【摘要】：競技要素的研究是乒乓球項目本質(zhì)規(guī)律研究的重要內(nèi)容,其形成與發(fā)展過程一直指引著中國乒乓球的發(fā)展,相關(guān)工作者不斷對其進(jìn)行繼承和發(fā)展,并完成實踐總結(jié)和理論提升,形成了較多的專著研究和總結(jié)報告�；【�作為乒乓球項目競技要素的重要組成部分,其研究為本質(zhì)規(guī)律探索提供了重要的資料,具有重要理論價值和實踐指導(dǎo)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對乒乓球競技要素的形成與發(fā)展進(jìn)行綜述研究,并對弧線的側(cè)視視角和俯視視角的變化進(jìn)行對比分析,針對弧線的橫向空間變化進(jìn)行技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢下的反手撇撕技術(shù)研究,并從解剖學(xué)和生物力學(xué)角度進(jìn)行該技術(shù)的理論分析。最終得出以下主要結(jié)論:1、速度、力量、旋轉(zhuǎn)、落點、弧線五大競技要素既相互獨立,又相互聯(lián)系,前四大要素均在特定的歷史背景下發(fā)揮著制勝作用,各要素研究呈現(xiàn)出質(zhì)化研究到量化研究,單一要素研究到復(fù)合要素研究,單一學(xué)科到交叉學(xué)科研究的發(fā)展趨勢�；【�要素的戰(zhàn)術(shù)價值和制勝作用研究較少,有待進(jìn)一步拓展。2、側(cè)視視角上旋球的第一弧線顯著高于第二弧線,旋轉(zhuǎn)程度越強,兩者最高點高度差越大�；【�的下墜是上旋球弧線的重要特征,而非常規(guī)的“掉”、“蹦”和“竄”、“慢”現(xiàn)象是兩對對立的現(xiàn)象,主要影響因素是旋轉(zhuǎn)速度、球臺摩擦系數(shù)和平動速度、轉(zhuǎn)動速度大小等。實踐中,四種非常規(guī)弧線具有極佳的實踐利用價值。3、俯視視角的弧線橫向偏轉(zhuǎn)程度與乒乓球側(cè)向旋轉(zhuǎn)程度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。旋轉(zhuǎn)速度相近的情況下,橫向偏轉(zhuǎn)距離側(cè)旋側(cè)上旋上旋;主動制造帶有側(cè)向偏轉(zhuǎn)的回球能夠充分調(diào)動對手,增大對手的移動距離,進(jìn)而提高回球的威脅性�；【�的橫向偏轉(zhuǎn)具有較高的戰(zhàn)術(shù)價值,也是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要原理。4、反手撇撕技術(shù)是技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢引導(dǎo)下的新技術(shù),通過腰腹內(nèi)收擴(kuò)大引拍空間,并通過下肢的蹬轉(zhuǎn),腰腹部的右旋,以及肩、肘關(guān)節(jié)的外展和下沉等完成相對穩(wěn)定的鏈?zhǔn)桨l(fā)力,符合解剖學(xué)和生物力學(xué)原理;實踐中強調(diào)橫向空間位置的利用,注重反手位到正手位的調(diào)動,訓(xùn)練中注重技術(shù)的遞進(jìn)掌握和反手位的覆蓋。
[Abstract]:The research of competitive elements is an important content of the research on the essential law of table tennis, its formation and development process has been guiding the development of Chinese table tennis, related workers continue to inherit and develop it, and complete the summary of practice and theoretical promotion. Formed more monographs research and summary report. As an important part of the competitive elements of table tennis, the research of arc provides important information for the exploration of essential laws, and has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance. In this paper, the formation and development of the competitive elements of table tennis are summarized and studied by the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics, and the changes of the side-view angle and the overlooking angle of view of the arc are compared and analyzed. The technology of backhand skimming is studied under the trend of technological development in view of the lateral spatial variation of arc, and the theoretical analysis of this technique is carried out from the angle of anatomy and biomechanics. Finally, the following main conclusions are drawn: 1, speed, strength, rotation, landing point, arc, five competitive elements are independent and interrelated, the first four elements play a role in winning in a specific historical background. The development trend of each element research is from qualitative research to quantitative study, from single element study to composite element study and from single subject to cross-disciplinary research. The tactical value and the winning effect of arc elements are few, and need to be further developed. The first arc of the spin ball is significantly higher than the second arc in the lateral viewing angle. The stronger the degree of rotation, the greater the difference between the highest point and the height of the two. The fall of the arc is an important feature of the arc of the upper spin ball, rather than the conventional phenomena of "drop", "jump" and "slow", which are two pairs of opposite phenomena. The main influencing factors are the rotation speed, the friction coefficient of the ball table and the moving speed of the ball table. The speed of rotation, etc. In practice, four kinds of unconventional arcs have the best practical application value. The horizontal deflection degree of the arc from the view angle is positively correlated with the lateral rotation degree of table tennis. When the speed of rotation is similar, the lateral deflection distance can be rotated, and the active manufacture of the return ball with lateral deflection can fully mobilize the opponent, increase the moving distance of the opponent, and then improve the threat of the return ball. The lateral deflection of arc has high tactical value and is also an important principle of technological innovation. Backhand skimming is a new technique guided by the trend of technological development. The right rotation of the waist and abdomen, as well as the abduction and sinking of the shoulders and elbows, are relatively stable chain forces, which conform to the principles of anatomy and biomechanics. In practice, the use of lateral space positions is emphasized, and the movement from the backhand position to the forehand position is emphasized. In training pay attention to the progressive mastery of technology and backhand coverage.
