【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康已成為社會所關(guān)注的一個聚焦點(diǎn),由于學(xué)生體質(zhì)狀態(tài)不佳以及肥胖少年的增加,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生體質(zhì)連年成下降趨勢,而傳統(tǒng)意義上的體質(zhì)監(jiān)測形式己經(jīng)無法滿足學(xué)生體質(zhì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。因此,如何構(gòu)建完善監(jiān)測機(jī)制成為學(xué)者們研究的主要依據(jù)。為此,本文在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過文獻(xiàn)資料查詢、系統(tǒng)的邏輯分析、實(shí)地考察以及對體質(zhì)監(jiān)測方面的專家進(jìn)行訪談。對當(dāng)前學(xué)生體質(zhì)監(jiān)測情況進(jìn)行分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前學(xué)生體質(zhì)監(jiān)測的弊端主要由學(xué)校層面、教師層面、學(xué)生層面、測試設(shè)施層面、制度體系等層面引起,基于當(dāng)前學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康監(jiān)管不到位、監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)缺乏真實(shí)性等問題,教育部在《學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測評辦法》中明確指出:委托第三方機(jī)構(gòu)在各地上報(bào)測試數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,綜合分析對比并予以評價(jià),使整個檢測過程公開公正。因此,構(gòu)建學(xué)生體質(zhì)第三方監(jiān)測機(jī)制是改善當(dāng)前監(jiān)測弊端的重要手段。通過深入分析,本文旨在構(gòu)建學(xué)生體質(zhì)第三方監(jiān)測機(jī)制,規(guī)范其概念、特征,分析其監(jiān)測理念,從而建立學(xué)生體質(zhì)第三方監(jiān)測機(jī)構(gòu)來有效改善此類現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, students' physical health has become a focus of social concern. Due to the poor physique of students and the increase of obese teenagers, students' physique has been declining year after year. However, the traditional physique monitoring form can not meet the development of students' physique. Therefore, how to establish and improve the monitoring mechanism has become the main basis for scholars to study. Therefore, based on the previous research, this paper makes an inquiry of literature, systematic logic analysis, field investigation and interviews with experts in physique monitoring. By analyzing the current situation of students' physique monitoring, it is found that the disadvantages of current students' physique monitoring are mainly caused by school level, teacher level, student level, testing facility level, system and so on. In view of such problems as the inadequate supervision of students' physical health and the lack of authenticity of monitoring data, the Ministry of Education clearly pointed out in the "measures for the Assessment of students' physical Health" that, on the basis of entrusting third parties to report test data in various places, Comprehensive analysis and comparison and evaluation to make the whole detection process open and fair. Therefore, constructing the third-party monitoring mechanism of students' physique is an important means to improve the current monitoring malpractice. Through in-depth analysis, the purpose of this paper is to establish a third-party monitoring mechanism for students' physique, standardize its concept, characteristics, and analyze its monitoring concept, so as to establish a third-party monitoring mechanism for students' physique to effectively improve this kind of phenomenon.
