【摘要】：資金是競技體育發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和保障。英國競技體育振興得益于國家以及體育組織及民間力量的投資刺激。文章采用文獻資料、比較研究和邏輯分析等方法,分析了英國加強競技體育投資的背景與特點,以及資金分配機制和實施情況。研究表明,英國競技體育投資主體具有多元化、社會化特點,投資力度持續(xù)加大;英國競技體育投資目標(biāo)明確,且投資與分配機制權(quán)責(zé)分明。我國應(yīng)借鑒英國競技體育投資和分配機制的有益經(jīng)驗,構(gòu)建多元化的競技體育投資模式,通過改革體育協(xié)會組織和利益分配體制、建立動態(tài)的科學(xué)評估體系等,加強對資金的合理分配、科學(xué)使用和嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管,使有限的資金發(fā)揮更大作用。
[Abstract]:Funds are the foundation and guarantee for the development of competitive sports. British athletics rejuvenation benefits from the investment stimulation of the state, sports organizations and folk forces. By using the methods of literature, comparative study and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the background and characteristics of strengthening the investment in competitive sports in Britain, as well as the mechanism and implementation of fund allocation. The research shows that the main body of British competitive sports investment is diversified, socialized, the investment intensity is continuously increased, the British competitive sports investment goal is clear, and the investment and distribution mechanism have clear rights and responsibilities. Our country should draw lessons from the beneficial experience of British competitive sports investment and distribution mechanism, construct a diversified competitive sports investment model, and establish a dynamic scientific evaluation system through the reform of sports association organization and benefit distribution system. Strengthen the rational allocation of funds, scientific use and strict supervision, so that limited funds play a greater role.
