【摘要】：林景山七星螳螂拳是七星螳螂拳傳承發(fā)展的重要支脈,其內(nèi)容豐富、技術(shù)體系完備,具有鍛煉身體、防身抗暴、祛病延年的功能。技術(shù)體系是林景山七星螳螂拳的精華,可分為功法技術(shù)和拳械技術(shù)兩大類,堅(jiān)持練習(xí)可使人體各部分機(jī)能得到全面地發(fā)展。林景山七星螳螂拳拳諺有“兩腳踏定十字步,掄開兩臂似閃電”,這句話是講動(dòng)作動(dòng)起來就要像電閃、流星一般快速,同時(shí)要求迅速爆發(fā)寸勁。林景山七星螳螂拳套路短小精悍、節(jié)奏鮮明、快速有力、一氣呵成。在這種運(yùn)動(dòng)條件和強(qiáng)度下可以使神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)支配運(yùn)動(dòng)器官的能力大大提高,改善了神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)人體內(nèi)臟器官和運(yùn)動(dòng)器官之間的協(xié)調(diào)性,同時(shí)對(duì)提高人體呼吸和新陳代謝水平大有裨益。此外,經(jīng)常習(xí)練林景山七星螳螂拳對(duì)發(fā)展和增強(qiáng)力量、速度、靈敏等各項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)均有一定的促進(jìn)作用。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、專家訪談法和邏輯分析法對(duì)林景山七星螳螂拳技術(shù)體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究,全文分為六部分:第一部分為七星螳螂拳起源,該部分內(nèi)容分為兩個(gè)方面,分別從時(shí)間和地域角度對(duì)七星螳螂拳的起源進(jìn)行解讀。第二部分為林景山七星螳螂拳的傳承概況及其技術(shù)體系發(fā)展歷程,該部分分為兩個(gè)板塊,第一板塊先對(duì)七星螳螂拳大師林景山的生平作了簡單介紹,然后從國內(nèi)外兩個(gè)角度對(duì)林景山七星螳螂拳的傳承情況進(jìn)行解讀;第二板塊從時(shí)間角度出發(fā)將其技術(shù)體系發(fā)展歷程分為三個(gè)階段(萌芽階段、基本完成階段和豐富完善階段),并依此順序進(jìn)行論述。第三部分為林景山七星螳螂拳的技術(shù)體系內(nèi)容闡述,該部分是本研究的核心內(nèi)容。該部分分為功法體系和拳械體系,又依據(jù)其特點(diǎn)將功法內(nèi)容分為健身功法和強(qiáng)身功法,將拳械內(nèi)容分為拳術(shù)體系和器械體系。該部分內(nèi)容敘述與分析并行,將其技術(shù)體系的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)出來。第四部分為林景山七星螳螂拳的技術(shù)特征分析,該部分以技擊和文化兩方面為切入點(diǎn),從事物的普遍性和特殊性入手力求探究出其技術(shù)本質(zhì)、深層的特點(diǎn)。第五部分為林景山七星螳螂拳的技術(shù)體系研究價(jià)值分析,該部分分別從技擊價(jià)值、健身價(jià)值、審美價(jià)值和教育價(jià)值四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。第六部分為林景山七星螳螂拳技術(shù)體系發(fā)展思考,該部分從技術(shù)體系的創(chuàng)新、完善和推廣兩方面入手,為其未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行大膽的設(shè)想。經(jīng)過對(duì)上述內(nèi)容的研究,得出如下結(jié)論:第一,七星螳螂拳的源頭與其它螳螂拳分支門派一樣,都源自鼻祖王朗,但在其創(chuàng)拳方面又有其獨(dú)特的歷史背景,即與祖師王永春的個(gè)人習(xí)武經(jīng)歷密切相關(guān),可分為學(xué)藝和創(chuàng)拳兩個(gè)階段。第二,林景山是近代著名的七星螳螂拳大師,因其技藝精湛、武德高尚,在國內(nèi)外享有很高的聲譽(yù)。林景山一生致力于武術(shù)教學(xué)工作,“桃李滿天下”,傳人遍布海內(nèi)外。其技術(shù)經(jīng)過萌芽、基本完成和豐富發(fā)展三個(gè)階段,已日臻成熟、體系完備。第三,林景山七星螳螂拳技術(shù)體系內(nèi)容豐富,分為功法和拳械兩大板塊。功法分為健身功法(包括柔韌功、樁功)、強(qiáng)身功法(包括靠打功、排打功、硬功和勁力功);拳械分為拳術(shù)體系(包括單練套路、技法和對(duì)練套路)、器械體系(包括單練套路、技法和對(duì)練套路)。第四,經(jīng)過對(duì)林景山七星螳螂拳技術(shù)的分析研究,可總結(jié)出技擊和文化兩大特征。技擊特征包括勁力“囫圇”,逼敵被動(dòng);連消帶打,長短互用;活腰穩(wěn)胯,步法迅捷。文化特征包括動(dòng)靜結(jié)合、內(nèi)外兼修和形神合一。第五,受中華民族傳統(tǒng)的思維方式、行為方式、審美方式、心態(tài)模式、價(jià)值取向等文化因素的影響,林景山七星螳螂拳表現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的技擊、健身、審美和教育四方面價(jià)值傾向。第六,林景山七星螳螂拳技術(shù)體系的發(fā)展可從創(chuàng)新完善和推廣兩方面進(jìn)行設(shè)想,前者是對(duì)技術(shù)體系中的現(xiàn)存技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方法和尚處空白的技術(shù)格斗戰(zhàn)機(jī)的創(chuàng)新完善,后者是對(duì)技術(shù)體系在當(dāng)代社會(huì)得到實(shí)際應(yīng)用的肯定和褒獎(jiǎng)。
[Abstract]:The seven star mantis boxing in the Jingshan Hill is an important branch of the Seven Star Mantis Boxing inheritance and development. Its content is rich and the technical system is complete. It has the function of exercise, defense and violence, and dispels the disease. The technical system is the essence of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill, which can be divided into two categories: the functional technique and the boxing skill. The proverb of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin's Jingshan Hill has "two feet set on the cross, swung open two arms like lightning", which means that the action moves like lightning, the meteor is fast and the quick burst of strength is required. Lin Jingshan Seven Star Mantis Boxing routines are short, sharp, fast and powerful. The ability of the nervous system to dominate the motor organs is greatly improved, and the coordination between the internal organs and the organs of the human body is improved. Meanwhile, it is of great benefit to the improvement of human respiration and metabolism. In addition, the Seven Star Mantis Fist of the Jingshan Hill is often practiced to develop and enhance its strength, speed, sensitivity and so on. Through literature research, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper systematically studies the technical system of the Seven Star Mantis Boxing technical system in Lin Jingshan Hill. The full text is divided into six parts: the first part is the origin of the seven star mantis boxing, which is divided into two aspects, from the angle of time and region to seven stars respectively. The second part is the inheritance of the seven star mantis boxing and the development