【摘要】：優(yōu)勢項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展推動了競技體育水平的極大提升。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法等,從理論創(chuàng)新、實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新三個(gè)維度對優(yōu)勢項(xiàng)目成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)。研究認(rèn)為:項(xiàng)目競爭優(yōu)勢要素的集成創(chuàng)新是核心動力驅(qū)動,構(gòu)建以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、資源配置創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、競爭機(jī)制創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、"人治-法治-善治"管理方式創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、"扁平化-團(tuán)隊(duì)化-網(wǎng)絡(luò)化"組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、"品德-知識-能力-業(yè)績"教練綜合評價(jià)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動模型;就集成創(chuàng)新的動力驅(qū)動要素進(jìn)行分析,探索優(yōu)勢項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的規(guī)律及內(nèi)在邏輯,為體育項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展提供理論參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development of the advantage item has promoted the athletics sports level to raise greatly. By using the method of literature and materials, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of the superior projects from the three dimensions of theoretical innovation, practical innovation and institutional innovation. The research holds that the integration innovation of the competitive advantage elements of the project is the core driving force, and the construction is driven by technological innovation, strategic innovation and resource allocation innovation. The innovation drive of competition mechanism, the innovation drive of "rule of man, rule of law-good governance", the innovation drive of "flattening-team-network" organization structure, the driving of "moral character, knowledge, ability and achievement" coach comprehensive evaluation innovation drive The innovation-driven model based on; This paper analyzes the driving factors of integrated innovation, explores the law and internal logic of the development of advantage items, and provides a theoretical reference for the development of sports events.
