【摘要】：使用德國isomed2000等速測試系統(tǒng)對四川省優(yōu)秀男排運動員進行下肢膝、踝關(guān)節(jié)的肌力測試。目的：研究在不同速度下肌肉活動的表現(xiàn),分析出薄弱的肌群。為科學(xué)力量訓(xùn)練以及排球項目選材上提供幫助。方法：四川男排一級運動員10名、青年隊隊員10名。在60。/s和240。/s兩種速度下測試膝、踝關(guān)節(jié)等速向心收縮。結(jié)論：一級運動員雙側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)主動肌與拮抗肌肌力不平衡；青年隊隊員雙側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)股四頭肌肌力較差；青年隊隊員雙側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)胭繩肌肌力存在差異；一級運動員雙側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)肌力存在差異；一級運動員和青年隊隊員雙側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)的快速收縮能力差。
[Abstract]:A German isomed2000 isokinetic test system was used to test the muscle strength of the knee and ankle joint of the elite men's volleyball players in Sichuan province. Objective: To study the performance of muscle activity at different speeds and to analyze the weak muscle groups. To provide help for scientific strength training and volleyball selection. Method: 10 men's volleyball players in Sichuan, 10 young team members. Test the knee and the ankle joint at two speeds of 60./s and 240./s. Conclusion: the bilateral knee joint active muscle and antagonist muscle strength of the first class athletes are not balanced; the young team members of the bilateral knee joint four head muscles are poor; the young team members' bilateral knee joint Rouge muscle strength is different; the first class movement There is a difference in the strength between the two sides of the ankle joint.
