reflects the common action of factors such as the development of productive forces, elitist guidance, national will and so on, and reflects the European ski sports from the aristocratic elite. The formation of the concept of health to the concept of popular participation in the development of the process of European skiing from a few people leading to mass participation will provide a reference for the popularization of ski sports in China. It is concluded that the enthusiasm of the elite for skiing has contributed to the rise of ski clubs in Europe, which, while satisfying leisure and entertainment, effectively combines ski sports with civic consciousness. The development of military skiing is an important way to promote the elite class to the masses. On the eve of World War I, ski troops of all countries established, expanded the scope of participation in skiing, laid the foundation for national military skiing talent.) after World War I, European countries introduced skiing into school curriculum system. The government encourages young people to participate in skiing by setting up school skiing courses, reducing skiing price, accommodation and cost, breaking the situation that the economic base determines ski participation, and expanding the participation group of skiing sports. With the increase of the number of skiers, the number of skiing competitions in various countries is increasing gradually, which promotes the establishment of international skiing organizations, and the early European skiing movement has developed and expanded.
