【摘要】：探索體育產(chǎn)業(yè)介入工業(yè)空間開發(fā)利用的可行性,為體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級面臨的問題提供解決思路。梳理國內(nèi)、外工業(yè)空間開發(fā)利用的理論與實(shí)踐,分析原材料工業(yè)與體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景和需求,根據(jù)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資現(xiàn)狀分析體育空間運(yùn)營前景。提出體育產(chǎn)業(yè)介入工業(yè)空間開發(fā)利用的模式設(shè)計(jì):通過功能置換將工業(yè)空間改造成體育活動(dòng)空間或體育服務(wù)空間,通過功能再造在原有工業(yè)用地的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)競技型體育空間、非競技型體育空間和體育商業(yè)服務(wù)空間。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析體育產(chǎn)業(yè)介入工業(yè)空間開發(fā)利用存在的問題,并從政府、企業(yè)、社會(huì)資本職能和模式創(chuàng)新的角度進(jìn)行未來展望。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the feasibility of the sports industry intervening in the development and utilization of industrial space, and provides solutions to the problems faced by the development of the sports industry and the transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper combs the theory and practice of exploitation and utilization of domestic and foreign industrial space, analyzes the background and demand of the development of raw material industry and sports industry, and analyzes the prospect of sports space operation according to the present situation of sports industry investment. The paper puts forward the mode design of sports industry intervention in the development and utilization of industrial space: transforming industrial space into sports activity space or sports service space through function replacement, and developing competitive sports space on the basis of original industrial land through function reengineering. Non-competitive sports space and sports commercial service space. On this basis, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the involvement of the sports industry in the development and utilization of industrial space, and looks forward to the future from the perspective of the function and mode innovation of government, enterprise and social capital.
