南寧市高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程設(shè)置與教學(xué)的分析研究

【摘要】:高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程是貫徹落實2002年和2003年教育部頒發(fā)的兩個重要文件的精神,《全國普通高等學(xué)校體育課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)綱要》與《全國普通高等學(xué)校體育教育本科專業(yè)課程方案》這兩個文件分別體現(xiàn)了對課改的政策支持。隨著我國教育部新《綱要》的頒發(fā)與實施,以及社會對素質(zhì)教育理念和拓展訓(xùn)練學(xué)習(xí)方式的認(rèn)同,與其相適應(yīng)的體育課程也應(yīng)運而生。“拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程”是以《綱要》確定的運動參與與技能、身心健康、社會適應(yīng)等為目標(biāo),充分地顯示了體育功能與文化內(nèi)涵的多元化價值。當(dāng)前,在我國許多高校都具備了開設(shè)拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程的條件,并且部分院校已開展實施。本研究在查閱《學(xué)校體育學(xué)》、《拓展》、《學(xué)校拓展訓(xùn)練》、《體育教學(xué)論》、《新課程的教學(xué)改革》、《體驗教育創(chuàng)新—原理與方法》、《運動訓(xùn)練學(xué)》、《社會學(xué)研究方法》等書籍,以及大量文獻資料的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運用文獻資料、問卷調(diào)查等研究方法,以廣西大學(xué)、廣西大學(xué)行健文理學(xué)院、廣西民族大學(xué)、廣西民族大學(xué)相思湖學(xué)院、廣西體育高等?茖W(xué)校、廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)的拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程設(shè)置與教學(xué)情況為研究對象,以這六所院校的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、授課教師、學(xué)生為調(diào)查分析對象,對高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)、特點、功能,拓展訓(xùn)練項目分析等進行理論研究,結(jié)合南寧市高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程開展實際情況,完成調(diào)查分析,得到以下結(jié)論:1.在“健康第一”、“全面發(fā)展”、“以人為本”的指導(dǎo)思想下,南寧市有10所高校開設(shè)了拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程,但相對來說開課院校較少,其設(shè)置形式主要是以選修課為主,一種是結(jié)合學(xué)校情況,改進創(chuàng)新后引入拓展訓(xùn)練項目,另一種是在引入拓展訓(xùn)練方法的理念下,將拓展訓(xùn)練與傳統(tǒng)體育項目相結(jié)合。2.南寧市高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程體系不完善,暫時還未形成專業(yè)課,課時比重所占比率不高,理論課比重低,大多教師把相關(guān)理論知識穿插在技能課中講說,專職教師少。課程內(nèi)容主要有定向、攀巖、和拓展訓(xùn)練項目,學(xué)生很喜歡冒險,喜歡挑戰(zhàn),最受學(xué)生歡迎的是野外項目,其次是水上項目、高空項目。由于場地限制以及安全考慮,高校開設(shè)最多的場地項目的拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程依然受到學(xué)生喜愛。3.南寧市高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程課程模式主要是課內(nèi)外一體化和半傳統(tǒng)模式,教材方面,主要是學(xué)校訂購教材,拓展訓(xùn)練教師隊伍比較年輕化,具備一定的管理學(xué)、體育學(xué)、心理學(xué)知識,但社會閱歷和教學(xué)能力還不是特別豐富,不能在分享環(huán)節(jié)中充分引導(dǎo)互換感悟,也只有少部分教師經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)獲得拓展教師證書或相關(guān)從業(yè)資格證書。從專業(yè)技術(shù)層面上來說,與拓展相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)體系還不完善,目前南寧高校的拓展授課教師還難以保障拓展項目開展的效果和參訓(xùn)學(xué)生的心理歷程,還不能滿足學(xué)校拓展訓(xùn)練的發(fā)展需求。4.學(xué)生對拓展訓(xùn)練認(rèn)知程度不高,參與度很高,喜歡這種體驗式學(xué)習(xí)方式。學(xué)生選課動機、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)效果一致性程度不高,主要是上課過于流程化,比較形式化,缺乏實質(zhì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,拓展訓(xùn)練的價值功能在南寧高校還沒有完全開發(fā)利用;拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程的師生關(guān)系變化多樣,學(xué)生不在是單單的從教師身上和自己的隊友同學(xué)身上獲得知識,而是主要從環(huán)境與項目體驗和自己的反思與思考獲得學(xué)習(xí)感悟;教師的角色在學(xué)生眼中變成了任務(wù)的設(shè)計布置者、任務(wù)的檢驗者、任務(wù)的參與者、安全員、觀察記錄,幫助回顧、旁觀者、知識的講授者等,不再單單為知識傳播者;學(xué)校的安全措施主要是宣傳到位,其次是制定安全規(guī)章制度和購買保險。5.調(diào)查結(jié)果一致認(rèn)為拓展訓(xùn)練是體育綜合類課程;關(guān)于拓展訓(xùn)練在高校的發(fā)展前景問題,57.1%的授課老師非?春,42.9%的授課老師認(rèn)為發(fā)展前景一般;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持、師資、拓展訓(xùn)練場地器材與資金是制約南寧市高校拓展訓(xùn)練性體育課程發(fā)展的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The development of training courses in Colleges and universities is the spirit of carrying out the two important documents issued by the Ministry of education in 2002 and 2003. The two documents, such as the guiding outline of the physical education course of the national colleges and universities and the program of the undergraduate course of the national colleges and universities, reflect the policy support for the curriculum reform. The issue and implementation of the new outline of the Ministry of education, as well as the identity of the society to the concept of quality education and the way of developing the training and learning, have also emerged as the times require. "Expanding the training course" is the goal of the sports participation and skills determined by the outline, the physical and mental health, the social adaptation and so on, which fully shows the sports work. At present, many colleges and universities in our country have the conditions of opening up training physical education courses, and some colleges and universities have carried out the implementation. This study is in the study of "School Physical Education >", "Development >", "school expansion training >", "PE teaching theory >", "new curriculum teaching reform >" "experience education innovation principle and prescription".