of the technical system of the seven star mantis boxing in the Jingshan Hill. This part is divided into two sections. The first plate first introduces the life of the seven star mantis master Lin Jingshan Hill, and then carries out the inheritance of the seven star mantis boxing of the Jingshan Hill from two angles at home and abroad. The second plate is divided into three stages (germination stage, basic completion stage and rich and perfect stage) from the point of view of time. The third part expounds the technical system content of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill. This part is the core content of this study. This part is divided into a functional body. System and boxing system, and according to its characteristics, divide the functional content into body-building function method and strong body function method. The contents of boxing weapons are divided into boxing system and instrument system. The part of the content is described and analyzed in parallel, and the detailed contents of its technical system are presented. The fourth part is the technical characteristics analysis of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill, which is part of the technical attack. And the two aspects of culture as the breakthrough point, from the universality and particularity of things to find out its technical essence, the deep characteristics. The fifth part is the analysis of the technical system of the technical system of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill. This part studies the sixth parts from the four aspects of the technical value, the fitness value, the aesthetic value and the educational value. In order to think about the development of the technical system of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill, this part starts with two aspects of the innovation, perfection and popularization of the technical system, and carries out a bold vision for its future development trend. Through the study of the above contents, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the origin of the seven star mantis boxing is the same as the other Mantis branches, all originating from the ancestors. Wang Lang, however, has its own unique historical background, which is closely related to the personal practice experience of the ancestor Wang Yongchun, which can be divided into two stages of learning and creating boxing. Second, Lin Jingshan Hill is a famous modern seven star mantis master, who has a high reputation at home and abroad because of its exquisite skills and high virtuous martial arts. Lin Jingshan Hill devoted his life to his life. Martial arts teaching work, "peach and plum full of the world", spread all over the world. Its technology through the germination, basic completion and rich development of three stages, has become mature and complete system. Third, the Jingshan Hill Seven Star Mantis Boxing technical system is rich, divided into the function method and boxing two big plate block. The function method is divided into fitness function method (including flexibility work, pile work), strong body The function method (including playing the work, playing the work, hard work and strength work), the boxing weapon is divided into the boxing system (including the practice routines, the techniques and the practice routines), the instrument system (including the practice routines, the techniques and the practice routines). Fourth, through the analysis of the seven star mantis boxing techniques in Lin Jingshan Hill, the two characteristics of the attack and culture can be summed up. Cultural features include combination of dynamic and static, internal and external repair and shape and spirit. Fifth, influenced by the traditional Chinese thinking mode, behavior mode, aesthetic mode, mentality mode, value fetching and other cultural factors, the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill is unique. Sixth, the development of the technical system of the Seven Star Mantis Boxing technology in Lin Jingshan Hill can be conceived from the two aspects of innovation, perfection and popularization. The former is the innovation and improvement of the existing technical training methods and the blank technical combat aircraft in the technical system, and the latter is the technology system in the contemporary society. The affirmative and compliment of practical application will be obtained.
