優(yōu)秀男子賽艇運(yùn)動員6周高原訓(xùn)練無創(chuàng)微循環(huán)相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化特點(diǎn)研究

【摘要】:目的探討6周高原訓(xùn)練期間優(yōu)秀男子賽艇運(yùn)動員肱二頭肌無創(chuàng)微循環(huán)相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化特點(diǎn)。方法以10名國家賽艇隊(duì)優(yōu)秀男子賽艇運(yùn)動員為研究對象,分別于高原訓(xùn)練前、高原訓(xùn)練期間、高原訓(xùn)練后3個階段的每周休息日、晨空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)下,采用Peri Flux System 5000激光多普勒血流監(jiān)測儀對10名運(yùn)動員肱二頭肌進(jìn)行9次微循環(huán)相關(guān)指標(biāo)測試,測試指標(biāo)包括微循環(huán)血流灌注量(MBP)、運(yùn)動血細(xì)胞濃度(CMBC)、運(yùn)動血細(xì)胞平均速度(AVBC)等,測試值包括基礎(chǔ)值與加熱后值(44℃)。結(jié)果 6周高原訓(xùn)練期間運(yùn)動員的MBP、CMBC和AVBC呈現(xiàn)波浪形變化特點(diǎn),MBP和CMBC無論是基礎(chǔ)值或是加熱后值都在第3周上升至最高;AVBC基礎(chǔ)值在第3周上升至最高,但第3周AVBC加熱后值顯著低于第2周和第4周(P0.05)。結(jié)論高原訓(xùn)練中無創(chuàng)微循環(huán)指標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)出波浪形的變化特點(diǎn),MBP、CMBC變化特點(diǎn)主要與高原缺氧及運(yùn)動負(fù)荷的變化有關(guān),尤其是運(yùn)動負(fù)荷的變化,而AVBC則主要與CMBC變化相關(guān);下高原后MBP、CMBC儲備能力大小對于運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動能力有著重要影響,其可作為檢驗(yàn)高原訓(xùn)練是否達(dá)到效果的一種方法,且簡便、無創(chuàng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of non-invasive microcirculation of biceps brachii in elite male rowers during 6-week plateau training. Methods Ten elite male rowers of the national rowing team were chosen as the research subjects. The weekly rest days before and during the plateau training and the three stages after the plateau training were observed in the morning and fasting state respectively. Peri Flux System 5000 laser Doppler blood flow monitor was used to test the microcirculatory parameters of 10 athletes' biceps brachii muscle for 9 times, including the blood perfusion volume of microcirculation, the concentration of exercise blood cells and the average velocity of exercise blood cells.
