優(yōu)秀男子柔道運(yùn)動員王XX喙鎖韌帶重建術(shù)后康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練的實證研究

【摘要】:目的:通過對優(yōu)秀男子柔道運(yùn)動員王XX喙鎖韌帶重建術(shù)后康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練的研究和總結(jié),以期為其他運(yùn)動員喙鎖韌帶重建術(shù)后康復(fù)訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)、任務(wù)和方案制定提供借鑒和參考。方法:1)康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練干預(yù),對王XX進(jìn)行10~29周的康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練,根據(jù)運(yùn)動員實際身體情況、測試數(shù)據(jù)及比賽需求,制定3個階段的訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)、任務(wù)和方案,干預(yù)最終目的是提高王XX左肩術(shù)后靈活度、肌肉力量的恢復(fù),著重縮小左右肩肌力的差異;加強(qiáng)核心肌肉群力量、穩(wěn)定及抗旋能力,發(fā)展下肢肌肉力量和有氧供能能力,并最終順利過渡到柔道專項基礎(chǔ)動作訓(xùn)練階段。2)等速肌力測試,康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練干預(yù)前、后采用美國Biodex等速肌力測試系統(tǒng),對運(yùn)動員左右肩部屈伸肌群、內(nèi)外旋肌群進(jìn)行最大力量和速度力量等測試,干預(yù)前測試目的是為康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練具體內(nèi)容的制定提供依據(jù),干預(yù)后測試目的是對左肩肌力變化、左右肩肌力差異及屈伸肌比、外旋內(nèi)旋肌比進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果:康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后王XX左右肩部肌群60°/s、180°/s和240°/s峰值力矩、單次最大做功及平均功率等速肌力測試指標(biāo)較干預(yù)前有顯著性變化,左肩屈伸肌群、內(nèi)外旋肌群肌力與右肩差值均能縮小到合理范圍10%~15%之間,左右肩部屈伸肌比、外旋內(nèi)旋肌比值基本趨于合理范圍(75%~85%、60%~80%區(qū)間內(nèi))。結(jié)論:通過10~29周的康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練,王XX整體體能水平恢復(fù)較好,其中,左肩在活動幅度、肌肉力量等方面恢復(fù)顯著,等速測試各指標(biāo)與右肩差值均能控制在合理范圍內(nèi),基本可以實施柔道專項基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and summarize the rehabilitation physical training of elite male judo athlete Wang XX after reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament in order to provide reference and reference for other athletes in rehabilitation training after coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction. Methods: the rehabilitation physical fitness training intervention was carried out for Wang XX for 10 to 29 weeks. According to the actual physical condition of the athletes, the test data and the competition demand, the training objectives, tasks and plans were formulated. The ultimate purpose of the intervention was to improve the flexibility and recovery of Wang XX's left shoulder, to reduce the difference of left and right shoulder muscle strength, to strengthen the core muscle group strength, to stabilize and resist rotation, and to develop lower extremity muscle strength and aerobic energy supply ability. And finally successfully transition to judo special basic movement training stage. 2) isokinetic muscle strength test. Before the rehabilitation physical fitness training intervention, the American Biodex isokinetic muscle strength test system was used to test the left and right shoulder flexion and extensor muscles of the athletes. The purpose of the test before intervention was to provide the basis for making specific contents of rehabilitation physical training. After intervention, the purpose of the test was to change the left shoulder muscle strength, the difference of left and right shoulder muscle strength and the ratio of flexion and extensor muscle. The ratio of external circumflex muscle was evaluated. Results: the peak torque of 60 擄/ s and 240 擄/ s of shoulder muscle group, single maximal work and average power isokinetic muscle strength were significantly changed after rehabilitation physical training intervention, and the left shoulder flexion and extensor muscle group had a significant change compared with that before intervention. The difference between the internal and external circumflex muscle group and the right shoulder can be reduced to a reasonable range of 10 ~ 15%, the ratio of flexion and extensor of left and right shoulder, and the ratio of external circumflex muscle to internal circumflex muscle tend to be within a reasonable range of 85% and 80% respectively. Conclusion: the overall physical fitness level of Wang XX recovered well after 10 ~ 29 weeks of rehabilitation physical training, among which, the left shoulder recovered significantly in the range of activity and muscle strength, and the difference between the isokinetic test and the right shoulder could be controlled within a reasonable range.
