【摘要】：體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位經(jīng)過10多年的發(fā)展,為我國培養(yǎng)大批優(yōu)秀的體育專業(yè)人才,積累了豐富的培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗,但在發(fā)展過程中仍然存在諸如一些培養(yǎng)單位存在對體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位認(rèn)識不足、培養(yǎng)過程缺乏實踐訓(xùn)練,招考辦法、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)模式和導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)不足等問題�；诖�,以體育專業(yè)學(xué)位為研究對象,主要通過文獻(xiàn)資料法查閱有關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育發(fā)展相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合自身工作實踐,闡述了體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育發(fā)展的面臨的困難與問題:人才培養(yǎng)體系與體育行業(yè)人才市場發(fā)展需求對應(yīng)性不足;培養(yǎng)理念仍然滯后于規(guī)模增加的速度;培養(yǎng)單位急需制定新的學(xué)位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)量保障體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討體育專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育發(fā)展與改革思路,提出了體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位發(fā)展建議:應(yīng)正確定位體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位,積極轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)教育發(fā)展理念,突出體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位實踐培養(yǎng),改革人才培養(yǎng)模式,加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計,研究設(shè)置新的培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)域,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督和評估工作以確保人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位應(yīng)面對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需求,實現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)與體育事業(yè)發(fā)展同頻共振,為的培養(yǎng)體育專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生提供參考。
[Abstract]:After more than 10 years of development, the master's degree of physical education has accumulated rich training experience for training a large number of outstanding sports professionals in our country. However, in the process of development, there are still some training units, such as lack of understanding of the physical education master degree, lack of practical training in the training process, recruitment methods, training objectives, curriculum design, etc. The training mode and the teacher team construction insufficient and so on question. Based on this, taking the physical education degree as the research object, the author mainly refers to the relevant documents about the development of the graduate education of the professional degree through the method of literature and materials, and combines with his own work practice. This paper expounds the difficulties and problems in the development of postgraduates' education in sports master's degree: the lack of correspondence between the talent training system and the demand for the development of the sports industry's talent market, the fact that the training concept is still lagging behind the increasing speed of the scale; Training units are in urgent need of formulating new degree standards and quality assurance systems. On the basis of this, this paper probes into the ideas of the development and reform of the postgraduates' education in physical education, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the master's degree of physical education: it is necessary to correctly orientate the professional degree of physical education and actively change the traditional educational development concept. In order to ensure the quality of personnel training, we should emphasize the practice training of physical education master degree, reform the training mode of talents, strengthen the top-level design, study and set up new training fields, and strengthen the supervision and evaluation work in order to ensure the quality of talent training. The master's degree of physical education should face the needs of our country's economic and social development, realize the same frequency resonance between the cultivation of talents and the development of sports, and provide a reference for the cultivation of graduate students of physical education major.
