【摘要】：中國男子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽(下文簡稱為“中職籃”)是我國最高級別的男子籃球聯(lián)賽,在我國有著較為深遠(yuǎn)的影響力。當(dāng)前中職籃處在聯(lián)賽的初級發(fā)展階段,由于聯(lián)賽制度的不完善,法制的不健全和一些客觀因素的影響,在賽場上發(fā)生了許多危機(jī)事件。不僅違背了文明參賽的意愿,破壞了比賽的正常秩序,也損害了中職籃的正面形象,甚至還造成了嚴(yán)重危害社會安定的不良后果。因此,找出中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件的發(fā)生原因,制定和優(yōu)化一套能夠符合我國國情與法律法規(guī)并解決中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件和保障聯(lián)賽健康發(fā)展的方案舉措,變得尤為重要。本文以近些年發(fā)生在中職籃賽場的危機(jī)事件為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法、視頻分析法、問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件進(jìn)行研究,概括了中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件的定義,根據(jù)其誘導(dǎo)的原因分為內(nèi)因型危機(jī)事件和外因型危機(jī)事件兩大類,并總結(jié)了中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件的特點(diǎn)具有潛伏性、突發(fā)性、危害性以及影響性。通過主成份因子分析得出產(chǎn)生中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件的主要因素包括:聯(lián)賽因素、球員因素、球迷因素、教練員因素、裁判員因素、以及賽場因素。從分析美國男子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽(下文簡稱為“美職籃”)對賽場、球員、球迷以及裁判員的管理中,總結(jié)了中職籃在處理賽場危機(jī)事件時存在著處罰模式單一、處罰力度小、處罰機(jī)制不健全的情況,并提出了介入司法部門,制定相關(guān)法律法規(guī);加大處罰力度、完善聯(lián)賽組織結(jié)構(gòu)的新舉措。針對中職籃賽場危機(jī)事件的產(chǎn)生原因及特點(diǎn),本文從聯(lián)賽、球員、球迷、裁判四個方面提出相關(guān)建議:聯(lián)賽方面:應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對各俱樂部的正確引導(dǎo),完善聯(lián)賽的組織結(jié)構(gòu),普及籃球規(guī)則,凈化賽場環(huán)境。球員、球迷方面:提升球員的知識水平與文化涵養(yǎng),完善球員的管理制度;提高球迷素質(zhì),呼吁球迷文明觀賽。裁判方面:建立完善的裁判員管理制度,完善裁判員的上崗模式,保障好裁判員的社會福利,促成裁判職業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:Chinese men's basketball professional league (hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational basketball") is the highest level of men's basketball league in China, has a more far-reaching influence. At present, the secondary vocational basketball is in the primary stage of development of the league. Because of the imperfect system of the league, the imperfect legal system and the influence of some objective factors, there are many crisis events on the field. It not only violates the will of civilization to participate in the competition, destroys the normal order of the competition, but also damages the positive image of the secondary vocational basketball team, and even results in serious harm to social stability. Therefore, it is particularly important to find out the causes of the secondary vocational basketball field crisis events, to formulate and optimize a set of measures that can meet the national conditions and laws and regulations of our country, and to solve the crisis events in the secondary vocational basketball field and to ensure the healthy development of the league. This paper takes the crisis events in the secondary vocational basketball field as the research object, uses the literature method, the case analysis method, the video analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research to the secondary vocational basketball field crisis event. This paper summarizes the definition of crisis events in secondary vocational basketball field, and divides them into internal crisis events and external crisis events according to their inducement, and concludes that the characteristics of secondary vocational basketball field crisis events are latent and sudden. Harmfulness and influence. Through the principal component factor analysis, the main factors of the secondary vocational basketball crisis events are: league factor, player factor, fan factor, coach factor, referee factor, and field factor. From the analysis of the management of players, fans and referees in the American Men's Basketball Professional League (hereinafter referred to as "American Professional Basketball"), it is concluded that the secondary vocational basketball team has a single punishment mode and little punishment in dealing with the crisis events in the field. The punishment mechanism is not perfect, and put forward the new measures of intervening in the judicial department, formulating the relevant laws and regulations, strengthening punishment and perfecting the organization structure of the league. In view of the causes and characteristics of the crisis events in the secondary vocational basketball field, this paper puts forward four relevant suggestions from the league, players, fans and referees: in the league, we should strengthen the correct guidance to the clubs and improve the organization structure of the league. Popularizing basketball rules and purifying the environment. Players, fans: improve the knowledge and culture of the players, improve the management system of the players, improve the quality of the fans, call on the fans to watch the game civilized. Referees: to establish a sound referee management system, improve the referee's post mode, to protect the social welfare of referees, to promote the professionalization of referees.
