【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代女子水球攻防水平不斷提高,對抗形勢日漸激烈,進(jìn)攻方式表現(xiàn)更加多樣化,從而提高了對防守的個人能力以及全隊防守技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的要求,這也讓各支球隊越來越重視自身防守能力。攻防戰(zhàn)術(shù)是一個相互聯(lián)系、制約又互相依存的體系,防中有攻、攻中帶防,攻防之間進(jìn)行著全方位綜合性的博弈。陣地進(jìn)攻作為水球比賽中主要得分和制造多打少的方式,是決定比賽勝負(fù)、影響最終結(jié)果的重要因素。唯有對其防守中所需具備的因素進(jìn)行分析,通過理論研究與實(shí)踐運(yùn)用的有效結(jié)合,提高我國女子水球的防守能力與競技能力。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,專家訪談法,錄像觀察法,問卷調(diào)查法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,比較分析法等方法,對中外女子水球陣地防守能力進(jìn)行對比研究。根據(jù)水球防守能力的相關(guān)因素制定相應(yīng)的防守體系指標(biāo),從中進(jìn)行分析得出結(jié)果。及時掌握現(xiàn)代女子水球陣地防守技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的運(yùn)用情況和發(fā)展趨勢,為中國女子水球隊在今后的訓(xùn)練和比賽提供有利的依據(jù)及參考。通過對比分析,得出如下研究結(jié)論:1、通過多輪次的調(diào)查研究構(gòu)建女子水球陣地防守能力評價指標(biāo)體系,它能客觀的反應(yīng)運(yùn)動員在比賽中的防守能力。2、中國隊在整次比賽中的防守總數(shù)明顯多于進(jìn)攻總數(shù),對比世界強(qiáng)隊的防守,中國女子水球隊的防守能力還存在著一定差距。3、從個人防守能力中看出,中國隊在封手效果、防補(bǔ)射效果、防漏人效果以及守門員防守上具有較強(qiáng)的個人能力,在陣地?fù)尡颇芰ι舷鄬^弱。4、從整體防守能力中看出,中國隊更傾向于采用區(qū)域聯(lián)防的防守方式。其他球隊則更多的選擇緊逼防守。具有壓迫感及侵略性質(zhì)的緊逼防守已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今女子水球的防守趨勢,中國隊的緊逼防守能力還有待提高。5、中國隊在陣地進(jìn)攻時外線與中鋒都具有較強(qiáng)的威脅性和得分能力,在陣地防守時則反手腰部和弧頂這兩個位置失分相對較多,相比世界強(qiáng)隊中國隊的陣地失分占其總失分較多百分比。提高陣地防守能力將會有效降低失分總數(shù)。6、中國隊在陣地6打5和陣地5防6的攻防水平較為不平衡,陣地6打5與四強(qiáng)隊伍相比具有較高的成功率,而陣地5防6的防守成功率略低,且防守次數(shù)較多。反應(yīng)出因防守失誤導(dǎo)致的嚴(yán)重犯規(guī)幾率較高。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern women's water polo attack and defense, the situation of confrontation is becoming more and more intense, and the way of attack is more diversified, thus improving the individual ability of defense and the requirements of the whole team's defensive techniques and tactics. This also makes each team pay more and more attention to their own defensive ability. Offensive and defensive warfare is a interrelated, restricted and interdependent system. There is a comprehensive game between attack, attack and defense. As a main way of scoring and making more and less hits in water polo, position attack is an important factor that determines the result of the game and affects the final result. Only through the analysis of the factors needed in defense and the effective combination of theoretical research and practical application, the defense ability and competitive ability of Chinese women's water polo can be improved. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, video observation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are used to compare the defensive ability of Chinese and foreign women's water polo positions. According to the relevant factors of water polo defense ability, the corresponding defense system indexes are established, and the results are obtained by analysis. To grasp the application and development trend of defensive techniques and tactics in modern women's water polo position in time, to provide favorable basis and reference for Chinese women's water polo team in the future training and competition. Through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, through the investigation and research of multiple rounds, the evaluation index system of women's water polo position defensive ability is established. It can objectively reflect the defense ability of the players in the match. The total number of Chinese defense in the whole match is obviously more than the total number of attacks, compared with the defense of the strong teams in the world. The defensive ability of Chinese women's water polo team still has a certain gap. From the individual defense ability, it can be seen that the Chinese team has a strong personal ability in the blocking effect, the supplementary shooting effect, the leakage prevention effect and the goalkeeper defense. From the overall defense ability, the Chinese team is more inclined to use the defense mode of regional defense. Other teams are more likely to press hard. The pressing defense with the nature of pressure and aggression has become the trend of women's water polo defense nowadays. The Chinese team's ability of pressing defense still needs to be improved .5.The outside line and the center of the Chinese team both have strong threatening and scoring ability during the position attack. In the position defense, the backhand waist and the arc top lost more points, compared with the world strong team, the Chinese team lost more points than the Chinese team in the world. Improving the defensive ability of the position will effectively reduce the total number of lost points .6. the attack and defense levels of the Chinese team in position 6 and position 5 and defense 6 are more unbalanced, and the position 6, 5 and 5 have a higher success rate compared with the top four teams. And position 5 defense 6 defense success rate is slightly lower, and defense number is more. Reflects a high probability of serious fouls due to defensive errors.
