【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,以新疆師范大學(xué)校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地為研究對(duì)象,同時(shí)以管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、授課教師以及256名足球骨干教師和111名足球特色學(xué)校的校長(zhǎng)為主要調(diào)查對(duì)象。從新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地現(xiàn)狀、培訓(xùn)情況以及參訓(xùn)學(xué)員基本情況、培訓(xùn)情況以及培訓(xùn)需求以及效果等多個(gè)方面對(duì)新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行具體的研究,旨在為新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展提供切實(shí)可行的建議和依據(jù),從而促進(jìn)校園足球事業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過研究得出結(jié)果并對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1.新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置相對(duì)而言比較完善;教學(xué)設(shè)施條件相對(duì)較好,新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)緊張。2.新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地培訓(xùn)前期準(zhǔn)備工作充足,授課團(tuán)隊(duì)總體上比較合理。授課教師學(xué)歷都在本科及以上,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,執(zhí)教年限較長(zhǎng),執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。3.新師大校園足球教師培訓(xùn)基地培訓(xùn)方案設(shè)計(jì)相對(duì)合理,培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)明確,培訓(xùn)形式多樣;培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)上是以理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的模式,但理論課時(shí)比例大;培訓(xùn)考核多樣;培訓(xùn)的監(jiān)督機(jī)制比較完善、合理,后勤保障工作周到。4.參訓(xùn)校長(zhǎng)以男性為主,女性校長(zhǎng)少,中老年校長(zhǎng)所占比例有點(diǎn)高,趨于老年化;參訓(xùn)校長(zhǎng)少數(shù)民族所占比例高于漢族;學(xué)歷以本科學(xué)歷為主,學(xué)歷層次相對(duì)較高。5.參訓(xùn)教師以男性為主,女性所占比例少,中青年教師所占比例偏高,以維吾爾族為主,學(xué)歷大部分都達(dá)到了本科及以上,教齡年限大部分在4-9年及以上,教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富;職稱以中高級(jí)為主,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)合理。6.參訓(xùn)教師參加培訓(xùn)的次數(shù)少,單位時(shí)間內(nèi)參加足球培訓(xùn)的頻率低;參訓(xùn)教師的培訓(xùn)態(tài)度不是很端正,有部分教師不是主動(dòng)想來參加培訓(xùn),而是被動(dòng)的聽從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的派遣。7.提升足球教學(xué)基本功與教學(xué)技能是參訓(xùn)教師最想獲得的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,實(shí)踐學(xué)練、觀摩考察是參訓(xùn)教師最受歡迎的培訓(xùn)形式,參訓(xùn)教師對(duì)于授課教師需求是一線體育教師、外籍足球?qū)<乙约啊皣?guó)培計(jì)劃”專家?guī)鞂<摇?br/>[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper takes the campus football teacher training base of Xinjiang normal University as the research object, and takes the management team as the research object. Teaching teachers, 256 key football teachers and 111 principals of football specialty schools were the main subjects. From the current situation of new normal university campus football teacher training base, training situation and the basic situation of participants, training situation, training needs and results, etc., the current situation of new normal university campus football teacher training base is studied concretely. The purpose of this paper is to provide practical suggestions and basis for the long-term development of the campus football teacher training base of the New normal University, so as to promote the development of campus football. Through the study and detailed analysis of the results, draw the following conclusion: 1. New normal University campus football teacher training base management institutions are relatively perfect, teaching facilities are relatively good, the new normal university campus football teachers training base training funds are tight. 2. New normal University campus football teacher training base training preparatory work is sufficient, the teaching team is reasonable on the whole. Teaching teachers are in the undergraduate and above, the structure of the title is more reasonable, long teaching years, teaching experience. 3. The new normal university campus football teacher training base training plan design is relatively reasonable, the training goal is clear, the training form is diverse, the training curriculum content design is the pattern which the theory and the practice unifies, but the theory class time proportion is big, the training examination is diverse; Training supervision mechanism is relatively perfect, reasonable, logistics support work thoughtful. 4. Training principals are mainly male, female headmasters are few, the proportion of middle-aged and elderly principals is a little high, tend to aging; the proportion of minority students in training principals is higher than that of the Han; the education background is mainly undergraduate, and the educational level is relatively high. 5. The teachers in the training are mainly male and female, the proportion of young and middle-aged teachers is on the high side, Uygur nationality is the main teacher, most of them have attained undergraduate degree and above, the teaching years are mostly 4-9 years or more, and the teaching experience is rich. Title mainly to senior, title structure is reasonable. 6. The number of training teachers is less, the frequency of football training is low in unit time, the training attitude of the training teachers is not very correct, some teachers do not want to take part in the training actively, but passively listen to the dispatch of the leaders. Improving the basic skills and teaching skills of football teaching is the training content that the teachers want to obtain most. Practice and practice, observation and inspection are the most popular training forms for the teachers, and the training teachers' demand for the teaching teachers is the first-line physical education teachers. Foreign football experts as well as the "national plan" experts pool experts.
