【摘要】：隨著世界各國高水平乒乓球運(yùn)動員技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平的不斷提升，運(yùn)動員之間技術(shù)水平的差距越來越小，加上運(yùn)動員之間的身體素質(zhì)相差無幾，那么對乒乓球運(yùn)動員心理素質(zhì)和心理品質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練就成為提高運(yùn)動成績爭取比賽勝利的關(guān)鍵條件之一。 在心理素質(zhì)中，，情緒與認(rèn)知風(fēng)格都是非常重要的因素，其與環(huán)境因素共同起作用影響乒乓球運(yùn)動員的成績。探討比賽情境、情緒與認(rèn)知風(fēng)格對乒乓球運(yùn)動員成績的影響，搞清楚影響比賽成績的心理因素，為今后在日常訓(xùn)練中對運(yùn)動員進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的情緒調(diào)控與認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練，教會他們情緒、認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練的方法與策略，也為教練員科學(xué)地指導(dǎo)和訓(xùn)練乒乓球運(yùn)動員提供依據(jù)。中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員作為一個十分特殊的群體，不僅有著普通運(yùn)動員的心理特征，還有殘疾人特有的心理特點(diǎn)。由于他們長期生活在枯燥的訓(xùn)練和緊張頻繁的比賽中，承擔(dān)著比正常人更大的心理壓力。因此，研究在不同比賽情境下，探明情緒這一特殊心理因素對不同認(rèn)知風(fēng)格殘疾人乒乓球運(yùn)動員成績的影響，讓殘疾人乒乓球運(yùn)動員接受適當(dāng)?shù)男睦碛?xùn)練是很有必要的。 本研究共分為四個研究： 研究一，以29名在山東師范大學(xué)乒乓球訓(xùn)練基地集訓(xùn)的中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員為被試，用《鑲嵌圖形測驗(yàn)》為測量工具，調(diào)查中國殘奧隊(duì)乒乓球運(yùn)動員的認(rèn)知風(fēng)格，了解各位運(yùn)動員的認(rèn)知風(fēng)格類型。 研究二，以13名場依存型認(rèn)知風(fēng)格殘奧隊(duì)乒乓球運(yùn)動員為被試，采用2（比賽情境：比分落后與比分領(lǐng)先）X2（情緒：積極情緒與消極情緒）兩因素被試內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，探討比賽情境與情緒及二者相互作用對場依存認(rèn)知風(fēng)格中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量的影響。 研究三，以16名場獨(dú)立型認(rèn)知風(fēng)格中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員為被試，也是采用2（比賽情境：比分落后與比分領(lǐng)先）X2（情緒：積極情緒與消極情緒）兩因素被試內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，探討比賽情境與情緒及二者相互作用對場獨(dú)立認(rèn)知風(fēng)格中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量的影響。 研究四，以29名中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員為被試，采用2（比賽情境：比分落后與比分領(lǐng)先）X2（情緒：積極情緒與消極情緒）X2（認(rèn)知風(fēng)格：場依存與場獨(dú)立）三因素混合設(shè)計(jì)，探討比賽情境、情緒、認(rèn)知風(fēng)格及三者相互作用對中國乒乓球殘奧隊(duì)運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量的影響及影響程度的大小。 根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與分析，得出的結(jié)論如下： （1）29名中國殘奧隊(duì)乒乓球運(yùn)動員以場獨(dú)立型認(rèn)知風(fēng)格為主。 （2）比賽情境、情緒對不同認(rèn)知風(fēng)格乒乓球運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量有影響，且比賽情境的影響要強(qiáng)于情緒，對場依存型認(rèn)知風(fēng)格運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動成績的影響要大于場獨(dú)立型認(rèn)知風(fēng)格運(yùn)動員；但認(rèn)知風(fēng)格對乒乓球運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量沒有影響。 （3）比賽情境與情緒存在相互作用對場依存認(rèn)知風(fēng)格乒乓球運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量有影響。 （4）比賽情境、情緒分別與認(rèn)知風(fēng)格存在交互作用對乒乓球運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量有影響。 （5）各因素對乒乓球運(yùn)動員“前三板”技術(shù)質(zhì)量影響的程度大小依次為：比賽情境、情緒、認(rèn)知風(fēng)格。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the technical and tactical level of the high level table tennis players in the world, the gap between the athletes' technical level is becoming smaller and smaller, and the physical quality of the athletes is different. Then the training of the psychological quality and psychological quality of the table tennis players is the key condition for the success of the competition. One of.
In psychological quality, both emotion and cognitive style are very important factors. It affects the performance of table tennis players together with the environmental factors. The influence of competition situation, emotion and cognitive style on the performance of table tennis players is discussed, and the factors that affect the performance of the game are clear. The corresponding emotional regulation and cognitive training teach them emotion, the method and strategy of cognitive training. It also provides the basis for coaches to guide and train table tennis players scientifically. As a very special group, Chinese table tennis players have not only the psychological characteristics of ordinary athletes, but also the special heart of the disabled. As a result of their long life in boring training and frequent competition, they bear more psychological pressure than normal people. Therefore, the study of the influence of the special psychological factors on the achievements of the disabled table tennis players in different cognitive styles in different competition situations makes the table tennis players of the disabled accept the acceptance. Proper psychological training is necessary.
This study is divided into four studies.
In the first place, 29 Chinese table tennis athletes who were trained at the Shandong Normal University table tennis training base were tested by the Chinese table tennis players who were trained in the table tennis training base. The cognitive style of the Chinese Paralympic table tennis players was investigated and the cognitive styles of the athletes were investigated by the "mosaic graph test" as the measuring tool.
Study two, taking 13 field dependent cognitive style Paralympic table tennis players as subjects, using 2 (mood, positive and negative emotions) X2 (mood: positive emotion and negative emotion) in the trial of table tennis players, the competition situation and emotion and the mutual cognitive style of Chinese table tennis Paralympics with field dependent cognitive style were discussed. The influence of the technical quality of the "top three boards".
In study three, Chinese table tennis players with 16 field independent cognitive styles were tested by Chinese table tennis players, and the two factors were designed in 2 (game situation: score lag and score lead) X2 (emotion: positive emotion and negative emotion), and the interaction between competition situation and emotion and the interaction of the two parties on the field independent cognitive style of Chinese table tennis disability. The influence of Olympic team athletes on the quality of the first three boards.
Study four, 29 Chinese table tennis athletes were tested with 2 (mood: positive and negative emotions) X2 (mood: positive and negative) X2 (Cognitive Style: field dependence and field independence) mixed design, to explore the competition situation, emotion, cognitive style and the interaction of three parties to the Chinese table tennis Paralympics. According to the experimental results and analysis, the conclusions are as follows:
(1) 29 Chinese Paralympic team table tennis players are mainly independent cognitive styles.
(2) the situation of the competition situation, the emotion affects the technical quality of the top three boards of the table tennis players with different cognitive styles, and the influence of the competition situation is stronger than the emotion. The influence on the athletic performance of the field dependent cognitive style athletes is greater than that of the field independent cognitive style athletes; but the cognitive style is the "top three board" technique of the table tennis players. The quality has no effect.
(3) the interaction between competition situation and emotion has an influence on the technical quality of the first three boards of the field dependent cognitive style table tennis players.
(4) competition situation and emotion interact with cognitive style respectively, which have an impact on the quality of table tennis players.
(5) the factors that affect the technical quality of the top three boards of table tennis players are: competition situation, emotion and cognitive style.
