【摘要】：本研究中,基于對(duì)城市體育文化建設(shè)的理論為指導(dǎo),主要采用理論研究和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方式,廣泛閱讀文獻(xiàn)資料和實(shí)地調(diào)研,結(jié)合歷屆東川泥石流汽車(chē)越野比賽及富有東川特色的城市文化,用文獻(xiàn)資料、調(diào)查訪(fǎng)談、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,從經(jīng)濟(jì),文化環(huán)境、城市體育設(shè)施等方面,系統(tǒng)分析體育賽事和城市體育文化建設(shè)、東川泥石流國(guó)際汽車(chē)越野舉辦對(duì)東川體育文化建設(shè)的影響,并將所得到的數(shù)據(jù)、材料加以分析和總結(jié)。東川泥石流越野賽對(duì)提升東川城市文化建設(shè)有積極的促進(jìn)作用,本研究試圖借助體育賽事來(lái)不斷提高東川的體育、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化交流并提出相應(yīng)的建議,同時(shí)也能間接的為其他城市體育文化建設(shè)發(fā)展提供借鑒和參考。主要結(jié)論如下:1、東川泥石流國(guó)際汽車(chē)越野賽舉辦具備先天的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,獨(dú)特的自然地理環(huán)境、厚重的歷史文化、得天獨(dú)厚的體育賽事自然資源及政府、社會(huì)的重視與支持等因素。體育與城市文化發(fā)展的相互作用,主要表現(xiàn)在:體育賽事能促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市發(fā)展對(duì)體育賽事的需求,獨(dú)特的城市文化造就具有特色的體育賽事。2、東川泥石流國(guó)際汽車(chē)越野賽的舉辦促進(jìn)的體育場(chǎng)地的建設(shè),體育場(chǎng)地設(shè)施對(duì)開(kāi)展活動(dòng)起著基本保障的作用,東川城市體育設(shè)施能滿(mǎn)足市民的基本需求,群眾參與體育活動(dòng)的積極性較高,活動(dòng)內(nèi)容較為豐富。3、東川體育組織有完整的體育行政部門(mén),各科室的管理都制定了具體的職責(zé),職權(quán)分工明確,東川體育基層組織主要是由體育協(xié)會(huì)、體育俱樂(lè)部和陽(yáng)光健身點(diǎn)組成。31個(gè)體育協(xié)會(huì)組織每年都定期開(kāi)展體育文化活動(dòng)。4、體育精神文化主要體現(xiàn)在東川政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠經(jīng)常深入基層了解情況,能為基層體育組織、群眾性體育活動(dòng)解決實(shí)際的問(wèn)題,居民對(duì)體育有正確的認(rèn)識(shí)并能積極參與各類(lèi)體育活動(dòng)。5、東川泥石流國(guó)際汽車(chē)越野賽有效促進(jìn)東川城市品牌與形象的提升、居住環(huán)境的改善、城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)、體育文化的發(fā)展、居民健康生活方式的形成,吸引社會(huì)對(duì)東川的經(jīng)濟(jì)投資、拉動(dòng)?xùn)|川消費(fèi)需求、帶動(dòng)?xùn)|川經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)東川體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In this study, based on the theory of urban sports culture construction as the guidance, mainly using the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, widely read the literature and field research. Combining the past Dongchuan debris flow cross-country competitions and the city culture with Dongchuan characteristics, with the methods of literature, investigation and interview, mathematical statistics, and so on, from the aspects of economy, cultural environment, urban sports facilities, etc. This paper systematically analyzes the influence of sports events and urban sports culture construction, Dongchuan debris flow international automobile cross-country holding on Dongchuan sports culture construction, and analyzes and summarizes the data and materials obtained. Dongchuan debris flow cross-country competition has a positive role in promoting the cultural construction of Dongchuan city. This study tries to improve Dongchuan's sports, economic and cultural exchanges with the help of sports events and put forward corresponding suggestions. At the same time can also indirectly for other cities sports culture construction and development to provide reference and reference. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Dongchuan debris flow international cross-country race is held with innate advantages, unique natural geographical environment, heavy historical culture, natural resources and the government's unique sports events. Social attention and support and other factors. The interaction between sports and the development of urban culture is mainly manifested in: sports events can promote the development of urban economy, and the demand of urban development for sports events, The unique urban culture brings up the characteristic sports events. 2. Dongchuan debris flow International Off-road events promote the construction of sports venues. The facilities of sports venues play a basic role in ensuring the activities. Dongchuan city sports facilities can meet the basic needs of the citizens, the masses are highly motivated to participate in sports activities, and the contents of the activities are relatively rich. Dongchuan sports organizations have a complete sports administrative department, and the management of each department has formulated specific responsibilities. The division of functions and powers is clear. Dongchuan sports grass-roots organizations are mainly composed of sports associations. Sports clubs and sunshine fitness spots. The 31 sports association organizations regularly carry out sports cultural activities. The sports spiritual culture is mainly reflected in the Dongchuan government leaders can often go to the grass-roots level to understand the situation, can be grass-roots sports organizations. Mass sports activities solve practical problems, residents have a correct understanding of sports and can actively participate in all kinds of sports activities .5.Dongchuan debris flow international cross-country competition effectively promotes the promotion of Dongchuan city brand and image, and the improvement of living environment. The construction of urban infrastructure, the development of sports culture, the formation of a healthy lifestyle for residents, the attraction of social economic investment in Dongchuan, the stimulation of consumption demand in Dongchuan, and the development of Dongchuan's economy, To promote the development of Dongchuan sports and cultural industry and related industrial structure adjustment and other content.
