體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球方向本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)課程方案比較研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的體育意識(shí)正在逐漸加強(qiáng),體育也受到越來越多人的青睞,需要一大批服務(wù)于一線的應(yīng)用型體育人才,而我國體育人才的培養(yǎng)除競技體育外,絕大部分體育人才的培養(yǎng)多依賴于高等體育院校。體育教育是體育院校的重要組成部分,籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課又是體育教育專業(yè)的主干課程之一,作為培養(yǎng)服務(wù)于一線的籃球?qū)I(yè)應(yīng)用型人才,其人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格關(guān)乎我國籃球事業(yè)的發(fā)展,理應(yīng)得到重視。體育院校作為體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)的搖籃,籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程在當(dāng)前形勢下如何適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育改革,如何適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求,如何達(dá)到培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的要求,是體育院校乃至全國體育教育工作者急需解決的問題。本文以全國14所體育專業(yè)院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球方向本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)課程方案為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)比分析找出當(dāng)前體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)課程方案中存在的問題,并提出可行性建議,使體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)更加明確,課程設(shè)置更趨合理化。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、比較法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格、課程設(shè)置等角度出發(fā),對(duì)體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球方向本科應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)課程方案進(jìn)行比較研究,并得出以下結(jié)論:1、體育院校體育教育專業(yè)以社會(huì)需求、人才培養(yǎng)課程方案為導(dǎo)向,以培養(yǎng)面向現(xiàn)代化的應(yīng)用型人才為主,復(fù)合型人才為輔。2、體育院校體育教育專業(yè)在人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)規(guī)格上無實(shí)質(zhì)性差異,部分體育院校公共選修課和專業(yè)選修的學(xué)時(shí)分配較少,不利于學(xué)生興趣和特長的發(fā)展。3、除哈爾濱體育學(xué)院外,其他院校體育教育專業(yè)均開設(shè)有籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程。4、體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選取理應(yīng)符合籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展規(guī)律和籃球?qū)m?xiàng)人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。目前,體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程方案中教學(xué)內(nèi)容的重點(diǎn)和特色突出明顯不足。教學(xué)內(nèi)容的重點(diǎn)以突出“內(nèi)容”為主,而忽視了學(xué)生的主體地位;此外,教學(xué)內(nèi)容特色不夠鮮明,在教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選取上隨大流,無特色內(nèi)容作為支撐。5、當(dāng)前各體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程方案中教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)存在明顯差距,部分院;@球?qū)m?xiàng)課程的教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)明顯較少,在學(xué)生籃球?qū)m?xiàng)能力的培養(yǎng)上,很難達(dá)到籃球?qū)m?xiàng)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的要求。6、我國體育院校體育教育專業(yè)籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程方案在考核評(píng)價(jià)上,重考核、輕評(píng)價(jià),相對(duì)來說比較片面,對(duì)學(xué)生缺乏一個(gè)全面的考核評(píng)價(jià)過程。此外,籃球?qū)m?xiàng)課程方案的考核評(píng)價(jià)體系缺乏科學(xué)性,在考核評(píng)價(jià)中主觀性比較強(qiáng),易受情感因素的影響。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, people's sports consciousness is gradually strengthened, sports is also favored by more and more people, which needs a large number of applied sports talents serving in the front line, and the training of sports talents in our country is not only competitive sports. The training of most sports talents depends on higher sports colleges and universities. Physical education is an important part of physical education colleges and universities, and basketball special course is one of the main courses of physical education specialty. As a kind of applied talents of basketball specialty serving in the front line, its talent training specification is related to the development of basketball cause in our country. It deserves attention. As the cradle of basketball talents training in physical education, how to adapt to the reform of basic education, how to adapt to the needs of social development and how to meet the requirements of the training goal in the special course of basketball under the current situation? Sports colleges and universities and even the national physical education workers urgently need to solve the problem. In this paper, the author takes the training program of applied talents as the object of study on the basketball orientation of physical education major in 14 physical education colleges and universities in China. Through comparative analysis to find out the existing problems in the current physical education specialty basketball special talent training course plan, and put forward the feasible suggestion, make the physical education specialty basketball special talent training goal more clear. The curriculum is more rationalized. Using the methods of literature, investigation, comparison, logic analysis, etc., from the point of view of talent training goal, talent training specification, curriculum, etc. In this paper, the author makes a comparative study on the training program of applied talents for basketball majors in physical education colleges and universities, and draws the following conclusions: the major of physical education in physical education colleges and universities is guided by social needs and talent training courses. The training of applied talents oriented to modernization is the main task, and the compound talents are supplementary. 2. There is no substantial difference in the training goals and training specifications of physical education majors in physical education colleges and universities. Public elective courses and elective courses of major in some physical education colleges are less allocated, which is not conducive to the development of students' interest and specialty, except Harbin Institute of physical Education, There are special courses of basketball in other colleges and universities. The selection of teaching contents of basketball special courses in physical education should accord with the law of basketball development and the training goal of basketball talents. At present, the emphases and characteristics of the teaching contents in the special basketball course scheme of physical education major in physical education colleges are obviously insufficient. The emphasis of the teaching content is to highlight the "content", while ignoring the main position of the students. In addition, the characteristics of the teaching content are not clear enough, and the selection of the teaching content follows the current. At present, there is a significant difference in the teaching hours in the special courses of physical education major, and the teaching hours of some special courses of basketball in some colleges are obviously less, so on the cultivation of students' special ability of basketball, there is no characteristic content as the support. It is very difficult to meet the requirement of training basketball special talents. 6. In the evaluation and evaluation of basketball special courses of physical education major in physical education colleges and universities in our country, emphasis is placed on assessment, less evaluation, and relatively one-sided. Lack of a comprehensive assessment process for students. In addition, the evaluation system of basketball special course scheme is lack of scientific nature, and it is subjective and easy to be influenced by emotional factors.
