【摘要】：學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)館向社會(huì)開(kāi)放有其歷史背景和國(guó)家層面不斷完善的制度性保障為依托,是對(duì)百姓需求的響應(yīng)和反饋。以學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)館開(kāi)放中存在的主要問(wèn)題為切入點(diǎn),提出解決學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)館開(kāi)放關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題的創(chuàng)新之道,即政府購(gòu)買(mǎi)服務(wù)、社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益共融、應(yīng)用"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"體育云平臺(tái)管理系統(tǒng)等。并以"桃浦模式"和"慈溪模式"為典型案例,分析其管理模式的內(nèi)涵、受托公司的特點(diǎn),凝練其所具有的分工與協(xié)作統(tǒng)一、管理專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度高、信息查詢(xún)便捷、開(kāi)放學(xué)校后顧無(wú)憂(yōu)、社區(qū)居民健身安心等優(yōu)勢(shì)。研究旨在為學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)館的社會(huì)服務(wù)模式提供借鑒和選擇依據(jù),推動(dòng)場(chǎng)館服務(wù)水平的提高。
[Abstract]:The opening of school stadiums to the society has its historical background and the continuous improvement of institutional security at the national level, which is the response and feedback to the needs of the common people. Based on the main problems existing in the opening of school stadiums and gymnasiums, this paper puts forward the innovative ways to solve the key problems in the opening of school stadiums and gymnasiums, that is, the integration of government purchase of services, social and economic benefits. Application of "Internet" sports cloud platform management system. Taking the "Taopu Model" and "Cixi Model" as typical cases, this paper analyzes the connotation of its management model, the characteristics of the entrusted company, condenses its unity of division of labor and cooperation, has a high degree of management specialization, and is convenient to inquire information. Open school care without worry, community residents fitness ease of mind and other advantages. The purpose of the study is to provide reference and selection basis for the social service model of school sports stadiums and to promote the improvement of the service level of the stadiums and gymnasiums.
