【摘要】：藝術體操憑借其獨特的項目特點:身體動作與器械的完美結(jié)合。充分展現(xiàn)柔美的人體魅力和獨特的健身價值,從而穩(wěn)固的扎根于奧運會的大家庭中。近幾年中國隊藝術體操集體項目成績進步越來越快,在世界舞臺上,為我國增加了許多光環(huán)。2008年北京奧運會上集體項目取得了銀牌的好成績,這是我國藝術體操歷史性的一個突破,使得我國與世界強國俄羅斯隊的差距越來越小。本文采用文獻資料法、錄像分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法以及邏輯分析法等,以2013-2016年版藝術體操集體項目國際評分規(guī)則為依據(jù),對2015年世界錦標賽(圖表中簡稱“世錦賽”)、2016年奧運會中俄羅斯隊和中國隊參加的集體項目“5帶”、“6棒2圈”,即8套成套動作的構成進行深層、細致的剖析,從中找出中國隊與世界強國俄羅斯隊藝術體操集體項目整體水平的差距所在,掌握俄羅斯隊成套動作的動作設計、編排思路等特點,結(jié)合我國運動員的實際特點,得出結(jié)論:在無交換難度類型的選擇上,中國隊的成套動作中單個身體難度動作價值偏低,身體難度類型分值分布不夠均衡;在交換難度附加分類型的選擇上中國隊缺乏多樣化,交換的方式大多是五人同時原地交換,隊形單一,交換的難度多集中在中等分值區(qū)域;在舞步組合部分,中國隊流動性隊形編排較少,路線移動幅度不夠大,巧妙的動作設計以及風格特點沒有充分體現(xiàn),我國運用器械基本技術組數(shù)量明顯比俄羅斯隊少,運動員動作速度偏慢,使得成套動作整體容量減少;在結(jié)合拋和旋轉(zhuǎn)的動力性動作方面,驚險度不夠高,附加分值局限于附加標準中,而在器械的特定拋法、器械的特定接法的運用上有些缺乏;在運動員之間有或無身體旋轉(zhuǎn)的協(xié)作部分,選用的協(xié)作類型分布不均衡,有些協(xié)作類型中國隊和俄羅斯隊均未選用,在協(xié)作的附加分類型上中國隊明顯沒有世界強國俄羅斯隊選用的多,在協(xié)作動作的設計上沒有充分的體現(xiàn)出新穎性、復雜性、巧妙性。
[Abstract]:Rhythmic gymnastics with its unique characteristics: the perfect combination of body movements and instruments. Full display of soft human charm and unique fitness value, thus firmly rooted in the Olympic family. In recent years, the achievements of the Chinese team's rhythmic gymnastics team have improved more and more rapidly. On the world stage, they have added a lot of glory to our country. In the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the collective events made good achievements in silver medals. This is a historic breakthrough in rhythmic gymnastics, which makes the gap between our country and Russia, the world power, smaller and smaller. This paper adopts the methods of literature, video analysis, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, etc., based on the international scoring rules for the collective events of rhythmic gymnastics in 2013-2016. The composition of the 2015 World Championships (referred to in the chart as "the World Championships", the collective events of the Russian team and the Chinese team in the 2016 Olympic Games "5 belts", "6 bars and 2 laps"), that is, 8 sets of actions, is deeply and meticulously analyzed. Find out the gap between the Chinese team and the world power Russia team in the overall level of the rhythmic gymnastics collective project, master the characteristics of the movement design and arrangement of the Russian team's complete set of movements, and combine the actual characteristics of our country's athletes. The conclusion is that the value of individual physical difficulty is low and the distribution of physical difficulty type is not balanced in the selection of non-exchange difficulty type. The Chinese team lacks diversity in the choice of additional types of exchange difficulty. Most of the methods of exchange are the exchange of five people at the same time, the formation is single, the difficulty of exchange is concentrated in the area of medium score; in the part of dance step combination, China's mobile formation arrangement is less, the range of route movement is not large enough, the ingenious movement design and style characteristics are not fully reflected, the number of basic technical groups using equipment in our country is obviously less than that of Russian team, and the movement speed of athletes is on the low side. The whole capacity of the complete set of actions is reduced, the degree of thrill is not high enough, the additional value is limited to the additional standard, but there is some lack in the application of the specific throwing method and the specific connecting method of the apparatus; and in the dynamic action of combining throwing and rotating, the degree of thrill is not high enough, and the additional value is limited to the additional standard. In the part of cooperation between athletes with or without body rotation, the distribution of the types of cooperation selected was uneven, and some types of cooperation were not selected by the Chinese team and the Russian team. The Chinese team is obviously not as many as the world power Russia team in the additional type of cooperation, and the design of the cooperative action does not fully reflect novelty, complexity and ingenuity.
