【摘要】：本研究以廊坊市社區(qū)與學(xué)校體育設(shè)施共享現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素為研究對象,包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:第一,廊坊市社區(qū)以及下屬各個(gè)小區(qū)與學(xué)校的位置關(guān)系特點(diǎn)。第二,學(xué)校與社區(qū)體育設(shè)施的數(shù)量、類別以及使用情況。第三,廊坊市社區(qū)居民體育人口的年齡、性別、學(xué)歷、收入等基本情況,以及這些基本情況與進(jìn)行體育項(xiàng)目選擇的關(guān)系;第四,廊坊市學(xué)校與社區(qū)體育設(shè)施使用的時(shí)間特征。通過分析體育設(shè)施使用的“高峰期”與“低谷期”來判斷學(xué)校與社區(qū)是否具有共享的可能;第五,對社區(qū)居民使用體育設(shè)施的類型傾向性進(jìn)行調(diào)查,找出“熱點(diǎn)”體育設(shè)施;第六,調(diào)查影響學(xué)校與社區(qū)體育設(shè)施共享的因素,分析并判斷各個(gè)因素之間的權(quán)重關(guān)系,尋找主要影響因素。采用問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法等對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集、整理和分析,通過實(shí)地考察驗(yàn)證收集數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)性,進(jìn)而確定研究結(jié)果的可靠性。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):社區(qū)與學(xué)校在地理位置上具有體育設(shè)施共享的便利性,符合各類群體進(jìn)行體育鍛煉的“就近”原則;社區(qū)與學(xué)校體育設(shè)施的共享實(shí)際存在,但多數(shù)學(xué)校處于半開放狀態(tài),具有共享方式單一的特點(diǎn);社區(qū)體育整體上缺乏組織、資金匱乏、缺少體育設(shè)施共享的相關(guān)信息,從而使社區(qū)體育出現(xiàn)技術(shù)水平不高、組織效率低下等問題;社區(qū)體育設(shè)施整體落后于學(xué)校體育設(shè)施,在使用效率上,雙方都存在“高峰期”和“低谷期”;社區(qū)體育設(shè)施整體數(shù)量少、類型不全、保養(yǎng)維護(hù)不足是影響廊坊市體育設(shè)施共享的主要因素;其次是資金和收益的影響,其權(quán)重值分別為0.3013、0.2362。鑒于廊坊市社區(qū)和學(xué)校體育設(shè)施使用現(xiàn)狀,建議建立基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)或者手機(jī)APP的體育設(shè)施共享平臺(tái),通過進(jìn)行低價(jià)位收費(fèi),及時(shí)發(fā)布體育設(shè)施開放信息,并收取一定的保證金來確保共享參與群的合理行為方式;學(xué)校進(jìn)一步開放學(xué)校體育設(shè)施提高學(xué)校與社區(qū)體育設(shè)施的共享程度;建議學(xué)校與社區(qū)合作,建立更加合理和高效的體育設(shè)施管理體系,提高體育設(shè)施的使用效率。
[Abstract]:The present situation and its influencing factors of community and school sports facilities sharing in Langfang City are taken as the research objects, including the following aspects: first, the characteristics of the location relationship between the community and the subordinate communities and schools in Langfang City. Second, the number, category and usage of school and community sports facilities. Third, the age, sex, educational background, income of the sports population in Langfang City, and the relationship between these basic conditions and the selection of sports items; fourth, Langfang school and community sports facilities use time characteristics. Through analyzing the "peak period" and "low period" of sports facilities use to judge whether the school and the community have the possibility of sharing; fifthly, to investigate the tendency of community residents to use sports facilities, to find out the "hot spot" sports facilities; Sixth, investigate the factors that affect the sharing of school and community sports facilities, analyze and judge the weight relationship between each factor, and find out the main influencing factors. The methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, literature and interview were used to collect, organize and analyze the relevant data. The authenticity of the collected data was verified by field investigation, and the reliability of the research results was determined. Through the research, it is found that the community and school have the convenience of sharing sports facilities in geographical location, which accords with the principle of "proximity" of physical exercise for various groups, and the sharing of sports facilities between community and school actually exists. However, most schools are semi-open and have the characteristics of single sharing mode, lack of organization, lack of funds and lack of relevant information of sports facilities sharing in community sports as a whole, so that the level of community sports technology is not high. The whole community sports facilities lag behind the school sports facilities, both sides have "peak period" and "low period" in using efficiency, the whole number of community sports facilities is small, the types of community sports facilities are not complete, Insufficient maintenance is the main factor affecting the sharing of sports facilities in Langfang, followed by the influence of capital and income, the weight of which is 0.3013 ~ 0.2362 respectively. In view of the present situation of the use of sports facilities in communities and schools in Langfang City, it is suggested that a sports facilities sharing platform based on network or mobile phone app should be set up, and that the opening information of sports facilities should be released in a timely manner through low price charges. And collect a certain amount of money to ensure the reasonable behavior of the participation group; further open school sports facilities to improve the degree of sharing between schools and community sports facilities; suggest that schools and communities to cooperate, Establish a more reasonable and efficient sports facilities management system, improve the use of sports facilities efficiency.
