【摘要】：深入了解我國民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目基地發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的主要困境,探尋基地走出困境的超越對策,能有效發(fā)揮基地功能,推動我國民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展。以社會學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、田野調(diào)查法、專家訪談法等研究方法,對我國民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目基地發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實困境與超越策略等問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)審視與深入探討。研究表明:我國民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目基地在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)作方式、活動形式、質(zhì)量評估等方面存在著組織結(jié)構(gòu)缺失、管理權(quán)責(zé)不清、活動單一僵化、評估流于形式等現(xiàn)實困境。民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目基地要走出當(dāng)前困境,需要從現(xiàn)實問題出發(fā),把握文化傳承根本,合理再造基地發(fā)展理念,轉(zhuǎn)換基地發(fā)展目標(biāo),完善基地組織結(jié)構(gòu),充分發(fā)揮不同類型基地的作用,并在加強(qiáng)基地組織建設(shè),明確管理權(quán)責(zé)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建基地協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的新模式。
[Abstract]:By deeply understanding the main difficulties in the course of the development of the traditional sports base of our country and exploring the transcendental countermeasures of the base out of the predicament, the function of the base can be effectively brought into play and the development of the traditional sports of our nation can be promoted. Based on the sociological theory, this paper systematically examines and probes into the practical predicament and surmounting strategy of the development of the traditional national sports base in our country by using the methods of literature, field investigation and expert interview. The research shows that the traditional sports base of our country has the following practical difficulties in the aspects of organization structure, operation mode, activity form, quality evaluation and so on, such as the lack of organization structure, the unclear management power and responsibility, the single rigidity of activities, the mere formality of evaluation, and so on. In order to get out of the current predicament, the traditional national sports base should proceed from the practical problems, grasp the root of cultural heritage, rationally reinvent the base development concept, change the base development goal, and perfect the structure of the base organization. On the basis of strengthening the construction of al-Qaeda and making clear the responsibility of management, the new mode of cooperative innovation and development of base should be constructed.
