【摘要】：在全民參與最多的游泳項目中,輔助裁判判罰的工具,從早期的人工秒表,經(jīng)電子觸摸板,演化到現(xiàn)在國際上的OMEGA計時系統(tǒng),以及國內(nèi)由山東數(shù)智體育科技股份有限公司、北京中意民安公司開發(fā)的電動計時設備,這些最新的設備都是實時聯(lián)網(wǎng)、通過CCD攝影機連續(xù)拍攝。最新的電子計時計分系統(tǒng)適用于游泳,潛泳等水中競賽計時,它能自動精確的記錄下每個參賽運動員的比賽成績,準確的判定名次并及時提供成績清單,和顯示各比賽要素。在當今的國際大賽中,隨著運動員的訓練水平、飲食計劃等綜合因素的提高,往往成績,已不是毫秒間的差別,而是微妙。但是,這些最新的計時設備,雖然已經(jīng)很精確,但仍然無法滿足精確度到微秒的高清回放判罰裁定。像應用在國際大賽中的OMEGA系統(tǒng),為了彌補這一點,采用了高速攝影機結(jié)合游泳計時裝置,導致整套設備,價格極高,若引用到國內(nèi)賽事,價格將會更高。本文采用文獻資料法、案例分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計分析法、專家訪談法,對2005年到2016年比賽期間,裁判員在執(zhí)裁中不論是主觀原因還是客觀因素所發(fā)生的判罰失誤,都會導致判罰的不公正,引來爭議,借此引用高清水下回放設備能避免問題的發(fā)生。經(jīng)研究分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1、從上述常見裁判誤判、漏判、錯判分析結(jié)果可知,對于部分游泳比賽裁判員工作失誤的主要原因確定為:場館設備落后導致無法提供更多、更精確的評判依據(jù)。從而引起心理狀態(tài)的波動,對運動員做出的瞬時的動作無法進行評估。由于心理出現(xiàn)猶豫和不確定性,導致最終裁定瞬間出現(xiàn)判罰失誤。2、引入水下高清即時成像技術無論是從技術上、耗時上、光照條件、水質(zhì)要求,以及價格層面都趨于成熟,可以接受被引用。3、國產(chǎn)自有品牌從技術角度、硬件設備、軟件開發(fā)等各方面都具備了一定的水平,具有可行性。
[Abstract]:In the most popular swimming events, the tools that assist the referee's punishment have evolved from the early manual stopwatch and the electronic touch board to the international OMEGA timing system, as well as the electric timing equipment issued by the Shandong digital sports Polytron Technologies Inc and Beijing Zhongyi and Min An company. These latest equipment are all real. The latest electronic timing scoring system is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and other water competitions. It can automatically and accurately record the performance of each competitor, accurately determine the number of names and provide a list of results in time, and display the elements of the competition. However, these latest timing devices, though very accurate, still can't meet the accuracy to microseconds in the HD playback decision. This paper uses literature, case analysis, questionnaire, statistical analysis, and expert interview. During the competition from 2005 to 2016, the referee is in the subjective cause, whether it is subjective or not. The impartiality of the objective factors will lead to the injustice of the penalty and the dispute, which can avoid the occurrence of the problem by using the high definition underwater replay equipment. After research and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, the main reasons for the mistakes of the referees in some swimming competitions are known from the above common referees' misjudged, missed and misjudged results. It is determined that the backwardness of the stadiums and facilities leads to the failure to provide more and more accurate evaluation basis. It causes the fluctuation of the mental state and can not be evaluated for the instantaneous movements made by the athletes. Due to the psychological hesitation and uncertainty, the final decision is caused by the error of.2, and the underwater high-definition instant imaging technology is introduced. Technical, time-consuming, light conditions, water quality requirements, and price level are mature, can accept the quoted.3, domestic own brand from the technical point of view, hardware equipment, software development and other aspects have a certain level, is feasible.
