【摘要】：以"北京2022年冬奧會(huì)申辦成功"為契機(jī),以冬運(yùn)會(huì)為發(fā)展平臺(tái),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)第1~13屆冬運(yùn)會(huì)的舉辦時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)、參賽隊(duì)伍規(guī)模、比賽項(xiàng)目設(shè)置及比賽成績(jī)等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理與分析,得出如下結(jié)論:1)從冬運(yùn)會(huì)承辦地域來(lái)看,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步支持與鼓勵(lì)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)"南展西擴(kuò)"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施;2)從冬運(yùn)會(huì)參賽隊(duì)伍來(lái)看,應(yīng)加大冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)宣傳力度、開(kāi)展范圍,使參賽隊(duì)伍數(shù)量及地域分布呈增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì);3)從冬運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目設(shè)置看,應(yīng)不斷強(qiáng)化對(duì)我國(guó)尚未開(kāi)展的雪上弱勢(shì)項(xiàng)目的支持與培育;4)從冬運(yùn)會(huì)比賽成績(jī)看,應(yīng)淡化競(jìng)技排名,使加快冰雪體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、擴(kuò)大冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)參與人口、加強(qiáng)冰雪文化傳承等成為我國(guó)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Taking the "successful bid for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games" as the turning point, taking the Winter Games as the development platform, using the method of literature and mathematical statistics, through the holding time and place of the 1th Winter Games in China, the size of the participating teams is obtained. From the view of the host region of the Winter Games, we should further support and encourage the implementation of the strategy of "South Development and West expansion" for ice and snow sports. (2) from the view of the participating teams of the Winter Games, we should further support and encourage the implementation of the strategy of "South Development West expansion" for ice and snow sports. We should increase the publicity of ice and snow sports, and carry out the scope so that the number and geographical distribution of the participating teams will increase. (3) from the point of view of the project setting of the Winter Games, We should continue to strengthen the support and cultivation of the snow-weak projects that have not yet been carried out in our country) from the point of view of the results of the Winter Games, we should desalinate the competitive ranking, speed up the development of the ice and snow sports industry, and expand the population involved in ice and snow sports. Strengthening the ice and snow cultural heritage has become the new normal for the development of ice and snow sports in China.
