【摘要】：茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)作為茶葉生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的重要構(gòu)成力量,其銷售工作人員綜合素質(zhì)不僅會(huì)對(duì)茶葉銷售產(chǎn)生直接影響,還會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的作用。因此茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展得到了社會(huì)大眾越來(lái)越多的重視。而員工作為構(gòu)成企業(yè)的基本組成部分,茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)也是由一個(gè)個(gè)員工組成的,員工素質(zhì)的高低不僅關(guān)系到茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,而且還關(guān)系到茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)能否得到長(zhǎng)期健康的發(fā)展。在員工的素質(zhì)中,身體素質(zhì)是其中的重要組成部分,員工只有具有強(qiáng)大的身體素質(zhì)才能夠以健康的姿態(tài)投入到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)與運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中,這就要求茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)必須要重視員工身體素質(zhì)的鍛煉,通過(guò)加強(qiáng)茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)員工的體育鍛煉,來(lái)促進(jìn)員工身體素質(zhì)的提高。本文主要就是對(duì)我國(guó)茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)員工體育鍛煉情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)員工體育鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)了調(diào)查所得的結(jié)論,為茶葉銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)員工的體育鍛煉提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:Tea sales team as an important component of tea production enterprises, the comprehensive quality of its sales staff will not only have a direct impact on tea sales, but also on the entire economic and social development of the corresponding role. Therefore, the construction and development of tea sales team has been paid more and more attention by the public. As the basic component of the enterprise, the tea sales team is also composed of one employee. The quality of the staff is not only related to the operation efficiency of the tea sales team. And also related to tea sales team can get long-term and healthy development. In the quality of employees, physical fitness is an important part of it. Only if employees have strong physical qualities can they be put into the production and operation process of enterprises in a healthy manner. This requires that the tea sales team must pay attention to the physical training of employees, through strengthening the physical exercise of the staff of tea sales team, to promote the improvement of staff physical fitness. This paper is mainly to investigate and analyze the situation of physical exercise of the tea sales team staff in China, analyze the present situation of the physical exercise of the tea sales team staff in our country, and summarize the conclusion of the investigation. Some suggestions are put forward for the physical exercise of tea sales team.
