本文選題：美國(guó) + 健身文化　； 參考：《上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)》2017年碩士論文

【摘要】：本論文通過(guò)對(duì)八十年代美國(guó)興起的健身文化及其體現(xiàn)出的身體觀進(jìn)行研究,討論導(dǎo)致這一獨(dú)特身體觀形成的社會(huì)文化因素及其背后的社會(huì)運(yùn)作機(jī)制。本文首先對(duì)當(dāng)代美國(guó)健美身體形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的討論進(jìn)行了歸納與匯總,并研究這一身體形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在美國(guó)社會(huì)生活中的體現(xiàn)。第二章著重探究“健美”形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成的社會(huì)文化背景。雖然西方社會(huì)從古希臘時(shí)期已開(kāi)始了對(duì)健美身材的贊美,但獨(dú)特的美國(guó)文化也為健美的身體形象孕育出了獨(dú)特的文化意涵。這一理想身體形象實(shí)際上否定的是從美國(guó)文化歷史中發(fā)展出的“肥胖恥辱”,它與美國(guó)的新教傳統(tǒng),種族歧視等社會(huì)背景息息相關(guān)。一方面通過(guò)對(duì)在美國(guó)政治、商業(yè)以及種族文化背景中“完美”身體理想的體現(xiàn)進(jìn)行探究,另一方面分析肥胖和衰老人群的自我認(rèn)知,體現(xiàn)美國(guó)理想身體形象背后多元而互相作用的社會(huì)文化因素。第三章試從現(xiàn)代資本權(quán)力運(yùn)作機(jī)制的角度解釋將“理想身材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”內(nèi)化于社會(huì)成員的方式�，F(xiàn)代社會(huì)興起的消費(fèi)主義鼓勵(lì)健身者對(duì)身體進(jìn)行“客體化”,甚至是“商品化”。一方面,現(xiàn)代健身者將自身客體化的現(xiàn)象其實(shí)質(zhì)為身體美學(xué)范疇內(nèi)審美主體性的讓渡。另一方面,當(dāng)代美國(guó)健身產(chǎn)業(yè)為了吸引更多消費(fèi)者于是將健身行為與優(yōu)秀品德意志相結(jié)合,這些理念看似合理,實(shí)則具有誘導(dǎo)性與強(qiáng)制性的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合米歇爾·�？碌闹R(shí)/權(quán)利觀,本章將從社會(huì)微觀權(quán)力規(guī)訓(xùn)身體的角度對(duì)現(xiàn)代資本作用下“理想”身材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的形成過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明消費(fèi)社會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)代美國(guó)“理想”身材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成起到的決定性作用,同時(shí)闡明在現(xiàn)代資本權(quán)力的作用下,為了保證現(xiàn)代資本主義社會(huì)的源動(dòng)力,現(xiàn)代資本權(quán)力作為“隱形的手”通過(guò)創(chuàng)造社會(huì)規(guī)范規(guī)訓(xùn)身體的方式使消費(fèi)者不斷產(chǎn)生消費(fèi)需求,從而確保相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與繁榮。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the social and cultural factors that led to the formation of this unique body view and the social operating mechanism behind it are discussed through the study of the fitness culture and the body view that emerged in the United States in the 1980s. This paper summarizes and summarizes the standard of body image of contemporary American bodybuilding, and studies the embodiment of body image standard in American social life. The second chapter focuses on the social and cultural background of the formation of the image standard of bodybuilding. Although the western society began to praise the bodybuilding from the ancient Greek period, the unique American culture also gave birth to the unique cultural implication for the body-building image. What this ideal body image actually negates is the "obesity shame" developed from American culture and history, which is closely related to American Protestant tradition, racial discrimination and other social backgrounds. On the one hand, by exploring the embodiment of "perfect" physical ideals in American politics, business, and racial and cultural backgrounds, on the other hand, by analyzing the self-perception of obese and aging people, Social and cultural factors that reflect the diversity and interaction behind the ideal body image of the United States. The third chapter tries to explain the way to internalize the ideal body standard into social members from the angle of modern capital power operation mechanism. Consumerism rising in modern society encourages bodybuilders to "objectify" or even "commercialize" the body. On the one hand, the phenomenon that modern bodybuilders objectify themselves is essentially the transfer of aesthetic subjectivity within the category of body aesthetics. On the other hand, in order to attract more consumers, the contemporary American fitness industry combines fitness behavior with excellent German, which seems reasonable, but has the characteristics of inducement and compulsion. Combined with Michelle Foucault's view of knowledge / rights, this chapter will analyze the formation process of "ideal" body standard under the action of modern capital from the perspective of social micro power discipline body. Further explaining the decisive role that consumer society plays in the formation of the "ideal" body standard of contemporary America, and at the same time expounding that under the action of modern capital power, in order to ensure the source power of modern capitalist society, As an invisible hand, modern capital power can make consumers produce consumer demand by creating social norm and discipline body, so as to ensure the development and prosperity of related industries.
