【摘要】：隨著教育改革不斷深入,體育教學也隨之發(fā)生著變化。在復雜的歷史時期大眾群體賦予體育功能過高的期盼。面對這種現(xiàn)實,新疆高校體育院系體操普修課程也隨之發(fā)生改變,教育的方向更加接近現(xiàn)實,更加符合社會的需要。體操內(nèi)容的教學在學生各階段教育中都是非常重要的。學生體操內(nèi)容的學習對他們知識、能力、素質的發(fā)展都很重要。體操課在學生每一個學習階段都占有重要地位,但是體操課必須在學生不同的時期表現(xiàn)出體操不同的特點。高校應依據(jù)學生的實際情況對學生進行培養(yǎng),將學生的身體特點與體操內(nèi)容特點相結合,把學生全方位能力的提升作為主要的目標。體操教學的發(fā)展受場地及器材條件影響明顯,他們是體操教學的基本條件。但是與我國東中部高校相比新疆高校體育院系體操器材相對落后,人均占有率較低。學生對體操的熱愛是明顯的,他們更想學習一些有興趣的、有難度的體操技術,像:頭手翻、后手翻、后空翻等。但是因為學生體操基礎差、場地條件等因素都限制著體操教學的發(fā)展。新疆高校體操教師相對較少,沒有女性體操教師,但是體操教師負責的教學態(tài)度,明確的培養(yǎng)目標,促使了教學任務順利的完成。改革不斷推進,體操教材也在不斷發(fā)生變化,但是教材總是隨著學生的需要發(fā)生改變,教材內(nèi)容更加符合學生全方面發(fā)展特點。在新課程的指導下,體操教學內(nèi)容更加生活性和娛樂性。調查顯示新疆高校體育院系領導對體操教學發(fā)展比較重視,經(jīng)常對體操教學進行檢查,對體操教學的支持力度也比較大,這些都積極的影響著教學任務的完成。由于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)的經(jīng)濟、地理因素等原因體操教學發(fā)展相對緩慢,本研究根據(jù)新疆高校體育院系的實際情況,使用文獻資料、問卷調查法等方法對新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)6高校體操普修課教學現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細的調查,在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的同時也肯定了新疆在教育改革中作出的努力,同時結合新疆實際情況,提出促進新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)高校體育院系體操普修課發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, physical education teaching is also changing. In the complicated historical period, the mass groups expect the sports function to be too high. In the face of this reality, the general course of gymnastics in physical education departments of Xinjiang colleges and universities has also changed, and the direction of education is closer to reality and more in line with the needs of the society. The teaching of gymnastics content is very important in every stage of students' education. The study of students'gymnastics content is very important to their knowledge, ability and quality. Gymnastics class plays an important role in every stage of students' study, but gymnastics class must show different characteristics of gymnastics in different periods of time. Colleges and universities should train students according to their actual conditions, combine the students' physical characteristics with the characteristics of gymnastics content, and take the promotion of students' all-round ability as the main goal. The development of gymnastic teaching is obviously influenced by the condition of venue and equipment, which is the basic condition of gymnastics teaching. But compared with the eastern and central universities in Xinjiang, the gymnastic equipment of physical education departments in Xinjiang is relatively backward, and the per capita occupation rate is low. Students' love of gymnastics is obvious, they want to learn some interesting, difficult gymnastics skills, such as: head flip, back flip and so on. However, the development of gymnastics teaching is limited by the students' poor gymnastic foundation and site conditions. There are relatively few gymnastic teachers in Xinjiang, no female gymnastic teachers, but the responsible teaching attitude of gymnastics teachers, clear training goals, to promote the smooth completion of teaching tasks. The reform is advancing constantly, the gymnastics teaching material is also changing constantly, but the teaching material always changes with the needs of the students, and the content of the teaching material is more in line with the characteristics of the students' development in all aspects. Under the guidance of the new curriculum, gymnastics teaching content is more lively and entertaining. The investigation shows that the leaders of colleges and departments of physical education in Xinjiang attach more importance to the development of gymnastics teaching, often check the gymnastics teaching, and support the gymnastics teaching more strongly, all of which have a positive impact on the completion of teaching tasks. Due to the economic and geographical factors of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, the development of gymnastics teaching is relatively slow. This paper makes a detailed investigation on the current situation of gymnastics general course teaching in 6 universities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region by means of questionnaire investigation. It also affirms the efforts made in Xinjiang's education reform, and combines with the actual situation in Xinjiang. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of gymnastic courses in physical education institutes and departments of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region.
