【摘要】：近年來,公路自行車運動發(fā)展勢頭強勁。體育俱樂部作為現(xiàn)代體育最為常見的一種組織形式成為了人們參與自行車運動的一種重要方式。伴隨著職業(yè)公路自行車賽事的發(fā)展,中國萬勝洲際隊和中國青海天佑德洲際隊注冊成為我國第一批真正意義上的職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部。經(jīng)歷近10年發(fā)展,我國的職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部從無到有,從稚嫩到發(fā)展,經(jīng)歷了較為艱辛的發(fā)展歷程,同時也逐漸形成了不同的運營管理模式。本文通過文獻資料法、實地調(diào)查法、案例分析法等方法,以國內(nèi)職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部的運營模式為研究對象,較為清晰地梳理近10年我國職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部的發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)當前俱樂部所采取的主流運營管理模式,分析運營模式的特點及其產(chǎn)生的主要原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文以中國捷安特-卓比奧斯洲際隊作為案例分析的對象,從資金運行方式、組織管理方式、訓(xùn)練比賽模式和宣傳推廣方式四個主要方面較為細致地分析特定職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部運營管理模式,借此案例分析指出當前我國職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部運營管理所存在的問題和不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出我國職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部進一步深化職業(yè)化進程的相關(guān)策略。本文的研究結(jié)論如下：第一,我國職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部發(fā)展至今共經(jīng)歷兩個發(fā)展階段,一是最初的萌芽階段,二是初級發(fā)展階段,當前仍處于初級階段。俱樂部形成了“政企合營-省市專業(yè)隊依賴型”、“政企合營-外援依賴型”、“企業(yè)獨營-省市專業(yè)隊依賴型”和“企業(yè)獨營-外援依賴型”四種運營模式。第二,我國職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部產(chǎn)生四種不同運營模式主要有四個方面的原因,一是受“舉國體制”長期影響,行政權(quán)力干預(yù)過多；二是自行車運動的市場吸引力度不足,企業(yè)投資意愿不強；三是洲際自行車隊伍準入門檻較低：四是國內(nèi)外車手實力差距較大。第三,我國職業(yè)公路自行車俱樂部在資金運行、組織管理、競賽訓(xùn)練和宣傳推廣等方面都存在一定不足之處。本研究期望能起到拋磚引玉的作用,希望更多學(xué)者在關(guān)注國內(nèi)自行車賽事發(fā)展的同時也加大對職業(yè)自行車俱樂部的理論研究與實踐探索。此外,希望本研究的結(jié)果能對當前俱樂部的管理者、參與者起到理論上的指導(dǎo)與借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the road bicycle sports development momentum is strong. As the most common organization of modern sports, sports club has become an important way for people to participate in cycling. With the development of professional road cycling events, China Intercontinental team and Qinghai Tianyou Germany Intercontinental team have been registered as the first real professional road cycling clubs in China. After nearly 10 years' development, the professional highway bicycle clubs in our country have experienced a difficult development process from scratch to development, and at the same time, they have gradually formed different operation and management modes. Through the methods of literature, field investigation, case analysis and so on, this paper makes a clear analysis of the development of professional road bicycle clubs in China in the past 10 years, taking the operation mode of the professional road bicycle clubs as the research object. This paper summarizes the mainstream operation management mode adopted by the club at present, analyzes the characteristics of the operation mode and its main reasons. On the basis of this, this paper takes the intercontinental team of China's Jeantet-Joebios as the object of case analysis, from the mode of operation of funds, the mode of organization and management, Four main aspects of training competition mode and propaganda and promotion mode are analyzed in detail, which are the operation and management mode of specific professional road bicycle club. Based on the analysis of this case, this paper points out the existing problems and deficiencies in the operation and management of professional highway bicycle clubs in China, and puts forward some relevant strategies for further deepening the process of professionalization of professional highway bicycle clubs in China. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the development of professional highway bicycle clubs in China has gone through two stages, one is the initial embryonic stage, the other is the primary development stage, which is still in the primary stage. The club has formed four kinds of operation modes: "government-enterprise joint venture-provincial and municipal professional team dependence", "government-enterprise joint venture-foreign aid dependent type", "enterprise sole-provincial professional team dependence" and "enterprise sole operation-foreign aid dependence". Second, there are four main reasons for four different modes of operation of professional road bicycle clubs in China. One is that the administrative power interferes too much with the "national system" for a long time, the other is that the market attraction of bicycle sports is not enough. Enterprise investment is not strong; third, the intercontinental bicycle team entry threshold is low; fourth, domestic and foreign riders strength gap. Third, there are some deficiencies in the running of funds, organization and management, competition training and propaganda and promotion of professional highway bicycle clubs in China. This study is expected to play a role in guiding the development of domestic bicycle events and to increase the theoretical research and practical exploration of professional bicycle clubs at the same time. In addition, it is hoped that the results of this study can provide theoretical guidance and reference to current club managers and participants.
