【摘要】：正當(dāng)前我國職業(yè)技術(shù)教育雖然取得突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,但是體育教育相對(duì)滯后。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),我國高職院校體育教師編制缺口過大,師資力量不足,體育教師綜合素養(yǎng)和專業(yè)素質(zhì)較低;體育教學(xué)資源匱乏,缺乏符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各類體育場(chǎng)館,各種體育硬件設(shè)施無論是數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量差距都較大;體育教學(xué)模式缺乏高職院校的個(gè)性與特色,不符合高職學(xué)生職業(yè)特點(diǎn)與需求;體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏現(xiàn)代高職教育特色和功能;體育課程教學(xué)組織缺乏靈活性和多
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of vocational and technical education in China , the relative lag of physical education has been found . The investigation shows that the shortage of physical education resources , the lack of comprehensive quality and professional quality of physical education teachers , the lack of physical education resources , the lack of sports facilities conforming to the national standards , the lack of personality and characteristics of the higher vocational colleges , the lack of the characteristics and functions of modern higher vocational education , the lack of flexibility and the lack of flexibility in the teaching organization of physical education
