【摘要】：運用文獻資料法和訪談法,對體育教師的語言暴力現(xiàn)象進行探析。體育教師語言暴力現(xiàn)象的危害主要有:危害學生心理健康;降低教學效果和臨場表現(xiàn);引發(fā)學生效仿;損害體育教師形象。體育教師語言暴力現(xiàn)象的成因主要有:體育教師自身職業(yè)素養(yǎng)有待提高;體育教師自身遭受語言暴力的"代償心理";體育教師的個性特征;體育教師承受壓力的反映;現(xiàn)實的學情特征。建議與對策:建立監(jiān)督和懲處機制;加強對體育教師生存狀態(tài)的關(guān)注;營造濃厚的校園體育文化氛圍。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature and interview, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of language violence of PE teachers. The main harm of the phenomenon of physical education teachers' language violence is: endangering students' mental health; reducing teaching effect and performance on the spot; causing students to emulate; harming the image of physical education teachers. The causes of the phenomenon of physical education teachers' language violence are as follows: the professional quality of PE teachers needs to be improved; the "compensatory psychology" that PE teachers themselves suffer from language violence; the personality characteristics of PE teachers; the reflection of the pressure on PE teachers; The characteristics of realistic learning. Suggestions and countermeasures: establish supervision and punishment mechanism; strengthen the attention to the survival of physical education teachers; create a strong campus sports culture atmosphere.
