【摘要】:體育教學環(huán)境分為軟環(huán)境和硬環(huán)境,體育教學環(huán)境是體育教學活動的重要組成部分,也是理論界關注的熱點問題,但在實踐和研究的過程中,體育教學軟環(huán)境歷來被人們忽視。隨著高等教學研究改革的不斷深入,學者們發(fā)現體育教學軟環(huán)境對于提高體育教學質量,對于促進學生身心健康發(fā)展方面起著重要的作用。 長春市普通高校體育教學受多種因素的影響,體育教學軟環(huán)境就是其中一個重要因素。本研究從體育教學的軟環(huán)境出發(fā),去探討長春市體育教學的現狀,從全新的研究視覺去探討長春市普通高校體育教學存在的實際問題,為決策者改革體育教學,提高體育教學質量,提供理論支持。 本文的研究對象是長春市10普通高校的體育教學軟環(huán)境,調查對象是這10所普通高校的部分教師和在校大學生。本研究過程中采用到的研究方法有,文獻資料發(fā)、問卷調查法、訪談法、觀察法、邏輯分析法和數理統計法等研究方法,最后得出的研究結論是: 1長春市高校體育教學效果受軟環(huán)境影響,主要表現在體育傳統與風氣、課堂教學氛圍、班級規(guī)模、教師、學生、信息交流等對體育教學的影響。 2學校體育傳統與風氣對體育教學有著深遠影響,良好的體育傳統和體育氛圍,能夠促成學生形成良好的體育鍛煉習慣、端正體育態(tài)度。 3課堂氣氛是體育教學軟環(huán)境的重要因素,對體育教學產生直接影響,良好的課堂氣氛是保障體育教學的前提。 4班級規(guī)模設置的合理性和科學性,直接影響著教學質量,合理的班級設置,能夠使教師和學生較好的定位自己的角色,更好的完成角色使命。 5信息交流是體育課堂的靈魂,教師傳遞知識和學生接受知識,都是通過信息來傳遞,保障信息交流的暢通,對體育教學質量的提高有顯著意義。 6教師與學生是體育教學軟環(huán)境的核心因素,,與其它軟環(huán)境因素密不可分,對教學質量和教學效果起著決定性作用。
[Abstract]:Physical education teaching environment is divided into soft environment and hard environment. Physical education environment is an important part of physical education activities, and it is also a hot issue concerned by the theoretical circle. However, in the process of practice and research, the soft environment of physical education teaching has always been ignored by people. With the deepening of the reform of higher teaching research, scholars find that the soft environment of physical education teaching plays an important role in improving the quality of physical education teaching and promoting the development of students' physical and mental health. The physical education teaching in Changchun is influenced by many factors, among which the soft environment of physical education teaching is one of the important factors. Starting from the soft environment of physical education teaching, this study probes into the present situation of physical education teaching in Changchun, probes into the practical problems existing in the physical education teaching of ordinary colleges and universities in Changchun from the perspective of new research, so as to reform the physical education teaching for decision makers. Improve the quality of physical education teaching, provide theoretical support. The research object of this paper is the soft environment of physical education teaching in 10 ordinary colleges and universities in Changchun, and the objects of investigation are some teachers and college students in these 10 colleges and universities. In the course of this study, the research methods are: literature, questionnaire, interview, observation, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, etc. Finally, the research conclusions are as follows: 1 the effect of physical education in colleges and universities in Changchun is affected by soft environment, which is mainly reflected in the influence of sports tradition and atmosphere, classroom teaching atmosphere, class size, teachers, students, information exchange, etc. (2) the tradition and atmosphere of school physical education have far-reaching influence on physical education. Good sports tradition and atmosphere can promote students to form good habit of physical exercise and correct their attitude to physical education. (3) classroom atmosphere is an important factor in the soft environment of physical education teaching, which has a direct influence on physical education teaching, and a good classroom atmosphere is the premise of ensuring physical education teaching. (4) the rationality and scientific nature of class size directly affect the teaching quality. Reasonable class setting can make teachers and students better position their roles and accomplish their role mission better. 5. Information exchange is the soul of physical education classroom. Teachers transfer knowledge and students accept knowledge, both of which are transmitted through information to ensure the smooth flow of information exchange, which has significant significance for the improvement of physical education teaching quality. (6) Teachers and students are the core factors of the soft environment of physical education teaching, which are closely related to other soft environment factors, and play a decisive role in teaching quality and teaching effect.
