快步走對(duì)女大學(xué)生體質(zhì)影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:研究目的:大學(xué)生作為祖國(guó)的中堅(jiān)力量,擁有健康的體魄是工作學(xué)習(xí)的最基本的前提與保障,女大學(xué)生的身體健康顯得尤為重要。通過了解女大學(xué)生的身體狀況,可引起當(dāng)?shù)赜嘘P(guān)部門對(duì)女大學(xué)生身體狀況的重視,針對(duì)結(jié)果作出相應(yīng)的政策調(diào)整。也對(duì)學(xué)校的課程設(shè)置產(chǎn)生影響,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。如何增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生體質(zhì),本次研究做了大量的調(diào)查,從女大學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)、機(jī)能、身體形態(tài)等方面對(duì)女大學(xué)生的身體狀況做了一個(gè)詳盡的調(diào)查,以期達(dá)到研究目的。研究對(duì)象:本研究隨機(jī)抽取天津天獅學(xué)院在校女大學(xué)生30人為研究對(duì)象,其中15人為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,另外15人為對(duì)照組(除日常生活外,無其它運(yùn)動(dòng)方式)。研究方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)前采用測(cè)試法分別對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的身體皮褶厚度進(jìn)行測(cè)定,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在下午進(jìn)行快步走,每個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組成員均有專人看護(hù)監(jiān)督,保證實(shí)驗(yàn)的順利進(jìn)行、實(shí)驗(yàn)要求快步走要堅(jiān)持每次一小時(shí),每周持續(xù)3次?觳阶哌M(jìn)行前要有10分鐘的準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng),要求運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)的心率達(dá)110-140次/分鐘。在正式運(yùn)動(dòng)前進(jìn)行1周的適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練,運(yùn)動(dòng)中間和結(jié)束時(shí)測(cè)10秒鐘心率,使受試者掌握用脈搏來控制運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。3個(gè)月后,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的學(xué)生進(jìn)行身體形態(tài)、身體素質(zhì)、身體機(jī)能等指標(biāo)的檢測(cè),并對(duì)比兩者的數(shù)據(jù)變化。研究結(jié)果:1.身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組女大學(xué)生的身高、臀圍、上臂圍和肩部皮褶厚度幾項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對(duì)比均無顯著性的變化(P0.05);而體重、BMI、胸圍、腰圍、大腿圍、體脂率、腹部皮褶厚度和大腿部皮褶厚度數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比具有十分顯著性的變化(P0.01)。對(duì)照組女生身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后變化不明顯(P0.05)。2.身體機(jī)能方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組女大學(xué)生的安靜心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、肺活量和臺(tái)階指數(shù)五項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)變化十分顯著(P0.01),對(duì)照組女生身體形態(tài)各指標(biāo)在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)比無顯著性變化(P0.05)。3.身體素質(zhì)方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組女生在立定跳遠(yuǎn)、縱跳摸高、仰臥起坐和50米跑成績(jī)?cè)趯?shí)驗(yàn)前后無顯著性的差異(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組女大學(xué)生的3000米跑成績(jī)具有十分顯著的變化(P0.01)。對(duì)照組女生在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)變化均不明顯(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: as the backbone of the motherland, college students have a healthy body and health is the basic premise and guarantee of work and study. The physical health of female college students is particularly important. Through understanding the physical condition of female college students, the local authorities can pay attention to the physical condition of female college students and make corresponding policies on the results. It also has a certain reference value to the curriculum setting of the school. It has a certain reference value. How to enhance the physical fitness of college students, this study has done a large number of investigations, from the physical quality, function, body shape of the female college students to do a detailed investigation on the physical condition of the female college students, in order to achieve the purpose of research. 30 women college students at Tianshi College in Tianjin were randomly selected. Among them, 15 were the experimental group and the other 15 were the control group (except daily life, no other sports). The research methods were tested before the experiment. The skin fold thickness of the experimental group and the control group was measured before the experiment, and the experimental group was carried out in the afternoon. Every member of the experimental group has a special person to watch and supervise the experiment to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment. The experiment requires a quick walk for one hour and 3 times a week. Before the fast step, it requires 10 minutes of preparation activities, and the heart rate of the exercise is 110-140 times per minute. Before the official movement, it takes 1 weeks of adaptive training, between the middle and the end of the exercise. After 10 seconds of heart rate, the subjects were tested with pulse to control the intensity of movement for.3 months, and the physical form, physical quality and body function of the students in the experimental group and the control group were detected and the data changes were compared. The results were as follows: 1. the body shape index, before and after the experiment, the height and hip circumference of the female college students in the experimental group. There were no significant changes in the thickness of the upper arm circumference and the skin fold of the shoulder (P0.05), while the weight, the BMI, the chest circumference, the waist circumference, the body fat rate, the thickness of the abdominal fold and the thickness of the skin fold of the thigh were significantly different (P0.01). The change of the body shape index of the female in the control group was not obvious (P0.05).2. body before and after the experiment. Function, before and after the experiment, the five data changes of the quiet heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, vital capacity and step index of the female college students in the experimental group were very significant (P0.01). There was no significant change in the body shape of the female students in the control group before and after the experiment (P0.05) and the body quality of the.3. body. The female students in the experimental group were standing long jump and jumping in the experiment group. There was no significant difference between the results of the sit ups and the 50 meter run before and after the experiment (P0.05). The results of the 3000 meter running of the female college students in the experimental group had a very significant change (P0.01). The changes of the indexes of the girls in the control group were not obvious before and after the experiment (P0.05).
