健身跑運動對50-59歲女性氣體代謝和能量消耗的影響研究

【摘要】:目的:論文旨在探討健身跑運動對機體氣體代謝和能量消耗的影響以及運動前、后遞增負荷過程中氣體代謝與能量消耗指標的變化特征的規(guī)律,為今后能更系統(tǒng)更科學地進行健身跑鍛煉奠定基礎,并為提高我國中年女性體質健康水平提供科學依據。方法:通過社會招募選取自愿參與健身跑鍛煉的西安市50-59歲女性,共36名作為實驗組受試對象,并進行16周健身跑運動干預。觀察運動干預前后,機體在安靜狀態(tài)時、無氧閾狀態(tài)時以及遞增負荷運動過程中各指標的變化情況。測試指標主要有心率(HR)、攝氧量(VQ)、二氧化碳呼出量(VCQ)、相對攝氧量(VO2/kg)、通氣量(VE)、氧通氣當量(VE/VO2)乎吸頻率(RF)、氧脈搏(VQ/HR)、代謝當量(NETS)、乎吸交換率(RER)、能耗。所有數(shù)據均采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件和Mcrosoft Excel 2003軟件進行處理分析,結果以平均數(shù)±標準差表示。運用描述統(tǒng)計、定基比、配對樣本T檢驗分析方法進行統(tǒng)計處理。P0.05為顯著性差異,P0.01為非常顯著性差異。結果:(1)安靜狀態(tài)下,HR、VO2、VCO2、VO2/kg、RER、METS和能耗指標運動干預后較干預前顯著降低;VE和RF與運動干預前相比無顯著性差異。(2)無氧閾所對應的HR、VO2、VE、VO2/HR和METS均顯著增加,且到達無氧閾的時間和功率也顯著增加。(3)遞增負荷運動過程中各指標變化特征的比較,運動開始時運動干預后VQ增長速度大于運動干預前,VCO2、VE和RF較干預前增長速度降低;中等強度運動時,干預后VE、METS曾長速度大于干預前,干預后的能耗小于干預前;高強度運動時,VO2增長速度以及平均值均大于運干預前,且干預后的能耗、METS均大于干預前;力竭時,干預后VO2、 VCO2、VE、METS、能耗的值均大于干預前;恢復期時,干預后VO2、VCO2、VE、VO2/kg、RF、METS、能耗下降速度均大于干預前。結論:(1)安靜狀態(tài)下的HR、VO2、VCO2、VO2/Kg、RER指標較運動干預前顯著降低,表明16周健身跑運動使50-59歲女性的心率降低,呼吸系統(tǒng)功能得到有效的改善,增強了機體的心肺功能。(2)16周健身跑運動使50-59歲女性的無氧閾所對應的HR、VO2、VE、VO2/HR、METS、到達無氧閾的時間和功率均明顯增加,使機體的有氧工作能力增強。(3)16周健身跑運動也可明顯改善遞增負荷運動過程中機體的氣體代謝能力,表現(xiàn)在機體機能動員快,耐力長,沖刺強,通氣效率提高,有氧利用更經濟性;中低等強度運動時,干預后的能耗小于干預前,表明50-59歲女性16周健身跑運動后對中低運動強度表現(xiàn)出了運動的經濟性;16周健身跑運動還可增強機體的恢復能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of fitness running on gas metabolism and energy consumption and the characteristics of gas metabolism and energy consumption in the process of increasing load before and after exercise. It will lay a foundation for more systematic and scientific running exercise in the future and provide scientific basis for improving the physique and health level of middle-aged women in China. Methods: 36 women (50 to 59 years old) who volunteered to take part in running exercise in Xi'an were recruited as subjects of the experimental group, and 16 weeks of exercise intervention were carried out. The changes of indexes before and after exercise intervention were observed when the body was in the quiet state, the anaerobic threshold state and the increasing load exercise. The main test indexes were heart rate (HR), oxygen uptake (VQ), carbon dioxide exhalation (CO _ 2) and VCQ _ (n), relative oxygen uptake (V _ O _ 2 / kg ~ (-1), ventilation volume (V / V _ (2), oxygen ventilation equivalent (V / V _ (2), oxygen pulse rate (VQ / H), metabolic equivalent (NETS), absorption exchange rate (R _ (2) / kg ~ (-1), energy consumption. All the data are analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Microsoft Excel 2003 software. The results are expressed as mean 鹵standard deviation. Using descriptive statistics, fixed base ratio, paired sample T-test analysis method for statistical treatment. P0.05 is significant difference. P0.01 is a very significant difference. Results (1) there was no significant difference in V E and RF between before and after exercise intervention. The HRV _ 2V _ 2V _ 2V _ (2 / kg) V _ (2 / kg) V _ (2) O _ (2) and energy consumption indexes after exercise intervention were significantly lower than those before exercise intervention. There was no significant difference between before and after intervention. (2) HRV _ (2) VEV _ (2) HR and Mets, corresponding to the anaerobic threshold, were significantly increased. The time and power to reach anaerobic threshold were also significantly increased. Compared with the change characteristics of each index during incremental load exercise, VQ increased faster after exercise intervention at the beginning of exercise than VCO _ 2VE and RF before exercise intervention. In moderate intensity exercise, the energy consumption after intervention was longer than that before intervention, and the energy consumption after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and the growth speed and mean value of VO2 during high intensity exercise were higher than those before intervention, and the energy consumption after intervention was higher than that before intervention. After intervention, the values of VO2, VCO2VEVEMETS, energy consumption were higher than those before intervention, and during the recovery period, VCO2VCO2VEV VO2 / kg / kg RFMETS, the energy consumption decreased faster than that before intervention. Conclusion the RER index of HRVO _ 2 / VCO _ 2V _ 2 / KgGN _ 2 / KG _ (1) in quiet state was significantly lower than that before exercise, which indicated that the heart rate of women aged 50 to 59 was decreased and the respiratory system function was improved effectively after 16 weeks of exercise. The body's cardiopulmonary function was enhanced by 16 weeks of exercise. The time and power of reaching the anaerobic threshold of HRVO _ 2VEV _ 2 / HRMETS, which were corresponding to the anaerobic threshold of women aged 50-59, were significantly increased. The aerobic working ability of the body was enhanced. The fitness running for 16 weeks could also obviously improve the gas metabolism ability of the body during the process of incremental load exercise, which was manifested in the quick mobilization, long endurance, strong sprint and improved ventilation efficiency of the body. Aerobic utilization is more economical, and the energy consumption after intervention is less than that before intervention. The results showed that the women aged 50 to 59 years old showed the economy of running 16 weeks after 16 weeks exercise, and the recovery ability of the body could be enhanced by 16 weeks running.
