中國礦業(yè)大學體質(zhì)健康測試數(shù)據(jù)研究

【摘要】:本文利用文獻資料法、比較分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,通過SPSS與Excel等軟件對中國礦業(yè)大學2013至2016年度非體育專業(yè)全體本科生共計59576人次的體質(zhì)健康測試成績進行統(tǒng)計與分析,通過上述研究旨在針對現(xiàn)象制定政策以提高大學生體質(zhì)健康狀況。研究目的在于通過對中國礦業(yè)大學22個學院、59個本科專業(yè)進行區(qū)分測試年份、學院、專業(yè)、性別、項目之間的橫向與縱向的對比,通過極差反映最大值與最小值的差距,通過比較標準差來了解體質(zhì)健康測試的成績分布的離散程度,通過比較均值使學校以及每個學院乃至每個專業(yè)都能詳細了解自身學生存在的優(yōu)勢與不足,以針對自身不足制定改進的對策。結(jié)果表明:1.中國礦業(yè)大學全校體質(zhì)健康成績高于國家平均水平,自身對比在近幾年仍處于下降狀態(tài),有待提升。體質(zhì)健康測試優(yōu)秀率明顯過低,在三個測試年度中優(yōu)秀人數(shù)都沒有超過整體的2%,大部分學生都是處于及格水平區(qū)間。中國礦業(yè)大學體質(zhì)健康測試女生平均成績要顯著優(yōu)于男生平均成績。女生優(yōu)秀率要高于男生,女生在三個測試年度的合格率逐年上升,平均成績也呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢。全校BMI正常率遠高于全國平均水平,超重率遠高于全國平均水平,整體BMI狀況與國家平均水平相比良好;女生BMI正常率高于男生,肥胖率低于男生,這與男女生先天生理差異、飲食與習慣等因素有關(guān)。全校男女生肺活量、50米跑、立定跳遠、坐位體前屈、男生1000米與女生800米跑、男生引體向上與女生仰臥起坐成績都高于全國平均水平,狀況良好,但是自身相比在15-16年度比14-15年度都有不同程度的降低。男女生肺活量肺活量不及格率要高于全國平均水平,尤其是13-14年度,之后稍有提高。男生引體向上不及格率在三個測試年度分別是81.9%、78.8%、80.9%,不及格率過高,說明男生上肢力量的嚴重不足。2.中國礦業(yè)大學同年級學生在不同測試年度身體素質(zhì)有所下降,不同年級之間存在顯著差異。14-15年度平均成績與之前比較,處于及格區(qū)間的人數(shù)增多,不及格人數(shù)減少,體質(zhì)有所回升,而在15-16年度不及格人數(shù)與14-15年度比較又明顯增多。不同年級的平均成績之間存在顯著性差異,四個年級的平均成績比較為:2014級2013級2012級2011級,說明大學生由于年齡的增長導致某些身體機能的下滑,從而導致低年級的學生體質(zhì)健康平均成績高于高年級。3.中國礦業(yè)大學各學院總體成績有所提升。14-15年度各學院不及格率與13-14年度相比均明顯下降,說明合格率增高,學生體質(zhì)有所增加。15-16年度與14-15年度相近。各學院優(yōu)秀率明顯較低,都在3.1%以下,沒有突出的學院。各學院學生平均成績大部分都位于及格區(qū)間。各學院女生的平均成績普遍高于男生。女生良好率普遍高于男生,不及格率普遍低于男生。4.文科平均成績明顯優(yōu)于理工科平均成績。結(jié)合三個測試年度分析說明文科平均成績優(yōu)于工科平均成績,工科平均成績優(yōu)于理科平均成績。導致文科平均成績明顯優(yōu)于理工科平均成績的原因是女生平均成績顯著優(yōu)于男生平均成績,而文科女生人數(shù)明顯多于男生人數(shù),是文科平均成績綜合起來后相對提高。5.體質(zhì)健康測試項目之間、項目與平均成績之間存在顯著相關(guān)性。肺活量與身高、體重、立定跳遠、50米跑、1000米、800米之間存在顯著相關(guān)性;立定跳遠與身高、體重、50米跑、1000米、800米之間存在顯著相關(guān)性;50米跑與1000米、800米之間存在顯著相關(guān)性;1000米、800米與體重之間、身高與體重之間存在顯著相關(guān)性。影響男生平均成績高低的測試項目主要是肺活量、1000米跑與引體向上;影響女生平均成績高低的測試項目主要是肺活量與800米跑。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes statistics and Analysis on the physical health test results of 59576 people of non sports majors in China University of Mining and Technology from 2013 to 2016 by SPSS and Excel. The aim of this study is to make policy in order to improve the physical fitness of college students. The purpose of the study is to understand the discreteness of the distribution of the results of physical health testing by comparing the gap between the maximum and the minimum through the difference between the maximum and the minimum through a difference between the 22 colleges of China University of Mining and Technology and 59 undergraduate majors to distinguish the horizontal and vertical comparison between the college, the major, the sex and the project. By means of comparison, the schools as well as every college and even every major can understand the advantages and disadvantages of their own students in detail, in order to improve their own shortcomings. The results show that: 1. the physical health results of the whole school of China University of Mining and Technology are higher than the national average, and their own contrast in recent years is still in a state of decline, and it needs to be put forward. The excellent rate of the physical health test was obviously low. In the three years, the number of outstanding people did not exceed 2% of the whole. Most of the students were in the passing level. The average achievement of the students in the physical health test of China University of Mining and Technology was significantly better than that of the boys. The girls' excellent show rate was higher than that of the boys, and the girls were in the three test year. The qualified rate is increasing year by year, and the average result is also rising year by year. The normal rate of BMI in the whole school is far higher than the national average, the overweight rate is far higher than the national average, the overall BMI situation is better than the national average; the normal rate of the female BMI is higher than that of the boys, the obesity rate is lower than that of the boys, which is different from the male and female students' congenital physiological difference, diet and habit. And other factors related. The whole school male and female students' vital capacity, 50 meters running, standing long jump, sitting body forward flexion, boys 1000 meters and girls 800 meters running, boys' upwards and girls' sit ups are higher than the national average, the situation is good, but in 15-16 compared to 14-15 years in the 14-15 degrees have different degrees of reduction. Men and women vital vital capacity of lung capacity. The rate of failure should be higher than the national average, especially in the year of 13-14. The average achievement of liberal arts is superior to the average in engineering, and the average achievement of the engineering department is better than that of the science average. The average result of the liberal arts is obviously better than the average of Science and engineering. Compared with the average male students, the number of students in liberal arts was significantly more than that of the boys. It was a significant correlation between the average achievement of the.5. and the average achievement of the liberal arts. There was a significant correlation between the vital capacity and the height, weight, the standing long jump, the 50 meter run, 1000 meters, 800 meters.
