【摘要】：目前,對網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員傷病問題的研究存在數(shù)量少、難度大、不同研究之間難以對比等問題。綜述了國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)球傷病相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),對網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員傷病特征和影響因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析。結(jié)果表明,不同研究文獻(xiàn)得到的網(wǎng)球傷病發(fā)生率有較大差異,但總體上處于較低水平。網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員損傷高發(fā)部位在肩、腕、下背部、膝、踝、足;損傷類型中有較多的慢性損傷和復(fù)發(fā)性損傷,慢性損傷多發(fā)生于上肢和軀干,下背痛、肩關(guān)節(jié)損傷和網(wǎng)球肘是較為常見的損傷類型;急性損傷多發(fā)生于下肢。膝和踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷、腿部肌肉拉傷、痙攣和皮膚擦傷為常見急性損傷;網(wǎng)球損傷中嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷的比例較低;網(wǎng)球疾病的發(fā)病率略低于損傷發(fā)生率,但是相關(guān)研究較少。網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員年齡、性別、運(yùn)動水平、運(yùn)動負(fù)荷以及環(huán)境等因素均會對傷病特征產(chǎn)生影響。未來研究應(yīng)統(tǒng)一對網(wǎng)球傷病的定義和研究方法,針對不同人群進(jìn)行長期的跟蹤研究,以加深對網(wǎng)球傷病特征和機(jī)制的認(rèn)識,幫助網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員更好地預(yù)防網(wǎng)球傷病。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the research of tennis players' injury and injury, such as small number, great difficulty and difficult comparison between different researches. This paper summarizes the research literature of tennis injuries at home and abroad, summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of tennis players' injuries. The results show that the incidence of tennis injuries is different from the literature, but it is generally at a low level. Tennis players have a high incidence of injuries in the shoulder, wrist, lower back, knee, ankle, foot; there are more chronic and recurrent injuries in the types of injuries, chronic injuries in the upper limb and trunk, lower back pain, Shoulder joint injury and tennis elbow are common types of injuries, and acute injuries mostly occur in lower extremities. Knee and ankle sprain, leg muscle strain, spasms and skin abrasions are common acute injuries; serious injuries in tennis are low; the incidence of tennis diseases is slightly lower than the incidence of injuries, but there are few related studies. Tennis players age, gender, sports level, sports load and environment will affect the characteristics of injuries. The future research should unify the definition and research methods of tennis injuries and carry out long-term follow-up research for different groups in order to deepen the understanding of the characteristics and mechanism of tennis injuries and to help tennis players to prevent tennis injuries better.
