【摘要】：高校作為文化的傳播者、發(fā)源地、轄射源,是為國(guó)家輸送人才的重要基地,關(guān)乎著青年學(xué)子健康成長(zhǎng)和肩負(fù)著祖國(guó)未來希望,黨和國(guó)家都高度重視學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的問題。然而,當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校校園文化中體育文化建設(shè)還比較薄弱,高校校園體育文化活動(dòng)開展與創(chuàng)新還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,高校校園體育文化屬于校園文化的重要組成部分,其包括校園體育物質(zhì)、精神、制度、行為文化的總和。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料、實(shí)地考察、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、個(gè)案分析、邏輯分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法對(duì)現(xiàn)階段高校校園體育文化活動(dòng)開展的現(xiàn)狀及懷化學(xué)院校園體育文化活動(dòng)開展與創(chuàng)新的基本情況進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查研究,并著重對(duì)懷化學(xué)院體育嘉年華進(jìn)行個(gè)案分析,懷化學(xué)院校園體育文化活動(dòng)主要有校園體育廣場(chǎng)文化藝術(shù)節(jié)、體育嘉年華、校園杯足球聯(lián)賽、學(xué)校體育社團(tuán)、體育學(xué)院專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)測(cè)試大賽和畢業(yè)生十項(xiàng)全能考核大賽等校園體育文化活動(dòng)。研究表明該校校園體育文化活動(dòng)豐富了大學(xué)生校園文化生活,對(duì)大學(xué)生健康人格培養(yǎng)起到了一定促進(jìn)作用,但是同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了部分問題:學(xué)生對(duì)校園文化活動(dòng)主觀認(rèn)識(shí)的不夠;校園體育文化活動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制不夠健全;體育嘉年華活動(dòng)實(shí)施過程客觀問題的存在等問題;平時(shí)學(xué)生自覺鍛煉的積極性不高;校園體育文化活動(dòng)的體育環(huán)境、師生的保障制度不夠完善。研究認(rèn)為高校校園體育文化活動(dòng)開展與創(chuàng)新,可以從以下方面入手:第一加強(qiáng)高校校園體育文化建設(shè),做到合理利用現(xiàn)有的體育場(chǎng)館和器材設(shè)施,加大體育文化活動(dòng)的宣傳,提高體育專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi),完善體育物質(zhì)文化的建設(shè);建立完善的校園體育規(guī)章制度和組織管理機(jī)構(gòu);整合校內(nèi)外資源,定期組織形式多樣的師生體育知識(shí)講座與學(xué)習(xí),組織多樣的校園體育文化活動(dòng),承辦體育賽事,開拓學(xué)生視野;正確理解和認(rèn)識(shí)體育精神,樹立新的體育教育觀念;第二組織與開發(fā)豐富多彩的校園體育文化活動(dòng);第三根據(jù)高校育人目標(biāo)的不同制定相對(duì)應(yīng)的校園體育文化活動(dòng);第四加強(qiáng)與周邊院校校園體育文化活動(dòng)交流;第五開展高校校園體育文化活動(dòng)應(yīng)當(dāng)有效的借助社會(huì)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:As the propagator of culture, the university is the important base for the national transportation of talents, which is related to the healthy growth of young students and the future hope of the motherland. The Party and the country attach great importance to the all-round development of students. However, at present, the construction of sports culture in the campus culture of our country is still relatively weak, the university campus sports culture activity development and the innovation are not enough, the university campus sports culture is an important part of the campus culture. It includes the sum of campus sports material, spirit, system and behavior culture. Based on the literature, field investigation, questionnaire survey, expert interview, case analysis, logic analysis, The present situation of campus sports cultural activities in colleges and universities and the basic situation of the development and innovation of campus sports cultural activities in Huaihua University are investigated and studied by mathematical statistics and other methods. And focus on the Huaihua College Sports Carnival case analysis, Huaihua College campus sports cultural activities are mainly campus sports square culture and art festival, sports carnival, campus cup football league, school sports associations, Physical education college special quality test contest and graduate decathlon examination competition and other campus sports cultural activities. The study shows that the campus sports cultural activities enrich the campus cultural life of college students and promote the cultivation of healthy personality of college students, but at the same time, there are some problems: the students' subjective understanding of campus cultural activities is not enough; The operating mechanism of campus sports cultural activities is not perfect; the existence of objective problems in the implementation process of sports carnival activities; the enthusiasm of students' self-conscious exercise is not high at ordinary times; the sports environment of campus sports cultural activities, The guarantee system for teachers and students is not perfect enough. The research suggests that the development and innovation of campus sports cultural activities can be started from the following aspects: first, strengthen the construction of campus sports culture, make rational use of existing sports venues and equipment facilities, and increase the publicity of sports cultural activities. Improve sports special funds, perfect the construction of sports material and culture, establish perfect campus sports rules and regulations, organize management organizations, integrate the resources inside and outside the school, organize regularly various kinds of lectures and studies of physical education knowledge of teachers and students, Organize various campus sports cultural activities, organize sports events, open up students' vision, correctly understand and understand sports spirit, set up new concept of physical education, second, organize and develop colorful campus sports cultural activities; Third, according to the different objectives of the university to formulate the corresponding campus sports cultural activities; fourth, strengthen the campus sports cultural activities with the surrounding colleges and universities exchange; fifth, carry out the campus sports cultural activities in colleges and universities should be effective with the help of the social platform.
