【摘要】：當前我國體育社會組織發(fā)展問題的研究,既是一個關于建設體育強國中如何有效動員和有力組織全民參與健身的體育性問題,也是一個關于體育社會組織發(fā)展如何適應社會結構變遷、建設“現(xiàn)代社會組織體制”目標的社會性問題。對這一問題的解答既要從宏觀社會結構變遷的根源上尋找,又要從微觀體育社會組織自身能動性予以考察。以超越傳統(tǒng)體育社會學研究中“結構與行動”的單向決定思維,重新審視社會結構變遷下體育社會組織如何發(fā)展。研究運用了文獻法、調查法和案例法等研究方法,以組織場域、制度邏輯以及社會組織研究歐洲范式為理論基礎,建立了“宏觀社會結構變遷——中觀組織場域演化——微觀組織發(fā)展”的分析框架,并對改革開放前后我國社會結構變遷下體育社會組織發(fā)展進行了分析。結果認為:1、社會結構變遷與體育社會組織發(fā)展:體育社會組織的發(fā)展既是組織不斷適應社會結構變遷的過程,又是組織自身能動選擇的過程。由此,當前體育社會組織如何發(fā)展,既要從宏觀結構制約方面考慮,做好體育社會組織發(fā)展的頂層設計與制度環(huán)境建設;又要從微觀組織能動方面考慮,加強體育社會組織自身能力培養(yǎng)和組織內部制度建設。2、總體性社會下單位制體育組織發(fā)展:新中國成立以后,國家通過對大部分資源的壟斷,以及自上而下所建立的單位制,形成了國家統(tǒng)攬一切的“總體性社會”。由于組織場域在單一國家邏輯的控制下,使得總體性社會的單位制體育組織表現(xiàn)為一種“科層制”結構同構、“唯上性”行為同形的國家合法性體育組織。3、分化性社會下體育社會組織發(fā)展:改革開放以后,總體性社會向分化性社會轉變,并在社會結構上呈現(xiàn)出資源配置多元化,制度碎片化特征。進而形成了國家、市場與社會邏輯重疊與沖突的組織場域。在此場域中,體育社會組織表現(xiàn)為一種“多元化”結構同構、“唯己性”行為趨異的混合合法性體育組織。依據(jù)組織結構與行為所體現(xiàn)出的不同合法性特征,研究進一步將分化性社會下體育社會組織劃分為:“國家——市場”合法性體育社會組織、“市場——社會”合法性體育社會組織、“國家——社會”合法性體育社會組織。4、分化性社會下“國家——市場”合法性體育社會組織發(fā)展:該類組織在國家邏輯、市場邏輯以及認知邏輯共同作用下,獲得了行政合法性、市場合法性以及聯(lián)盟合法性。隨著政府的支持逐漸由直接撥款向購買轉變,以及體育社會組織市場化改革逐漸深入,市場合法性機制將成為影響體育社會組織發(fā)展的重要機制,但與此同時,國家邏輯不可能完全退場,國家與市場邏輯沖突性的局面將長期共存。因此現(xiàn)階段該類組織的發(fā)展一方面應建設法律合法性與效率合法性為主的制度環(huán)境,另一方面要規(guī)范組織成員構成與加強組織專業(yè)化建設。5、分化性社會下“市場——社會”合法性體育社會組織發(fā)展:該類組織在市場邏輯、社會邏輯以及認知邏輯的共同作用下,獲得了市場合法性、關系合法性以及聯(lián)盟合法性。隨著組織的社會責任逐漸規(guī)范,社區(qū)共同體日益強大。該類組織的發(fā)展一方面應建設效率合法性與社會合法性為主的制度環(huán)境。另一方面要加強組織管理者能力培養(yǎng)與引導組織社會責任建設。6、分化性社會下“國家——社會”合法性體育社會組織發(fā)展:該類組織在國家邏輯、社會邏輯以及認知邏輯的共同作用下,獲得了國家合法性、社會合法性以及聯(lián)盟合法性。隨著社區(qū)共同體日益成熟,國家在基層社會責任重塑,該類組織的發(fā)展一方面應建設法律合法性與社會合法性為主的制度環(huán)境。另一方面要規(guī)范組織成員構成以及增強組織籌資能力建設。
[Abstract]:The research on the development of sports social organization in China is not only a sports problem about how to effectively mobilize and organize the whole people to participate in physical fitness in the construction of sports power, but also a social problem about how the development of sports social organization can adapt to the changes of social structure and build the goal of "modern social organization system". The solution of this question should be found from the root of the changes in the macro social structure, but also to examine the initiative of the micro sports society. In order to surpass the one-way decision thinking of the "structure and action" in the traditional sports sociology, the author reexamines the development of the sports social organization under the social structure changes. The research methods, such as the method of offering, the investigation method and the case law, are based on the theoretical basis of the organization field, the system logic and the study of the European paradigm by the social organization. The analysis framework of "macro social structure change - the evolution of the meso organization field - microorganization development" is established, and the sports society group is under the change of the social structure of our country before and after the reform and opening up. The development of fabric development is analyzed. The results are as follows: 1, social structure changes and sports social organization development: the development of sports social organization is not only the process of organization to adapt to the change of social structure, but also the process of organization's own dynamic choice. Thus, the current sports social organization should be considered and done from the macro structure constraints. The top-level design and the system environment construction of the development of the social organization should be taken into consideration, to take into consideration the dynamic aspects of the micro organization, to strengthen the training of the sports social organization's own ability and to organize the internal system construction.2, and to develop the physical organization in the whole society: after the founding of the new China, the state monopolized most of the resources, as well as from top to bottom.
